Death Battle Prediction: Jimmy Neutron VS Dexter

It's finally time! In 1996, Cartoon Network came out with their first original series, Dexter's Laboratory about a short boy genius and his insane inventions, it ran for 7 years accumulating 78 episodes, a film, over 100 issues of comics and of course several games. In 2001 Nickelodeon launched their first ever film, Jimmy Neutron: Boy genius, about a short boy genius and his insane inventions, which spun off into a popular cartoon show which ran for 5 years accumulating 61 episodes, a film, 7 shorts, and many games. So two Boy Geniuses, two rival networks, and a 3 year period they were running at the same time. Naturally an epic rivalry was formed between the 2 series, arguing who was the superior boy genius and because of the closeness of these two this has never had a definite answer...UNTIL NOW!

Background

Jimmy Neutron

Height: 3’8”

James Isaac Neutron, better known as Jimmy, was born March 3rd in the city of Retroville to a loving hardworking mother, Judy and an eccentric but lovable father, Hugh.

As Jimmy grew up it quickly became apparent he was a total genius, easily acing his way through school and inventing things that most scientist only dream of, including a secret clubhouse laboratory, tons of fun household devices and his advanced Robot Dog, Goddard.

Despite this Jimmy was not the most popular in school, considered a nerd and out of touch, someone who just sits and invents things in pursuit of science, but Jimmy wasn't satisfied with this, way too lonely. Jimmy despite being a little insecure made tons of marvelous inventions in order to gain popularity but his only real friends were Carl, a nerdy pushover, and Sheen, a hyperactive Ultralord fanboy. Hey I wonder if he’s named Neutron cause he’s the neutral charge of the group hahahaha, sorry.

Anyway, Jimmy is a nice friendly and outgoing kid, enjoying science because of it's connections, while he studies science to better understand the universe and benefit it, he doesn’t see much of a point to it if he can’t share it with others. He uses his scientific knowledge to try and make himself more popular and he’ll act very staunch, headstrong and independent when trying to be social in an attempt to hide his inner insecurity.

This however leads to a pretty chaotic execution of science, while he mostly uses science with good intentions, most of his inventions go horribly wrong due to arrogance or oversight, ending up almost destroying Retroville or worse. Despite Jimmy saving the day all the time, he isn't given much credit due to the danger generally being his fault as the second smartest kid and crush, Cindy, will often point out.

Regardless Jimmy is a true hero and titan of science, always standing up to villains and taking charge of whatever dangerous situations come his way.

He eventually did become popular and well liked by both the kids in his school and the world alike even eventually admitted his feelings for Cindy and the two have been dating since, in what is one of the best relationships in my plethora of childhood cartoons I might add.

Dexter

Height: 2’0”

Weight: Approx 22 lbs.

Age: 11

Dexter, no known last name, was born January 5th in the town of Genius Grove to a loving pair of hard working but weird parents.

Due to his abnormally large head at birth the doctors medically declared him to be a Genius and presented him with his customary pair of glasses. Truth be told, these doctors didn’t know the half of it, as Dexter almost immediately learned to walk, speak and most importantly, he began to invent.

Dexter quickly began whipping up inventions faster than normal people whip up breakfast, however it all seemed for not as Dexter’s older sister, Dee Dee would almost instantly destroy any of his creations out of sheer curiosity and ignorance.

Dexter spent years building inventions in secret to avoid Dee Dee’s destructive nature but no matter where he hid she always found him and sent him right back to square one again. By the time he was seven, Dexter was about ready to admit defeat and give up science entirely, when by chance he discovered a gigantic secret space behind the walls of his closet. Dexter decided this is the perfect place to dedicate himself to Science, and after years of inventing and expansion he dubbed his personal wonderland “Dexter’s Laboratory”.

Unfortunately, no amount of planning or secrecy was ever gonna keep Dee Dee from finding out and getting in. Fortunately at this point Dexter’s Lab was simply to huge to destroy completely or permanently so now she was more of an annoyance than a bane.

Dexter is completely dedicated to science and is determined to push forward and lead mankind to a new age of advancement by further mastering it. Dexter tends to isolates himself in his Lab, believing his work is too important to have many social plans, he is rational, objective and pretty intolerant of chaotic variables, which unfortunately his sister is the living embodiment of. Dee Dee feels bad that Dexter spends most of his time tinkering in his secret lab, and is trying to help him grow to be more accepting of the world he is trying to help.

Dexter has accomplished many absolutely astounding things in so many different fields of science and math we’d be here all day listing just that.

Intellect & Abilities

Jimmy Neutron

Intelligence:

Jimmy's IQ is officially charted at 210, but clearly anyone who has a head larger than most people's bodies is far smarter than this. Jimmy's intelligence is his greatest strong suit and massively above anything mankind has ever seen. As a self-proclaimed Boy Genius, Jimmy has utilized his scientific knowledge to easily accomplish many things we all consider scientifically impossible. Jimmy is knowledgeable in cloning, bio-engineering, quantum physics, chemistry, mathematics, genetics, engineering, radiology, astronomy and much more. He’s invented transmutation, time travel, faster than light travel, creating matter and energy from nothing, converting garbage into non-polluting oil and so much more astounding things.

He once made a working Universal Remote out of sticks, berries, rocks, mud and a diamond in 3 hours while trapped in the cretaceous period! He has hacked into the fairly oddparents’ magic, brought back an extinct species from fossils, and can manipulate the weather using only common substances like sunscreen.

In some of Jimmy's more "questionably legal" experiments that he can completely reverse and accelerate the aging process, created a candy more addictive than drugs, and can physically travel into people's dreams.

To top this completely off, the Jimmy-Timmy Power-Hour confirms that Jimmy is in fact the smartest being in the entire Nickelodeon Multiverse, as when Timmy Turner wishes to be in the greatest lab in existence, he ends up in Jimmy’s, meaning he’s smarter than other brilliant scientists such as Plankton, Nora Wakeman, Professor Membrane, and Everyone else to ever be in a Nickelodeon show.

Brain Blast:

The Brain Blast is an ability that allows Jimmy exceptional quick thinking skills. Jimmy concentrates deep into his subconscious allowing increased creativity, and accelerated rational thought. Jimmy can use this to rapidly find a quick solution to practically any situation using only makeshift objects around him.

Physical Abilities:

Jimmy Neutron possesses a rather large amount of skills, both mental and physical. Jimmy has a very impressive photographic memory which allowed him to completely memorize an entire shakespearean play in under 5 minutes. He has shown multiple times that he can process information and react at vastly superhuman speeds. He was manually able to evasively steer through asteroid fields while traveling massively faster than light and on one occasion he wrote a message to his friends in dirt after passing it only three times while traveling 100 million miles per hour.

Jimmy on more rare occasions has shown great acrobatic prowess and proficiency in sword fighting. Additionally Jimmy’s science skills got him brought onto the B.T.S.O. (Big Top Secret Organization) as a spy and he is considered to be their second greatest agent, right behind the legendary Jet Fusion. Most insanely of all is Jimmy’s canonically though comedically unexplained ability to survive in outer space just fine wearing only normal clothes. Despite the lack of oxygen, radiation, extreme hot and cold temperatures etc. Not only this but he can also hear things, speak, and is unaffected by changes in gravity. It’s like they never left earth at all (Insert fake moon landing theory here).

