Death Battle Prediction: Ed, Edd n Eddy VS The Warner Siblings

Well, here we are folks, My 100th Blog! I love Making Blogs and participating with all my readers, so after making 100 of these, I decided to celebrate this one with a bang, a Dream Match for the ages between the Main Characters of my Two Favorite Cartoon Series of all time! But don’t think that means that this fight is not even or thematic, as we are talking about the Two Most Iconic Cartoon Comedy Trios ever, Icons of 90’s animation and staples of the Warner Brothers Company coming head to head in a reality shattering clash of the ages that pushes the very limits of Toonforce! Ed, Edd n Eddy, Peach Creeks wacky, notorious Band of Scammers VS Yakko, Wakko and Dot, Burbanks zany, rejected Looney Tunes gone wild. In my first Team on Team fight, we shall answer the oh so important question. Which Cartoon Trio truly reigns supreme?

For this Blog we will be looking at and considering all official source material for both groups of combatants. This includes the entirety of both cartoons series including Specials and Movies, all officially released Comic and Videogame adaptations, as well as canonical crossovers they have had with other Warner Brothers Properties such as Ed, Edd n Eddy’s crossovers with other Cartoon Network series, and Animaniacs’ crossovers with other Looney Tunes or Steven Spielberg animated productions. Regarding the Animaniacs Reboot, this is clearly established to actually Be a direct sequel to the original 90’s series with the Warner’s constantly calling back to it, and thus is also being utilized.

Background

The Ed’s

In the Midwestern United States, in the small Suburban City of Peach Creek, there exists a Cul-De-Sac on the Street of Rethink Ave where three Tween boys call home.

For one reason or another, all three of them were total outcasts from the rest of the Cul-De-Sac, and yet despite having little in common with one another, they banded together, forming a strong bond from the one thing they did all share, their name, Edward.

Ed, Edd n Eddy, as they call themselves, first met each other at the tender age of 2 years old, when all their parents decided to move to Peach Creek. Not knowing anyone and having strange personality quirks, the 3 bonded over their shared name, outcast status, and love of Jawbreakers, a candy that they enjoy so thoroughly that it permanently Dyed their tongues.

What formed as a result of this was a friendship stronger than steel, with Each of the Eds knowing one another longer and better than any of their actual family members. The Eds traits are based on the personification of The Freudian Trio, with Ed being the Id’s emotional/instinctual desires, Edd being the Superego’s judgemental/morality desires, and Eddy being the Ego’s selfish/results based desires. The three of them basically operate as a unit most of the time as a result of this, and have been working together for over a decade, making elaborate scams to get quarters outta the fellow neighborhood kids and harebrained schemes to try to become popular and accepted in their own community, although usually not to their own success.

Ed is the biggest, strongest and simplest member of the group, a strange yet loveable Lug who blissfully coasts through life, letting Edd and Eddy make the majority of decisions. Ed grew up in a home with very absent parents and a younger sister named Sarah, a spoiled brat that constantly belittles and bosses him around.

Sarah often treats Ed incredibly badly and gets away with it, due to her status as the Favorite Child, their parents always believe her over him. It’s heavily implied throughout the show that Ed’s parents are ashamed of him due to his low intelligence, and opted to stick him in the basement and not deal with him more than they have to, as seen with actions such as Taking the Basement Stairs to strand him down there if he's Grounded, or to ship him off to live with his Aunt if he gets bad grades.

Despite all that, Ed is a very kind, sweet, positive and good natured oaf who views others as potential friends, loving even Sarah quite dearly. Ed is kinda a huge Idiot who can easily be tricked and manipulated, but he is super loyal to his friends. He's a huge fan of Low Budget Horror Movies and Comics which he often mistakes for reality, and is also a big animal lover, who is shown caring for Cows, Pigs, Goats, Bunnies and ESPECIALLY Chickens. His hygiene is extremely poor, he’s often forgetful and he is prone to spouting random nonsense at times, but he’s full of genuine childlike wonder, having many models and collectibles in his room, as well as a bathtub full of Gravy. Ed cares for and loves both Double D and Eddy quite dearly as the only ones who see him for who he is rather than what he lacks, and he tries as much as possible to be protective and supportive to them, in his own often somewhat inept way.

Eddward, or Edd, is the brains of the group. Despite his name being spelled with two D’s, due to it being pronounced the same as Ed’s, he is almost exclusively referred to by the nickname Double D by every character in the series. Double D is the lone Ed that is an Only Child, and grew up in a home with very strict, reserved and phlegmatic parents, who are overly formal and do not show love or passion to each other or their son.

They are rarely ever not away on business and communicate with Double D almost exclusively through written Sticky Notes left throughout the house detailing chores they want done. It is heavily implied they do not want to have any problems resulting from their son, which has made Double D quite neurotic about doing his chores, following rules, doing great and school and not getting in trouble as much as possible for their approval.

