Lilo & Stitch VS Strategy Guide

Aloha everybody, welcome to my 5th VS Strat Guide, and boy do we got a fun one today! A while back in my Stitch blog I Proved this verse is a lot more powerful than people give it credit for, but now, I get to show off how Versatile and Haxy it is too. But despite that, no verse is invincible so let’s look into how to be OP in Lilo & Stitch, shall we?
Planet Tier:
This is the Tier Stitch was at throughout most of the cartoon series and the earlier parts of his anime, this Tier also includes the vast majority of Stitch’s Cousins and powerful aliens like Jumba. Stat wise, characters in this tier are solidly planet level, due to a multitude of feats such as Richter being able to bust a planet destroying asteroid, Phoon, Ace and Sparky all tanking the shockwave of two planets violently breaking apart in a collision, and of course scaling to Early Stitch who tanked a planet sized explosion that vaporized the portion of the planet he was standing on. In Speed, they also all Scale to an early version of Stitch, Who has numerous quadruple digit mach feats such as running across a large island hundreds of times in an instant, leaving them near Sub-Relativistic.
Going into what this tier can Do, it can Do a LOT, first off Jumba is a complete and total Sci-Fi super genius able to create level 3 technology like time travel devices in a relatively short time frame, and that's not even mentioning the literally Hundreds of superpowered genetic experiments he has produced. Going into some of those, we got Slick who is SO manipulative he can effectively trick anyone in the series into buying whatever he wants, and we also have Kixx, an experiment so skilled in combat, he straight up mastered every single form of combat in the Galaxy, so the verse is already very well rounded in terms of smarts and skill so trying to out play them at those things won't be very efficient to say the least.
Going into Powers, this verse has Quite the Arsenal, all experiments can breathe in space, numerous experiments like Ace and Snooty can fly, Felix can shoot lasers, Backhoe has extreme digging powers and they have a wide range of elemental powers including Fire, Water, Earth, Ice, Air, Light, Acid, Electricity and even Plasma Manipulation. The Verse has Potent Stealth abilities such as Spooky or Morpholomew who can shapeshift, or Houdini who can turn himself AND others Invisible. That said, it isn’t the best idea to use stealth against the verse as numerous of the experiments have insane super senses, including Shush or Link who can hear and see everything from across the island respectively and not to mention Finder, who is somehow able to straight up detect ANYTHING that exists. Link can also fire a super strong binding substance nothing in the verse can break, Mr. Stenchy and Mrs. Sickly can drive out whole areas with their odors, and for some reason LOTS of experiments seem to have the power to be just Really annoying to people.
Getting into some slightly more potent abilities, Shrink has size manipulation abilities, Drowsy can put someone into a permanent state of sleep, and albeit weaker, Dupe can make numerous clones of himself or his allies. Both Coco and Bugby have Transmutation Hax, Babyfier has Age Manipulation, and there's also a bunch of intangible experiments, like Phantasmo who can even possess people.
Speaking of which there are a LOT of Experiments with Mental Manipulation powers, including Swirly and Checkers who both can just straight up mind control large populations of people, Carmen who has Bodily Control, Lax who can instill immense apathy, Amnesio who can erase memories, Spike who can take away someone's intelligence and Swapper who can switch people's minds. Also its standard issue that experiments can resist mental manipulation on this same scale.
Many of the experiments have physical defenses built purely into their biology as well. Beings like Fudgy or Sparky are logia creatures made of fudge, electricity, clouds etc. There’s Sprout, who is a sentient plant that can spread and grow out of control until he takes over a whole planet with all the vegetation being his very biomass, and even worse than that you have experiments like Poxy and Glitch, both of which are microscopic organisms, Poxy of which basically turns into a deadly plague that infects biological organisms, and Glitch being the same thing only he does it to Machines.
And because this tier is absolutely ridiculous, we can now get on to the ACTUALLY Haxy stuff. There's Holio, who can create literal blackhole singularities the size of entire doorways wherever he goes, Skip, an experiment who can travel through time (and I should probably mention experiments are immune to aging too) and, a personal fave experiment of mine, Toons who is able to simulation summon perfectly accurate characters from any piece of media he gets a hold of even drawings. The Experiment, Shoe, has Probability Manipulation, able to cause good luck to his allies and bad to his enemies, Remmy has quite literally Freddy Krueger esk dream powers and you got Retro, with the power of Retrogression, or the ability to reduce anything down to its most primitive state, be it turning advanced technology into its most rudimentary state possible like a gun to a boomerang, or straight up reversing evolution when used on a person. There's Wishy Washy who is basically a genie experiment who can warp reality with the wishes, although he has a limited wish supply.