Dexter

Intelligence:

Even as a 11 year old Dexter is one of, if not the, most intelligent being on the planet, and considering he lives in a town called Genius Grove and his world is full of other super geniuses like Mandark, Professor Hawk, his real parents and like,

literally everyone in Japan, that is crazily impressive. Dexter can freely manipulate genetics, time, magnetism, size, and even control people's minds thanks to his myriad of creations in his lab. He can think faster than his artificially intelligent supercomputer and is quick to adapt and establish controlled areas of operation in new situations as well.

Dexter has cured the common cold, is a licenced Medical Doctor, has more robots than the Star Wars franchise,

he even once built a mechanical version of his own mother,

and when it turned against him he built a heavily upgraded version from scratch in 3 seconds flat.

Dexter has also crossed some lines if one does think about it. He performed a brain transplant on his own sister to make her his lab assistant, he later gave her a potentially deadly experimental monster formula to avoid hearing her story and even brought the abe lincoln head on Mount Rushmore to life and stole it so it could battle the Washington head to the death.

Finally, Yes just like Jimmy being Nickelodeon’s smartest character, Dexter happens to be the smartest character in the entire Cartoon Network universe. This is evident by how the only non-Dexter character across it with intelligence feats on his level is Professor Utonium form Powerpuff Girls.

Not only is Professor Utonium someone Dexter will openly mock, but Dexter impressed his daughters with his own scientific know how, and they are fully aware of Utonium’s capabilities.

Physical Abilities:

In addition to his superb scientific mind and the diverse toolset he created that no military in the world could match, Dexter knows the value of self defense. Dexter's physical prowess should never be underestimated as despite his diminutive stature, Dexter has shown a massive array of insane physical feats while fighting against aliens, interdimensional tentacle monsters, robots, and his nemesis Mandark.

Dexter is a master of over 112 different martial arts, a highly experienced tactician and a fighter pilot. He is an expert in guerrilla warfare, a trained stealthy secret agent, a survivalist and has gone toe to toe with villains who gave some of CN’s most iconic heros trouble.

 

Dexter was also personally trained by his sister in ‘The Way of the Dee Dee’ a dance based martial art and philosophy, it boosted his physical stats until he was her equal and allows him to think more outside his usual box. Dexter frequently uses a wrench that's more than 2 feet long as his primary weapon and is able to deflect lasers blasts with it. And if Dexter really feels like humiliating his opponent his custom 'DEXTER' brass knuckles will make sure that anyone looking at them knows exactly who beat them up.

Weapons & Equipment

Jimmy Neutron

Gear:

• Shrink Ray

Arguably Jimmy’s most iconic invention, the Shrink Ray was originally made from remote control for a show and tell project, and has since become one of Jimmy's primary gadgets. As its name implies, it fires a beam that alters size, the shrink ray can shrink anyone or anything to the size of an ant, or enlarge it to the size of entire planets. It also has a setting to generate large energy fields to shrink large amounts of objects simultaneously. The energy fields can be preset to expand to specific sizes and affect only specific things, such as shrinking every human in Retroville.

• Hypercube

The Hypercube is Jimmy's personal handheld infinite storage device. It can store objects of any size in limitless quantity in the separate and endless dimension it contains. The dimension is made out of condensed energy, and was later upgraded by Jimmy to be 4-dimensional so he can keep dangerous objects separated. It can produce any item Jimmy wants at will, and comes with eject all button. Jimmy eventually added a functional Black Hole Capture setting, which will suck almost everything in with a vortex powerful enough to suck in billions on Anti-fairies traveling relativistic speeds, though if trapped inside, it has been shown you can escape with heavy soundwaves blasts.

• Hypno-Beam

One of Jimmy's first inventions, the Hypno-Beam can hypnotize any sentient being, regardless of intelligence or sanity. The details of hypnosis can be preset or made up on the fly, then it's just a matter of pointing and firing. The hypnotic waves of the beam will instantly hypnotize anyone it hits, even if they are NOT looking at it, into doing or thinking whatever Jimmy wants... and oh the terrible things he could do with that.

The hypnotism will last until user snaps them out of it with another hypnotism. The only other ways to escape the Hypno-Beams influence is to either destroy it or hear a very loud noise such as an air horn.

• JetPack-BackPack

Jimmy upgraded his Backpack to produce twin Jet turbines out of the side pockets to enable flight. The Jetpack is powered by solar energy and has shown on its normal setting it can easily outspeed cars and trains. But when Jimmy needs real speed he can set it to Hyperdrive which granted enough speed to make it all the way to outer space in only one second. This means In Hyperdrive, Jimmy's Jetpack reaches speeds of 223200 mph, around Mach 250.

• Brain Drain 8000

A helmet Jimmy designed to drain the intelligence of the wearer, in order to see what it’s like to be normal. Unfortunately it worked entirely too well, as it turned any wearer into a drooling loopy monkey boy, and can even disable the brain blast. The Brain Drain was later upgraded to include the far more useful function, the Brain Gain. The Brain Gain setting can increase the wearer's intellect to quite literally limitless amounts.

Enough intellect grants god like powers, including but not limited to mind reading, electrokinesis, telekinesis, levitation, weather control, matter creation, and all types of reality warping. Although this does have a potential downside, absorbing more and more intelligence will eventually cause the wearer’s head to explode.

• DNA Accelerator

This object can advance a creature's DNA by hundreds of millions of years, though it can cause accidental mutations including trans-species propagation, such as turning into a 50ft plant monster.

• Electrolife setting: Brings things back from the dead.
• Gene-Splicer setting: Mutates two biological objects together.

• Watch

Jimmy's clear cut most versatile multi-tool in his entire arsenal. Jimmy's watch was initially just a watch he invented with a few added helpful features, including telling time, having satellite connections, a cell phone, and displaying Goddard’s vitals. The Watch has been heavily upgraded since then and now includes many other functions. It can access camera systems, remote control several of Jimmy's gadgets, has a Rosetta Stone upgrade to translate any text to english, a fingerprint scanner, and can shoot tracking devices. The watch has also been repeatedly modified so that it is retrofitted with many of Jimmy's most useful gear, which was previously too cumbersome to be practical, these include:

• Electro Magnet: A powerful setting that can both redirect electricity to other conductors and control and reshape metallic objects with great precision
• Freeze Ray: was able to instantly freeze an entire watch tower including the air inside
• Tractor Beam: can stop a house sized boulder
• Inviso-Shield: generates a field that can turn himself and others completely invisible
• Laser: can easily melt through any metal and make boulder sized objects combust
• Anti-Gravity Disks: Darts that trap whatever it hits in a bubble force field that will float into space and dissipate

• Neutra Scope

A pair of Binoculars with highly sensitive heat detectors, and can even play back all heat signatures over the last days worth of time simply by looking at that area in the present.

• Quantum Rewind 9000

A universal control which can rewind and fast forward events anywhere from a few seconds to several hundred million years it will only affects objects you point at in order to preserve the integrity of the space time continuum and has a frame by frame function. Used to its fullest will obviously make its user a master of time and space. It can counteract gravity, physical damage and the function of eating and even allows for functional time travel.

• Hover Shoes

An upgrade to Jimmy's sneakers that allows for flight of up to 25 mph. The hover can break a fall of ten stories without damaging Jimmy, can carry the weight of a boulder, and has a spring function that allow leaping over buildings.