Double D is a responsible, polite, disciplined and caring nerd who serves as the group's inventor and more often than not voice of reason, wanting to handle things as morally and pacifistically as possible. He’s somewhat considered a Goody-Two-Shoes overall to the point that he even is generally more respected than the other two Eds by the other kids of the Cul-De-Sac, causing far less destruction on average. Double D is a massive Neat Freak and possibly has OCD, to the point of literally labeling every single item in his room. His Hobbies include Science, Psychology, Archaeology, Entomology, Inventing, Chemistry, Medicine and various other Nerd things. In similar nerd fashion, he dislikes pretty much anything related to physical activity due to his delicate and frail body and also some traumatic dodgeball incident that happened in the preseries times. But Double D does have several negative traits, including a passive aggressive Sarcasm that rears up whenever someone is doing things he disapproves of, an almost crippling fear of talking to girls, and also somewhat of a Superiority Complex and hates when people are compared favorably to him in intelligence. Probably the most famous trait of Double D is the mystery surrounding his Socklike Hat as No one knows what's underneath except Ed and Eddy, who have both seen it twice, but they were both made to swear to secrecy by Double D himself, and while several theories exist, there has never been official confirmation to the answer.

Double D cares a great deal for his two fellow Eds, often being there to humor them, support them emotionally and try and lead them onto a more good and moral path, generally being more supportive of more well thought out and agreeable businesses they go into and resisting their plans that are outright scams. In turn, Ed and Eddy progressively throughout the show have turned Double D into a much stronger and braver person who can speak his mind, confront others and stand up for himself and others bravely without it being a big deal.

Not Large, but still very much in charge, Eddy is the witty, smooth talking, vertically challenged leader of the group. Eddy’s ancestors were actually the ones who founded Peach Creek, but almost immediately lost it in a card game to Lord Kanker, and Eddy really seemed to inherit that luck. Eddy is the son of a shady car salesman, and the younger brother of a cruel prank loving loner, heck even his mom has been shown using bribery to get what she wants outta people, instilling values such as ‘you can’t trust anyone but yourself’, ‘everyone else is a sucker, and you’re a sucker yourself if you don’t take advantage of that’ and ‘everything you get in life needs to be conned off someone’ at a young age. Due to his small size and younger sibling status, Eddy’s entire family treats him like a toddler, shown through actions like constantly buying him Baby Clothes, hiring Babysitters who are the Same Age as He is to look out for him, and referring to him by the nickname “Pipsqueak”. Eddy thus spent most of the series wanting to prove himself to everyone as his own man, and idolized his seldom seen Older Brother, who he portrayed as a badass, well respected independent man, but in reality was a horribly abusive, man child loser that Eddy lied about to himself to seem cooler.

Eddy’s the undisputed Leader of the Eds and is one of the more complex characters in the series. Eddy for the most part works in his own self interest, and wants to accumulate wealth, fame, power and popularity and is more than willing to deceive people, play dirty, cheat and, while he doesn’t like to, even neglect his own friends on occasion if need be. This has made him probably the most outwardly disliked of the Eds with his reputation for being a loud mouthed, smooth talking, con artist being infamous in the Cul-De-Sac. Eddy describes himself as ‘The Man with the Plan’ not only being the overall leader, but also the Idea guy for the Eds and comes up with the concept and sales pitch for every single one of their schemes. That said, Eddy is often rather Overambitious and Arrogant in said plans, often just being unwilling to see how things can go wrong or that he is fallible, something that combined with him being the most stubborn character in the series, have lead to him spending entire episodes trying to prove himself whenever he has to put his money where his mouth is. Eddy hates when things do not go his way and does not have any patience for issues that popup, proactively always wanting to get things back on track to achieve his goals as efficiently as can be done.

But Eddy’s not all business, enjoying many vintage things such as fashion, music, furniture and pop culture from the 70s or earlier like Disco Balls, Lava Lamps and Water Beds. Beneath his hard, selfish and narcissistic exterior, what Eddy truly wants is to be accepted and appreciated for who he is by those around him, and while he doesn’t admit it too often, he treasures his friendship with Ed and Double D more than anything, and has repeatedly stuck by and even up for them through thick and thin. The Truth is, Double D and Ed are who Eddy wanted to be his true brothers.