Last but not least there's the Experiment who is a Legit VS Obstacle at this tier, Snafu! This little jerk has the ability to ruin any and all plans that anyone makes, this is a legit sabotage hax as no plan can be made and succeed so long as he’s around, and even with All the Genius and Hax contained within the Lilo & Stitch series, it is canon in universe that Snafu literally can’t be stopped unless one does so completely by accident!
So...HOW do you counter this verse? What Strategies are effective? Well this verse is gonna be really challenging to say the least. Due to characters like finder stealth is completely useless, You also need to be able to attack foes who are microscopic, logia AND Intangible, and because of all the hax in the verse you either need a lot of hax resistance yourself, or you need to avoid having a body all together. Due to the Excessive amount of Mind Hax in particular you will need an ability to endure that as well, but Mind Hax in and of itself is very unlikely to work against them.
Also thanks to Snafu no plan would succeed until you take him out, This in particular limits your options as the only ways I can think of to counter this are to either 1, be a non-sentient Mindless entity, or 2, have a potent passive ability that would take Snafu out for you.
This verse does have weaknesses though, that being Jumba and a lot of the Experiments can be rather prideful and underestimate their opponents. But past that the most effective Power to use against this verse is Energy Draining, as ALL Experiments run on an artificial powercell Jumba made, which makes it the only universal weakness they all share.
So who do I Think would be able to capitalize on this?
Zeromus:
Well Zeromus from Final Fantasy IV certainly has a decent shot! Zeromus is a giant immortal monster capable of destroying planets and traveling at Sub Relativistic Speeds putting him on par with the experiments in stats. Zeromus comes equipped with Low Godly Regen, Intangibility and high end Mind Manipulation Resistance, which already makes it nearly impossible for him to truly Lose to the characters in this verse as a lotta the hax of the series require physical contact. Zeromus actually has a lot of powers found in this tier himself, like Spatial Manipulation, Transmutation, Flight, Teleportation, and a truckload of elemental attacks. But something that really showcases how dangerous he could be is his abilities such as absorption, matter manipulation and Energy Manipulation. And while Zeromus DOES have a mind and makes crafty plans all the time, He is also able to passively inflict Sap, a status effect that drains surrounding targets of their energy overtime, which could slowly take out the characters power cells even if all his other attacks fail.
But for a more Direct example of this...
The Color Out of Space:
You Could Use The Color Out of Space from Lovecraft Mythos. Don’t be fooled by this thing, it is Not a beautiful rainbow northern lights, but actually a mindless eldritch space horror that infects any biological entity caught in it's light and mutates them into monsters. The Experiments do not have resistance to mutations on this scale, and since the Color is able to enter and leave Earth at a rapid pace, should be in the same speed tier and therefore can catch them. Being living light it cannot be physically interacted with by the experiments, and would only spread itself further if they tried. And from there it will just drain their energy until they all succumb.
That being said the Color wasn’t the BEST character I know for this job, although there's about to be QUITE a tonal shift for it….
Lazlo:
Lazlo from the Camp Lazlo Series would be perfect for this. Lazlo is comparable to Clam in strength, who once burped with such force it pushed the entire moon out of orbit at a rapid pace, an attack which would require at least Planet levels of energy, and that Lazlo and all the other characters directly tanked point blank. In Speed, Lazlo can easily compete with Scoutmaster Lumpis, who was fast enough to defeat Santa Claus who was shown to casually react to Meteors entering the atmosphere at sub relativistic speeds. With this in mind, Lazlo easily can compete with the experiments in stats, if not having a small stat advantage over them.