• Pain Transference Helmet

A headband Jimmy invented for the Dentist office that has Forced Empathy Hax. What this means is that it absorbs literally all physical damage and pain that would be received by the wearer, and transfers it wirelessly to another person of the wearers choosing. Perfect for turning a foe's attacks against them.

• Oxidation Accelerator

A spray bottle which Disintegrates all types of metal through rapid corrosion the mist is the chemical equivalent of 100 years of rust.

• Null Generator

A gadget Jimmy invented specifically to cancel out force fields by generating a negative field.

• Poofer

A device Jimmy duplicated from Timmy Turner's Poofer, it is capable of teleportation with a limitless range including other universes.

• Incethilo Synthesizer

A device Jimmy made which can translates thoughts into music but was soon upgraded to allow for mind reading, the device can work over phones and radio’s to read minds remotely.

• Sulfur pellets

Tiny smoke bombs that release a knockout gas.

• Cheese-Ray

The Cheese Ray is a powerful laser beam that instantly transmutates anyone or anything it hits into Swiss Cheese, an instant kill for anything living.

• Pheromone #976/J

A chemical that makes people fall madly in love with the first person they see after only one whiff.

• Electrostatic Tasers

Projectiles that stun foes they hit.

• Molecular Atomizer

A beam weapon which converts anyone or anything it hits into electrons and dumps them into a virtual trash bin on Jimmy’s computers. From there it can be permanently deleted from the trash bin thus killing any living being unlucky enough to be in it. However if the weapon is destroyed before permanent deletion it will bring everything in it’s trash bin back.

• LightSaber

A general sidearm of Jimmy’s which he is quite skilled with, the saber produces a retractable laser blade that cleaves through giant crab monster plants like butter.

• Hyper-Chip

A chip that sends the vehicle it's attached to into Hyperspace, an intangible dimension for things traveling far faster than light.

• Voice Mimicker

Copies and flawlessly replicates any voice it has heard before allowing Jimmy to impersonate different voices.

• Sonic Voice Cannon

A megaphone which produces powerful sonic blast that can push back projectiles and even laser beams.

• Crabgrass Accelerator

Mutates plants to become giant monstrous and hungry for human flesh.

• Flux-Field Duplicator

A handy device Jimmy made from a camera, it instantly creates an exact duplicate of whatever person or object it takes a picture of, while causing original object to fade into oblivion in mere seconds. It can delete a planet the size of earth in one hour. Jimmy can also alter the clone preemptively by way of adding chips to the device, such as when Evil Jimmy used it to make his cloned earth evil like him.

Misc. Equipment:

• Neutro Gunk

Neutro Gunk is an all purpose, endlessly adaptable compound, which creates a propulsive and frictionless environment around applied areas. Jimmy can apply this lab made substance to his sneakers to give himself superhuman running speeds that continuously increase in capability. Starting at speeds shown to be around 1,800 mph and managing to increase to 143,314,200 mph in just an hour (Shown when he ran up a building, circled the moon and got back to earth in 12 seconds),

and is capable of moving too fast to see and completely defying gravity. The only downside is that once it reaches that speed, its combustion cycle can accelerate out of control, causing for a "Rough" breaking.

• Ultra Shock Dance Teacher 8000

A “Shock Treatment” device that can instantly teach the user any type of dance, and was later upgraded to teach any martial art style to a mastery.

• Demutation Pellet

A pill which instantly reverses all past mutations a living creature has been given since birth.

• Neutronic Monster Maker

A wondrous machine Jimmy made to make terrifying Halloween costumes. The device alters your entire DNA structure to turn you into any one of 102 famous movie monsters. This includes Vampires & Werewolves who have powerful abilities like intangibility and regeneration, The Blob, and any Kaiju in existence. And it can even create fully custom forms to combine powers.

• Total Health Boost Caplets

A pill which temporarily gives peak human physical stats on level with movie Spider-Man. Those affected can jump 1000s of feet into the air.

• Essense of N-Men packets

After the Ban-patan Radiation Belt turned Jimmy and his friends into the powerful superhero team, The N-Men, Jimmy managed to synthesize the powers into a powder substance stored in special packets.

The packets negate the powers original Life Force draining effects, and last for 30 minutes, though taking a packet for powers you're not used to is a bad idea. Thankfully, Jimmy's N-Men Packet is the best one. Upon taking his packet, he will become Hulk-Jimmy.

Hulk-Jimmy is able to leap miles, toss tanks thousands of feet, and tank an equivalent hydrogen bomb.

• Memory Eraser

Dart like device that erases the short term memory of those it's attached too.

Dexter

Gear:

• Shrink/Growth Ray

This insanely powerful beauty fires a ray can shrink people, objects and even individual parts down to the atomic level. And with a simple pull of a level it can also expand things to the point they are so large they literally, and I do mean literally, eclipse the entire universe.

• Memory eraser

A handheld device that produces a conical ray of light that can hit multiple targets at once. Upon hitting someone’s eyes the ray erases the last 24 hours of the victims memories.

• Backwards Belt

A belt that controls how the flow of time effects the wearer, when the light on the buckle glows green time flows forward for them and they can do things normally, when it glows red time is reversed for them and they repeat actions they did over again and speak backwards however they can still think in the present. Dexter can turn the settings off and on by vocally saying Reverse or Drawrof while in the opposite setting.

The belt reverses anything that affects the wearer while on backwards setting, including gravity, the function of eating, and any physical damage that was very recently received.

• Time Expansion Helmet

A stylish helmet that slows the flow of time around the wearer effectively granting them a massive boost in speed. At its Maximum Setting the Time Expansion Helmet slows time 180 fold, allowing the wearer to do all the things they could do in 3 minutes in only one real time second.

• Transporter Remote

Dexter is always sure to keep one of these handy in his labcoat. These remotes allow Dexter to teleport anywhere in the world, or and even distant planets. The device can also teleport any desired people or objects directly to Dexter, including all the devices in his Lab.

• Animal Atomizer

A device that can transmutate foes into any animal, alive or extinct, at random. While the person's mind and personality remain the same their physical abilities are increased or decreased to match that of the creature they've become.

• Flamethrower

Just because it’s too badass not to mention.

• Ghost Capture Unit

A gun and backpack combo capable of capturing and destroying Ghosts and other Intangible entities.

• Lasers lasers, and more lasers

Dexter's lab is literally littered with lasers, lasers for days. He seems to pull a different one out of his lab coat for every occasion and doesn't build a mech, tank, or even sub without equipping it with at least one laser. He has a laser that can digitize a person Tron style, an orbiting laser cannon that he built and controls, giant lasers, laser rifles, laser pistols and even laser pens.

• Botany Booster

Made from the bones of mackerels this serum can cause rapid growth in plants, turning them into carnivorous monsters if they are exposed to even more than a single drop. These super plants are largely immune to conventional gardening tools as most metals are too soft to cut through them. It can also cause insects to grow to super size.

• Greenthumb 1

This beauty scans plant monsters and other creatures and destroys it with an energy construct it generates of the perfect tool needed to kill it.

• Time Machine

The Time Machine allows Dexter to travel to any period in the past or future by standing inside of it. While in a different time period he can travel back to the present easily as the machine will summon a doorway for him to travel through upon him wanting to return.

• Cryo-Cannon

A Freeze Ray that was able to cover most of his city sized lab in ice with only a few shots.

• Clone-O-Matic

With this machine Dexter can mass produce huge numbers clones of himself, at least in the hundreds.

The clones are perfect copies of Dexter in every way and thus anything Dexter can do they can do exactly as effectively.

• Teletronic Manifestation Device

A really powerful device Dexter has attached directly to his brain. Basically the device instantly creates matter out of thought.

With this device Dexter can create literally anything he knows how to make instantaneously with no supplies, including new inventions or upgraded versions of existing ones.

• Hypnosis Pen

With the Hypnosis Pen, Dexter only needs to write down what he wants his victim to do and they must do it, in spite of the name, this is not a mind control device, it takes control of the victim's physical body, you can tell as the victims actively try and resist yet their body simply won’t obey.

• Collective Intellect Helmet

This crazy device taps into the collective unconscious of mankind to temporarily turn Dexter into the smartest person on the planet.

It is impossible to be smarter than him while this is in effect as he becomes the equivalent of every human mind on earth contained within one being.

Misc. Equipment:

• Monster Potion

The monster potion Dexter keeps in his lab coat transforms a person into a monster which will continue to grow and mutate until they are the size of earth.

• Molecular Transfer Pod

This machine will study a substance's molecular structure and transform Dexter so that he has the same properties as that substance. In this case he used gum to develop stretching and reforming abilities similar to those of Mr. Fantastic.

Later on it’s shown he could do this with a huge variety of other materials as well.

• Spectacles

Dexter’s iconic glasses come equipt with settings for several different types of visions that let him detect basically anything.

• Light-Bending Pigment Converter

A machine that creates a layer of negative light around objects that enter it.

While under this machines effects Dexter is completely invisible to the human eye.

• Force Field Generator

Creates an invisible, personal force field around Dexter’s entire body which can casually block town level blows.

• Cerebellic Transverse Wave Inducer

A Helmet that made Dexter telepathic, capable of reading minds, and it should be noted he still had that ability when the episode ended.

• Life Potion

This solution turns any inanimate object it touched animate, capable of moving and thinking for itself.

It can bring anything to life from an army of stuffed animals to the Lincoln head on Mount Rushmore.

• Evolutionary Fuel

A potent chemical that somehow causes rapid evolution in any living species it contacts.

Armor/Mecha & Vehicles

Jimmy Neutron

Armor/Mecha:

• Robo-Walker

Jimmy’s most well known Mech, the Robo-Walker is a 12 foot tall Titanian walking machine that is somehow able to compress itself down to easily be stored in Jimmy’s backpack. The Walker has legs that unleash kicks powerful enough to knock back truck sized robots and additionally comes with an ejector seat, heat-seeking missile launcher, and a powerful laser cannon. Scaling the Robo-Walker to the Tripod Ship owned by Eustace Strych that it defeated, it should be building level and relativistic as the Tripod Ship could blow up large boulders and travel to other planets like Mars in under a day.

• Jimmy Bot

A small Mech Jimmy stores in his backpack that features a single anti-tank missile. Jimmy can also control this one remotely.

• Fudge-bot

Jimmy’s best mech, The Fudge-bot is a building busting solar powered transformer with a laser arm, rocket powered flight and brace missiles that trap their targets in metal, it can fly at speeds faster than fairies, who are capable of flying around the earth in one second.

Vehicles:

• Rocket

Jimmy’s trusty Rocket was originally made from a coin operated kiddy ride, but something tells me it is no longer child safe. This baby runs on Fun-Fuel on a tank of 26 light years per gallon and can easily reach faster than light speeds for deep space travel. This insane speed is further increased with the Warp Module, which bends time and space to allow a form of instant teleportation, and then there's the hyperthrust which allows for vast interstellar travel such as getting to the planet Shmaingy in less than an hour. In addition the Rocket has many other useful functions including scanning the interior of objects, an advanced adaptable holographic clocking system, an autopilot and an ejector seat. To find the speed of this rocket we must look at it's best speed feat, in the original movie Jimmy uses this rocket to travel to the Yokian's home planet in one day (this is lowballed as they clearly took a break to sleep). In the 3rd Jimmy Timmy Power Hour it is reviled the Yokian's home planet is in ANOTHER UNIVERSE. Logically the way to calculate this is with the Observable Universe a sphere representing all matter that can be viewed from earth with our current advanced telescopes. The distance from earth to it's edge is 46.5 Billion Lightyears, flying this in a day is 16,984,125,000,000c, or roughly 17 Trillion times Faster than Light.

• Hover-Car

The Hover-Car is Jimmy’s primary travel vehicle for Earth missions, it can reach speeds of over Mach 13 on land sea and air on only 1 cup of fun fuel. The Car has an autopilot setting and is resistant to acid. While limited to an altitude of under 10,000 feet, the Hover-Car houses a deadly Ion Ray, a Tractor Beam that can stop a house sized rock rolling off a mountain, and a Torpedo powerful enough to blow up a whole ocean liner.

• Neutron Submersible

A exploratory submarine that can reach Depths exceeding 90,000 fathoms. It comes with a radar, and managed to reach Japan in mere hours.

Dexter

Armor/Mecha:

• Monochromatic Disk suit

This suit is capable of producing black and white disks which Dexter throws as weapons and uses as a hoverboard.

• DexStar

This super-suit comes equipped with a jet pack, multiple bolas and other trapping weapons, and has a belt buckle that can be thrown like a boomerang at high speeds to destroy almost anything in its path including reinforced concrete pillars.

• Dex-Transformer

This body suit enhances the user's physical abilities 100 fold. In addition it comes loaded with several weapons like lasers, machine guns, rockets, sticks of lit TNT and dodgeballs which it can throw so fast they ignite into fireballs.

• Robo-Dexo 2000

Dexter's favorite mech, the Robo-Dexo 2000 is Dexter’s go to fighting bot. It's weapons include hands that can be launched and manipulated throughout the air to punch enemies from a distance, popping up its head like a PEZ dispenser revealing four giant missiles capable of destroying a whole mountains, and a variety of laser weapons the most powerful of which is a giant beam shot from its eyes that can destroy a giant asteroid displayed comparable to the moon.

This Mech can fly at through outer space with ease, while fighting a giant Dee Dee, it destroyed an entire city block with a single kick, and has done several more impressive things such as plugging an entire volcano.

• Multi-Forming Megabot

In true power rangers nature, this mech is formed from a helicopter, jet, RV and speedboat forming together into one badass battle robot. While it requires 4 pilots, Dexter has tons of artificially intelligent robots in addition to cloning himself or pulling versions of himself from other times so piloting is not a problem.

This mech has a variety of abilities including flight and manipulating electricity into explosive attacks and deadly projectiles.

It’s primary weapons are two giant twin swords powerful enough to cleave through any material in the Dexter universe. This Mech is so powerful it was capable of going toe to toe with a giant monster which had been casually defeating Monkey for a long period of time, meaning to find its stats we can scale it directly to Monkey.

Monkey with the Silver Spooner’s spoon flung all the celestial bodies in the solar system including the sun out of Barbequor’s mouth, a casually solar system level feat for strength and durability. For speed, Monkey once flew to the sector 7 star system in 3 seconds flat, the sector 7 star system is stated to be 25000 lightyears from Earth, meaning Monkey can fly at speeds of 263,089,546,721c, or 263 Billion times Faster than Light.