But Lazlo’s real strength is his abilities, Lazlo can regenerate from having his head explode or being blown to pieces, so he’s in little danger from any of their physical attacks. Lazlo can also Fly, has elasticity, he’s got invisibility to deal with Houdini’s own invisibility. He’s got shapeshifting and some amount of transmutation resistance due to instantly coming back from Patsy punching him so hard he turned into another character, so the transmutation abilities of Bugby or Coco would be of little effect. Lazlo also has mental manipulation which would grant him some form of resistance against characters like Swirly, Checkers or Lax, Umbrakinesis which is able to affect intangible characters, and also spatial manipulation which would let him one shot people, hit the microscopic entities and even seal the logia beings away. Now I know these abilities don’t cover everything, powers like Black Holes, Age manipulation, Sleep Manipulation, Retrogression, Reality Warping, Etc, are still Certainly a threat, BUT Lazlo does have one final ability that would act as an impenetrable barrier against them, that being his Probability Manipulation. Lazlo’s Probability Manipulation, is perhaps one of the strongest examples of this power I know of in fiction and certainly makes Shoe’s own seem laughable in comparison. With his Probability Manipulation, Lazlo was able to walk across All of Camp Kidney on a bright sunny day, only for it to be revealed there is actually a Massive Rainstorm completely soaking everything EXCEPT wherever Lazlo happens to be standing at any given moment, statistically that is more unlikely then putting a Monkey in front of a typewriter and having it perfectly type out all of Hamlet with no Spelling and Grammar errors, and yet his probability can make that Certain. Lazlo’s probability manipulation can even achieve the scientifically impossible, like when Lazlo entered a Boating competition, and made a super dense square boat out of solid brick, concrete and steel powered by an ordinary Fan. Not only did it not sink like a rock, not ONLY did it travel as fast as a top notch speed boat, but the probability manipulation also made every single other boat sink instantaneously. With this in mind, the chances of ANY Experiment managing to successfully attack Lazlo are astronomically low, and are far more likely to destroy each other trying, and the best part is Lazlo’s Probability Manipulation is COMPLETELY Passive, he wasn’t even aware of it until SMITS pointed it out to him, so this means even Snafu would be totally useless to stop him as he could beat nearly anyone in this tier without even being aware.
Galactic Level:
Now here we have the Top Tiers of the Series, the point that Stitch got to late in the anime after achieving his Powercell form. There are Three characters in this tier, those being Stitch himself, Dark End and Launch. Characters in this tier are scaling to Stitch being able to keep up with spacecrafts traveling billions of times the speed of light, as well as dodging laser fire from an army, using lasers fast enough to strike these ships. In power, Stitch tank a Galaxy Busting Bomb which obliterated a giant blackhole while standing on it, and Stitch was, after achieving his Powercell boost, able to match Dark End in power, who was able to take on 5 Stitch Clones, each many times more durable than Stitch, and one hit kill all 5 of them in a single move. So those too are clearly Billions of times FTL and in the high end of Galaxy Level. Launch on the other hand is better than even that, being a Literal DOOMSDAY experiment designed to wipe out the universe, and the scary thing about that is they never actually FOUND Launch, he's waiting out there somewhere in a pod just waiting to be randomly released, sweet lord how is finding him not their TOP priority? Anyway these 3 all have massive super senses and super intelligence, extreme martial arts skills, and resistance to mind and aging hax. They can spit acid, project energy and shred things to pieces with their claws. Basically they are ultimate Apex predators realized, only given just absurd stats for it.
The weaknesses for this tier remain the same for the most part, though I IS much easier to find counters just due to the smaller amount of powers. One Person I think would work great is.
Lunasa Prismriver:
Hailing from Touhou Project, Lunasa is MFTL capable of keeping up with the Ice Fairy Cirno and given her superior mobility of flight and telekinesis, could easily catch the experiments of this tier. While Lunasa isn’t near as strong as them, they cannot harm her due to her nature as an intangible Poltergeist. She CAN harm them however due to her cursed magic Violin Music. When listened to alone, the somber noted of Lunasa’s Violin drain away a targets energy, and spiral their mind into a depression until there is nothing left. This actually takes Advantage of the characters super senses as they would NOT be able to NOT listen to it. And if you are worried Launch would just universe bust, she could easily stop that too merely through moving the fight to a pocket dimension.
That being said, Lunasa can’t directly compete with her captive audience, for something more in line with that you could try…
Pyron:
Pyron From the Darkstalkers Series would be extremely dangerous for them to fight as his cosmic nature would be overwhelming. Having basically the exact same stats as them as well as comparable intellect and skill they would start out with a relatively even match, but before long Pyron’s superior and dangerous attacks like Energy draining and absorption would take their toll on the Experiments. Him winning the war of attrition is inevitable. This being said, especially given Pyron’s arrogance and desire to play fair I could see this taking awhile. So for my last counter...
Mistress 9:
Mistress 9 from the Sailor Moon Series would be OP against the top tiers, being easily comparable in terms of speed and strength, but her abilities are extremely dangerous being able to overload their super sight with light, or stealthily grab them away with the dark, and that's not mentioning her extremely dangerous ability to rip out the souls of her enemies which would absolutely One-Shot any of them. But this is only her weakened disguised form, even if you assume they get past that they have to deal with her True form, which is just...Not gonna go well at all as her true form can drain massive amounts of energy from their power cells which would very quickly kill them while only buffing herself even further, it's a lose-lose situation.