Both of these feats scale to this mech completely as it destroyed this monster on par with Monkey with a punch so powerful it made a flash the size of an entire country….which somehow appeared in North America even though they were fighting in Japan.

Vehicles:

• Rocket

Dexter’s primary Rocket is called the Quad-booster due to its four additional boosters. This baby has a fully functional auto pilot and can fly through space at speeds greater than any of his other devices. This Rocket is so strong it once pushed the moon out of its orbit at relativistic speeds.

• Helicopter

Dexter has a helicopter that can be summoned to him by contacting his computer through his wristwatch. This helicopter can be equipped with a tracking system for seemingly any creature and is powerful enough to carry a bucket of water the size of a skyscraper.

• Mini-Jet

Dexter’s jet can fly at super fast speeds and comes armed with machine guns and missiles.

If this thing wasn’t cool enough already it also transforms into an admittedly pretty sweet looking rocket-bike.

• Submarine

This badass battle sub can reach depths of 30,000 feet below sea level and its crab shaped battle mode as seen above is capable of dodging canons and tearing ships apart, and comes armed to the teeth with lasers, machine guns and a tactical nuke.

Support

Jimmy Neutron

Goddard:

Goddard is Jimmy’s Artificially Intelligent Robot dog, assistant and best friend whom he made with his own two hands when he was just a little kid. A loving dog with a great sense of humor Goddard has become Jimmy’s most consistent asset in his adventures, as well as day to day life. He is powered by a Tritium battery and solar energy and has a backup battery just incase.

Some of Goddard’s primary abilities include flying either with the rocket boosters in his paws or using his ears as Helicopter blades, firing lasers from his eyes that can cut through solid steel, and transforming into a flying motorcycle for Jimmy called FlyCycle mode.

Goddard’s two most trademark abilities include his Play-Dead function, where he Self-Destructs in an explosion that obliterates concrete and steel, and then reassemble himself in seconds using magnet technology Iron Giant style, and secondly his Options Function, where he lists through the three most logical and helpful solutions to any possible problem. To top it off Goddard also does 11,000,004 additional things. The ones most useful for combat include

• Can Operate all of Jimmy’s vehicles and weapons
• Records literally everything he hears and sees
• Extendable limbs: Can extend his arms legs and head several hundred feet and compress his body through pipelines
• Voice Mimicry
• Radar Can scan for any random thing, no matter how specific or silly

• Can scan brainwaves: Is basically Empathic, able to read emotions

• X-ray and Blacklight visions
• Portable lie detector: So sensitive it can even detect lies through pre-recorded audio

• Can fire mace from his tail
• Particle beams: Various types of powerful laser cannons

VOX:

VOX is an artificially intelligent supercomputer created by Jimmy to run his lab 24-7. She is usually noted with only her voice, however she can also become mobile, travel as a sentient ball of energy.

VOX assumes control of the mechanics of Jimmy’s lab on his command. She can remotely run a lot of Jimmy's less mobile inventions, like his cleansing tube, the hologram projector and the slide that leads to the lab. VOX is also the labs primary security system. Lined with a 3 foot lead compound, the only ways into the lab are the clubhouse, the trapdoor at the doormat, and the express tunnel in his room. All of which require getting past VOX by holding Jimmy’s DNA to her scanner.

Dexter

Timmy:

Timmy is Dexter’s genetically engineered pet Termite, he was altered to eat metal instead of wood and do it at an enormously faster rate than a normal termite. Timmy can eat through solid pieces of metal larger than cars in mere seconds leaving nothing behind. Timmy consumes the unsalvageable inventions that Dee Dee destroys in order to keep the Lab clean. He's extremely loyal to Dexter, coming whenever he whistles acting very similar to an intelligent dog.

Computer:

Dexter's lab is an enormous structure extending to be the size of a city and reach down 30,000 feet below sea level, and it is chalk full of 1000’s of machines and artificially intelligent robots. And everything in the lab is supervised and run to maximum efficiency by Dexter's AI, referred to only as "Computer". Computer is able to activate and control most of Dexter's inventions at his command and is with Dexter wherever he goes, being integrated into all his vehicles and mechs as well as his wrist watch. Computer has many helpful abilities including teleporting Dexter and sending inventions too him, scanning, and providing tactical information.

Durability wise, one time Dee Dee borrowed an experimental sponge from Dexter which ended up sucking up all the water on earth and expanded larger than earth with Dee Dee on top.

Dexter managed to drain the water out by using a tractor beam to bring forth 2 planet sized meteors to smash the sponge.

And Dee Dee survived the epicenter of that impact making Dexter physically planet level

Weaknesses

Jimmy Neutron

Jimmy is insecure and his attempts to hide it have made him a dangerously arrogant show-off who tends to disregard safety and seldom ever thinks things through. He has repeatedly shown to be very gullible, uncreative and stubborn as hell. He once thought a soda can was a good substitute to Titanium. Another time he completely ignored his friends and decided to handle team sport events against more powerful alien races alone despite knowing the planet was on the line, even when he was losing by an insurmountable amount he still refused help, if his friends hadn't stepped in the Earth would have been destroyed. And this isn’t even mentioning the fact that when the town or more is in danger, Jimmy has been directly responsible for it over 80% of the time.

Dexter

Dexter's biggest and most devastating weakness is his ego, it frequently causes him to ignore the warnings of others, including computer, when he's about to do something dangerous, thinking he simply knows better than everyone. He once allowed the world to be destroyed by a meteor shower because he and Mandark couldn’t stop fighting each other and work together. Although it seems they did save it by reversing time or something cause the Earth is still there afterword.

Battle

Genius Grove, 8:00 AM, Dexter awoke to the calm morning “Ah, What a Glorrrious day forr Science!” he exclaimed as he quickly dressed himself and entered his Secret Laboratory for a day of experimenting, however when the bookcase lifted the Red Alert siren was blaring.

“The Emergence distress signal? Compyootehr, what is the situation.” he said, ready for anything, excited to save the Earth again.

“Dexter, your scanners are picking up high amounts of antimatter in the outer thermosphere”

“Holy cow, Compyootehr initiate suitup launch sequence!” Dexter called. He quickly ran into a chamber that dressed him in a cool action jumpsuit and then places him in his Mini-Jet which launches out from his house's chimney.

“Set a lock on the antimatter” he calmly says as his lasers take aim.
“Increase speed” he states as the jet draws ever closer.

“And…” Dexter is suddenly cutoff as a crazy haired kid and a metal dog emerge from it, in what appears to be a flying innertube, forcing Dexter to step on the air breaks so suddenly he slams against his own windshield.

“Eureka! We did it Goddard, according to my calculations, this is where Retroville should be but it's entirely different, my interdimensional wormhole generator is a success” Jimmy says in a celebratory mood.

Dexter climbs back to his seat “Uhhh….Hey yOOOu, who da Heck are you and what do you think you aRE doing!?”

Jimmy turned and looked in amazement at what he thought must be the military “Wow!, Goddard write down that this is a planet of dwarfs” he says discretely.

“Uh, Hello, I come in peace, I’m Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius, and I was testing my wormhole generator..”
“Boy Genius? I think not, your amateur wormhole generator leaks a dangerous amount of antimatter, you could have Eviscerated the enTire timezone!” Dexter said talking down to him.

“Amateur? Please, I know exactly what I’m doing, which is more than I can say for someone driving a jet for a toddler.” Jimmy smugly retorted.

Dexter’s head steamed, “It is clear to me I cannot allow someone as fOOLish as yoUU to be meddling in Science this advanced, please hand over your technology knowing that I Dexter, ACTUAL Boy Genius will dispose of it safely.”

“Not gonna happen blockhead!” Jimmy started readying himself.
Dexter did the same “We shall sEE about that.”

FIGHT!

Jimmy immediately blitzes past Dexter, knocking his jet off course. “Gah, Compyootehr! Stabilize propulsion” Dexter commanded taking off in hot pursuit of Jimmy.

“Ha, sure showed that jerk huh Goddard” he said as Dexter caught up to him. “Locked on target, Firre HEatseaker missiles Now!” with a button press, Dexter Fired an array of missiles at Jimmy setting off the Hover Car’s alarms.

“Holy Heisenburg! Goddard, Ion-Ray!” Jimmy put the Hover Car on autopilot, a laser mini-gun emerged from Goddard’s back, Jimmy grabbed onto it and blasted the missiles before they reached him.

“Electric Zapper Now!” Dexter shouted, he had used the explosions as cover for his sneak attack, he hit Jimmy’s Hover Car with an electrical beam destroying the autopilot, sending it spiraling towards the ground.

Jimmy quickly grabbed the wheel “Must..Regain...CONTROL!” Dexter, right behind him, fired a spread of rockets at him “Checkmate! Fudgehead!”

“That’s it, no more playing around” Jimmy said as he pulled up, he fired his tractor beam at the rockets, stopping them in their tracks, “Let’s see how you like it” Jimmy did a sudden Aileron-Roll, smashing all the rockets into Dexter’s jet, shooting him down.

Dexter ejected from the jet into his bike form and grinded to a halt on the ground where Jimmy soon met him.

“I’m taking you back for questioning” Jimmy shot Dexter with his Molecular Atomizer, digitizing him onto the Hover Car’s computer.

“Well that takes care of hi-” Suddenly the Hover Car started sparking losing control. “What on Earth is going on!” Dexter’s Voice sounded from the radio “YOOOu think this my fiRst time inside a Compyootehr? Child's play, for instance…” A red light began flashing as a deep computer voice said “Self Destruct in 5...4...3…”

“Goddard, Flycycle Mode!” Jimmy yelled as he jumped from his Hover Car and Goddard flew under him taking him to safety as the vehicle blew to tiny bits with Dexter emerging in a badass superhero landing.

“Who is the guy” Jimmy said in astonishment. Dexter pulls 2 laser pistols from his labcoat and spins them on his fingers, “HAsta La ViSta, Baby!” he fires a volley of laser shots at Jimmy. “Goddard, evasive action” Goddard began quickly steering and dodging Dexter’s laser blasts.

Dexter rolled up his sleeve and spoke to his watch “Compyootehr, fire orbitAl LasEr Cannon” suddenly the sky grew red as an enormous yottaton laser beam launched from the heavens directly at Jimmy.
“Leaping Leptons!” Thinking fast, Jimmy pulls out his Sonic Voice cannon and fires to suppress the laser. Upon the blasts collision the Sonic Cannon fractures, its mere seconds away from shattering completely. “Iiiit’s noot gonnnnna Hoolldd! Goddard the teleporter, we need to regroup at the lab!” Jimmy and Goddard disappeared into a portal instants before the laser consumed them.
“Compyootehr, track his DNA signature!”

Jimmy’s Lab

“I don’t know who that guy is Goddard, but it won’t be long before a genius of that caliber finds us, and this time we’ll be prepared” he says gathering all his best devices into his Hypercube.

“VOX, set up defensive protocol, he should be here in a few minutes.” 
Suddenly Dexter appeared in a flash of light wearing his DexStar super-suit “At LASt”
"...Or Now"

“Intruder Alert, activating security measures threat level: Girl” VOX stated, suddenly the floor became electrified but Dexter was fast enough to swing away on a grappling before it reached him. Lasers fired on Dexter from all directions but were stopped dead by Dexter’s personal force field. Dexter threw his boomerang belt buckle destroying all the laser’s in a single shot.

VOX emerged as a ball of energy “Sir weapon systems ineffective”

“I gotta find a way to hurt him past that force field, gotta think..Think…THINK”

Cues sequence of visually seeing Jimmy’s brain and going into it to witness his thought process

“Brain Blast!” 

Jimmy quickly put on his Pain Transference Helmet, Dexter ran right for Jimmy who then proceeds to shoot himself in the face with his own watch laser, transferring it directly to Dexter past his force field, blasting him backwards.

“Direct hit sir” VOX stated “Yeah that sure was close, but at least its over”

Suddenly VOX’s intangible energy from was engulfed and dragged in by a yellow beam, Jimmy turns to see a totally unharmed Dexter holding his Ghost Capture Unit “It’s GOing to take A lot MOOre than That PaL” Dexter’s Ghost Capture Unit disappeared in a flash and was replaced by his CryoCannon “TIme for yoU to ChILl out!” Dexter fires hitting his Pain transference helmet, freezing its circuits.

“His weapons have some sort of teleportation tech, Goddard evasive plan 2” Jimmy pulls his Jetpack out of his Hypercube “Gotta Blast!” Jimmy and Goddard take off to the sky.

Dexter activates his own jetpack and launches after him.

“Here it goes Goddard” Jimmy pulls out his lightsaber and blasts towards Dexter, he repeatedly strikes his force field in speedy blitzkrieg assaults while Dexter is unable to hit him.

“My, this SimPOLton's ROcket Pack is too quick, I had Better even the plAying field”

Dexter quickly teleports his Backwards Belt and Time Expansion Helmet onto his person.

Jimmy races towards Dexter for another assault, Dexter responds by turning the dial on the Time Expansion Helmet slowing time 60 fold leveling the playing field.

Dexter dodges Jimmy’s assault with ease and goes for an assault of his own. With no time to mess up, Jimmy pulls out the Quantum Rewind and blasts Dexter slowing his time to a crawl. Dexter counters by turning up his dial to 180 fold growing rapidly closer to Jimmy. Jimmy counters by setting the QR to Rewind sending Dexter backwards.

“esreveR” Dexter says as the light on his belt buckle turns from green to red allowing Dexter to go forward again.

“How is that possible!” Jimmy proclaimed

“Here, Try it” Dexter said upon reaching him, he swiftly takes off his backwards belt and clips it onto Jimmy, sending him plummeting back into his Lab at the same speed he took off at.

“SucCess!” suddenly Dexter’s force field short-circuited and became disabled

“Wah” Dexter turned to see Goddard with the Null Generator who managed to sneak up while Jimmy distracted Dex.

“Why YOUU…” “HEY, POINDEXTER!”, Dexter looked down to see Jimmy emerge from his lab in his large Robo-Walker.

“FINally, SUiT UP!” Dexter uses his teleporter to trade out his DexStar suit for his Dex-Transformer, and lands as the two look on like it's high noon, ready to square off.

Jimmy fires several missiles at Dexter, only for Dexter to dodge them with ease. Dexter fires a flaming dodge ball back at him “DoDGe This!” Jimmy was nailed square in the face, while disoriented Dexter closed the distance. With his mech Dexter tears off one of the Robo-Walkers legs, then smacks the machine to the ground using the leg like a baseball bat.

“I mUST aDmit, yuu were an INtErsting foe, but No one COnQueRs Dexter, Boy Genius” he says raising the ‘bat’.

“And you, talk too much” suddenly the arms of the DexTransformer began sparkling and went limp.

“What?” Dexter turned to see Goddard with a satellite dish emerged from him, he had hacked his mechs controls.

“Foor de Luv of AlBert Ein..” Dexter was cut off as his own mech punches him in the face before blasting off out of control with its boosters.

“Good job boy” Jimmy quickly ejects from the broken mech and releases his Monster Maker from the Hypercube and steps up.

Suddenly Goddard short-circuited, Dexter had sent a counter signal to regain control of his suit the feedback from it shorted out Goddard’s tritium Battery causing a shutdown.

“I hAve sOOOO had Enough of yuuu Our Mangy Mongrel” Dexter fires sticks of dynamite from his suit at the defenseless dog, blowing him to pieces.

“You’re gonna regret that!” Giant tentacles emerge from a cloud of smoke by Jimmy’s Monster Maker and up stood Jimmy as a nearly 400 ft Kaiju monster with horns, wings Scales, Fur, Slime and Robot arms. “By combining the Deoxyribonucleic Acid altering codes form every combination in my machine, I Have Created the ULTIMATE MONSTER!”

Jimmy with a single backhand shatters Dexter’s DexTransformer and launches him through several buildings.

“Haha, don’t think I’m done with you yet” Jimmy says as he walks closer.

Inside the building, Dexter reaches into his lab coat and pulls out his Monster Formula and chugs the whole flask.

Jimmy then blows up the building Dexter is in with Atomic Breath, “Haha, is that Enough you little pest”

Jimmy’s words are cut short when he hears the debris blasted away, his enormous body is coated in a shadow, then the rest of the city, then the whole North American continent.

Jimmy gazes wide eyed in terror at the giant planetoid sized purple lizard monster standing before him.

“nOO, It Wasn’t”

“PUKIN’ PLUTO!” Jimmy screams as he runs in terror from the terraforming beast.

In the background of the fight, the pieces of Goddard all start moving towards each other, in seconds he is completely back together. Goddard aims at Dexter’s State sized mouth and blasts him with a Demutation Pellet.

The pill falls down Dexter’s throat and completely reverts him to normal. “Ha, good thing you didn’t know about Goddard’s backup battery or spontaneous electromagnetic reconstruction.” “While doing harm to fellow members of the scientific community isn’t my style” Jimmy raises his monster leg “No one hurts my dog”

Dexter looks on as the monster’s leg comes down, and steps on its other leg. “What!” Jimmy screams as his own are punches him in the face.

“Ha, FOOL! While you were talking I Used my HypNOsis Pen to get yUu to beat youRself to death! So Long.” Dexter walks off as the monster begins chokes itself till it stops breathing.

Thinking quickly, Goddard Flies over to the deceased Jimmy Monster and uses the DNA Accelerator to turn him normal and restore him to life.

“I KNeW it waS a Good iDea to keep This, though Who would Know Better than Me” Dexter goes to kiss the pen only to have it shattered by a laser shot from Jimmy’s watch.

“HoW in the nAMe of Darwin diD yUu…” “YUU!” Dexter points his finger at Goddard.

“Bark, Bark”

“YUu’ve annOYed me for de Last Time you Rusty MuTT, Lets SEE how yUu DU on MY Terf NerdTron” Dexter Pulls out his teleporter and sends himself and Jimmy to his Laboratory, leaving Goddard in the Nickelodeon dimension.

“WELcome To DEXTER’S LAB!”

“Impressive, shame you KILLED me or I might reconsider taking you down” Jimmy presses a button on his watch and suddenly he becomes completely invisible.

“Ha, did yUu think I wasn’t reADy for dat” Dexter’s Glasses turn red indicating they are in Heat Seeker mode.

Dexter sees Jimmy immediately as he blasts a laser at him, with FTL reflexes Dexter pulls out his trusty wrench to deflect it, only to be astonished when the entire wrench turns to cheese.

“Cheese?!?” More lasers fire upon Dexter as he runs towards the Molecular Transfer Pod, the blasts turn everything they hit to cheese as Dexter barley manages to avoid them. He throws his cheesed wrench into the machines core and combat-rolls into the pod as the machine goes off.

In the smoke Jimmy fires dozens of blasts hitting Dexter’s silhouette. Dexter emerges from the smoke, he is yellow but otherwise fine. The MoLecular TRAnsfer Pod GIVes mE the Full Physical ProPerTies of whatEver MateriaL entErs it, YooR WeaPon is USelESS!” “Timmy, SICk em Boy!”

Jimmy heard something lunge toward him, he quickly turned around and shot it with an antigravity disk, trapping it in a force field. Jimmy Grew a look of astonishment, “That was your big plan?” “A Stupid Termite” he says on the verge of cracking-up. This quickly turns to Shock as Jimmy turns to see 4 Dexters!

“Haha FOOL! ThanKs to Your easily DistRActed natUre, My Chances MulTIPlIEd by Four! And Counting”

More and more Dexter’s appear around every corner holding laserguns
“SurreNder if you ValUe youR Life, BananaFace”

Thinking quick Jimmy Pulls out his Hypno-Beam and sprays all the Dexters a trance.

“Alright that was easy, I should have thought of this sooner”

Timmy sees this happening and immediately eats through the the lense of the Anti Gravity Disk causing him to drop in a lunge towards Jimmy.

“Alright you guys will destroy this lab and attack eachothe..” Suddenly Timmy reaches Jimmy and consumes the Hypno-Beam into nothing in a nanosecond. “Ah” Jimmy cries, he fires lasers from his watch at Timmy only for him to dodge and eat his watch too. Timmy Lunges at Jimmy to finish this but Jimmy pulls his Hypercube and sucks Timmy into it.

The Dexter’s all begin snapping out of it, so Jimmy Puts the Hypercube on the Vortex setting, an enormous tornado emerges from the cube and starts tearing the lab to pieces, it sucks in almost everything around it including most of the Dexters that surround him.

“Yes...It’s working!”

Dozens of portals begin opening from the hyperspace dimension made by the Dexter’s who start reemerging.

“It’s not working, I’ve gotta Think...Think THINK”

Jimmy places it on and sets it to gain, his head grows 30 sizes that day and he begins levitating. The Dexters all fire tons of bullets and missiles towards Jimmy but he stops them and launches them back to sender with Telekinesis.
“You Obnoxious insignificant miniscule egotism functions, this laborious effort shall irk me no longer, I shall Purge this genetic code”

God Jimmy begins firing lightning towards the Dexter’s keeping back all there retaliations with Telekinesis.

While distracted with the clones the prime Dexter ponders the current situation.

“He hAs grOwn in siZe, POwer and moSt dAngerousLY intelligence, I MUst IncrEaSE my Own To MaTCh his ImprOved Strategy.” Dexter slides to the Collective Intellect Helmet and turns it on in a flash of light.

Jimmy had all the clones floating with TK and was about to drowned them in quicksand

“HeY, recKlESs ReCaLciTRant OBsTrepERouS bANe” Jimmy Turns to see Dexter flying on his rocket-boots with a head the size of a surfboard.

“Ha, you Ignoramus, what inconceivable form of Insanity preaches belief you can compeer wits with me”

Dexter than Hits Jimmy with the Memory Eraser, nixing the last 24 hours of his memory and returning him to normal.

“What is going on” Jimmy says astonished.

“Compyootehr, FormaTIon 12” Dexter shouts as he and his clones get into four separate vehicles and they form together in an awesome Power Ranger’s esk cutscene forming the Megabot.

“I’ll catch up on the details later” Jimmy says as he Gets into his Fudgebot Battle suit, then increases it to planet sized using the Shrink Ray.

“Not So Funny now huh” Jimmy says as he unleashes a titanic punch right where the Megabot is standing. The Megabot catches the planetoid sized punch effortlessly.

“It’s HilARious ActuaLLy” The Megabot twists tearing the Fudgbot’s entire arm off then Dexter proceeds to kick the Fudgebot into outer space. Dexter meets it there in under a second and pulls out two swords which sever all the other limbs off the Fudgebot and the shockwaves go on to bust distant planets. Jimmy pulls out his Flux Field duplicator and snaps a picture of the Megabot, suddenly a 2nd Megabot appeared around Jimmy while the original fades into nothing leaving the Dexter’s floating air-less in space. “Ha lets see you get out of this without your computer” Jimmy said smugly.

Dexter then concentrated, using his Teletonic Manifestation Device he turns his thought into matter and recreates his Rocket around himself and his clones.

“Ha, Nice antique genius, gotta blast” Jimmy says as he fires energy blasts at Dexter with his copied Mech.

“Compyootehr hack into that MeGabOT’s Self-DEstrUct sequence”
A Voice comes on the intercom of the Megabot, “Warning Self Destruct Imminent.”

Jimmy launches out of the Mech in his rocket only seconds before it blew to kingdom come.
In his vastly superior Rocket Jimmy quickly catches up to Dexter’s and blasts his rocket with the cheese ray, turning the entire structure to swiss cheese.

“I’m very Cheesed to Meet you shorty”

“Tsk TSk, TheY NeVeR LeARn” Dexter says as he opens up his lab coat and pulls out the Life Potion, bringing the cheese ship to life.

“FoLLow thAt Big HeADed ClOOD” Dexter said as the cheese ship took off in pursuit of Jimmy spraying Milk out its exhaust ports instead of fire.

Jimmy turns and sees this “This guy doesn’t know when to quit” “Guess i could use a snack” Jimmy then pulls out a shrink ray and grows to Planet Sized, he consumes the cheese ship in a single bite and chews thoroughly.

“Messy, but that's what you get for messing with Jimmy Neutron”

Suddenly Jimmy’s Teeth explode as the RoboDexo 2000 flys out of his mouth, Dexter had recreated it from thought.
“Why you little”

Jimmy and Dexter fly Towards each other at speeds hundreds of billions of times beyond light.
Jimmy Punches at Dexter, but Dex punches back Knocking Jimmy’s fist away, Dexter’s mech flies up the planet sized Jimmy’s Nose and looks directly at his brain.

Dexter targets it with every weapon he’s got.
“....BrAIn BLAST!”

Dexter’s Mech opens like a PEZ dispenser and unloads Dozens of enormous missiles, Jimmy’s head is Blown to pieces in a massive explosion eclipsing the moon with Dexter flying through the Cranial cavity.

Wow, 3 years ago I started this and now it's finally complete. Dexter VS Jimmy is an Extremely close fight that could go either way, both characters have an immense amount of hax and ways in which to counter it. Dexter approaches situations from an Isolating Point of View, While Jimmy does from a Holistic Point of View. Dexter's machinery is far more brute efficient in function, but have less flexibility and won’t be as adaptable. Jimmy's is more unpredictable but lacks raw power. The Best way to settle this argument is to compare their offensive abilities to their defensive abilities in order to see whom has an advantage.

Starting with Jimmy’s attack VS Dexter’s defense right out the gate Jimmy’s general Destructive Capability is completely useless, Dexter’s durability is simply too high for that to mean anything. This forces Jimmy to rely on hax to win, Jimmy has a variety of very dangerous hax that could take Dexter out, especially Existence Erasure, Mind Control and Transmutation, but Dexter has defences that can hinder his use of these and obviously relying on Indirect offense like hax is adherently more difficult than Direct offense, it forces you to have to take a far more strategic approach to set up situations to destroy them. The only notable Hax in Jimmy’s grab bag Dexter has no counter to is Forced Empathy, and in this circumstance it is simply to specific a scenario to work, as the set limit on the Forced Empathy is planet level (as that is the highest DC showing in the Franchise) and Dexter’s durability is also planet level. This means the only Scenario in which Forced Empathy could work is if it is used on an exactly planet level blow, anything less would fail to harm Dexter, anything more would overload the device and kill Jimmy.

Now for Dexter’s attack VS Jimmy’s defense, out the gate again there is no conceivable way Jimmy survives a direct attack from Dexter, his physical DC alone is enough to destroy Jimmy and his tech and with technology he eclipses anything in the JN franchise with ease. While Dexter really only has to worry about combating Jimmy’s hax, Jimmy is simply going to be finding himself in life threatening situations Much more quickly and Much more easily. Jimmy Must use his powers and Hax to counter or avoid every attempt Dexter makes on him with both normal attacks and hax, and while he has what is necessary to do this, in a pure DC vs Dura analysis, Dexter clearly takes it because he poses a much more immediate and consistent threat to his opponent.

But there is a third factor in this matchup, momentum, factors that can allow someone to score critical hits on the other first. So let's compare those directly shall we

Overall the Momentum edge goes to...Dexter. Yes while Jimmy IS faster, 60 times faster infact, things like Dexter’s cloning, matter creation and intellect boost allow his momentum to grow exponentially higher than Jimmy's over a relatively short period of time. Jimmy can copy Weapons but Dexter can remake new or upgraded versions with thought or bring Jimmy’s weapons to life.
Comparing Dexter and Jimmy themselves, Dexter is simply a more tactical better combatant with more experience training and skill. Yes Dexter can be an arrogant egomaniac, but Jimmy is just as arrogant if not more, not to mention reckless. In the series the threats Jimmy saves the day from can be traced directly back to Jimmy as the cause nearly 80% of the time. In Dexter’s Lab, Dexter is almost never at fault, the dangers usually being caused by Dee Dee’s meddling, Mandark’s evil, hostile aliens, or natural Disasters. Yes Dexter once got the world destroyed but that is HARDLY typical of him, one catastrophic failure compared to a hundred successes does not make it an argument you can rely on.
Now Jimmy isn't Helpless, if he flew in using his superior speed and went as aggressively as possible fully using his hax and strategy to his advantage he could very well win, but that's quite out of character and it brings us to the most important factor of this fight.
Dexter becomes more and more dangerous to Jimmy the longer this fight goes on.

With his cloning Dexter can attack from hundreds of different angles at once increasing his chances exponentially, he can constantly be making more and more technology while Jimmy will be running out and Dexter’s Collective Intellect Helmet makes him much Smarter than Jimmy.

After much thought and a close debate, I Finally must say...