Together as a Team, the Eds have a strong bond and genuinely care about and have gone to great lengths to look out for each other, in addition to becoming one of the most iconic and successful teams in the history of Cartoon Network and Warner Bros. as a whole. The three know each other well enough to flawlessly impersonate the others for a whole episode, and not even the fates themselves can stand against them together as a team. Even 90 Years later in the show's timeline when they are all 102 years old, the Eds are all still super close best friends who live with each other. Together the three of them Helped save the Cartoon network Multiverse in Super Secret Crisis Wars, Defeated the Kankers and Eddy’s Brother, and successfully achieved their goal of becoming accepted and loved by the other kids of the Cul-De-Sac. To this day, Ed Edd n Eddy is the Longest Running Show in Cartoon Network History (Least until February 26th of next year, where if it doesn’t end, Teen Titans GO will surpass it…..Help!), and beyond even that, in Cartoon Network's First 13th Annual Fancy Anvil Award show, Ed Edd n Eddy actually won a Golden Anvil award for Greatest cartoon Trio/Team, beating out every other team in Cartoon Network at the time, including the Powerpuff Girls. It’s fair to say these dorks have earned their spot in Cartoon History.

The Warner’s

The year, was 1929 in Burbank California’s famous Warner Brothers film Lot. In this simpler time in the early days of Hollywood before things like Sound or Color were invented, studios like MGM, Fletcher and what would become Disney began experimenting with a new medium, Animation.

Not wanting to be left behind in this trend, Warner Bros. created a brand new animation studio on their lot called Termite Terrace, where they would make their own theatrical shorts that would be dubbed The Looney Tunes.

One night, when tasked with fixing an extremely boring cartoon by a deadline the next morning, animator Lon Borax, created the Warner siblings at 2:43 AM in a state of complete exhaustion. What resulted from this creation drove Borax into Jack Torrance levels of Madness and he now lives in an insane asylum to this day.

Nevertheless, just like all Warner Bros. Cartoon stars, the three of them were brought to life by The Magic Pen and began their careers as Looney Tunes. The three were designed to be cute, funny and likable mascots for the Studio, named after it themselves.

Yakko and Wakko, “The Warner Bros” and their sister….Dot! Anyway, that was the plan, but if you know anything about these kids, plans are the first thing to go.

After their creation, The Warner Sibs rampaged their way through the studio causing destruction, mayhem, chaos and, my god, the tomfoolery until eventually being captured and put to work making Old Looney Tunes Shorts.

Over the next 5 years, The Warners made dozens of old cartoons, constantly driving their directors crazy and hanging out with celebrities figuratively, as well as literally, painting the town Red and trying to bring some laughter to the Great Depression Era.

However, despite The Siblings old cartoons actually being funny and ahead of their time, The WB Standards and Practices Team didn’t exactly agree, stating they are insane and weird and made absolutely no sense. Yakko constantly Pantsing the Directors didn’t help much either. Thus, the studio locked all their classic work in the archive vault, never to be released to the public.

And to secure order and safety for the Studio Lot once again, They locked the Warners themselves in the old studio Water Tower, also never to be released, publicly disavowing any knowledge that these crazy siblings ever existed. That was ….the PLAN anyway, but while the Warners were a bit too radical for the time they were made, they were almost tailor made for something like the mid 90s, when the Warners Escaped.

In the year 1993, The Warner Sibs managed to get out of the tower they had called home for so long and picked up where they left off, bringing their special brand of Insanity to the world that tried to contain them, once again.

The specific Species The Warners are is constantly brought up as a source of confusion in the series, with characters theorizing they are anything from Puppies to Monkeys to Bugs, Dinosaurs, Eels and more. But the answer is actually none of the above, according to series creator Tom Rugger, the Warners are a unique species with the latin name, Cartoonicus Characterus, which yes, means that their literal species is Cartoon Characters.

The Warner Siblings are not Cartoon Animals or Cartoon Humans, rather they are literally what Cartoon Characters naturally look like in their purest form, which is reflected in how they closely resemble the designs of extremely old Cartoons from various studios, such as Felix The Cat, Mickey and Oswald, and the first Looney Tunes Characters, Honey and Bosko.

Anyway, as, albeit rejected, Looney Tunes characters who are Pure Toons, The Warners Naturally Ability Scale to the standard abilities of Looney Tunes Characters, including the ability to survive and recover from any amount of physical damage without dying, and more importantly, the Looney Tunes Aging cycle. According to Lore, Warner Bros. Characters do not physically age, so long as they continue to bring Laughter to the people, either directly or through their Cartoons, effectively making them immortal so long as they are not forgotten into obscurity.

But Wait Thor, weren’t the Warners Locked in a Water Tower for almost 60 years with the Studio never showing any of their shorts? How did they not age? I’m glad you asked, there is actually a Retcon in the 65th anniversary special that can explain this.

You see, once every few years the studio would have to fumigate the water tower for termites, so they let the Warners out for a day and they always ran out and caused a pretty public display, Making a War Propaganda film in the 40’s, appearing on British Television in the 60’s, winning a global Disco Competition in the 70’s and breaking down the Berlin Wall in the 80’s. The amount of laughter they could cause in these outings would easily be enough to sustain them from what we have seen of this trait in other WB Characters.

In the Warners Segments of the show, they generally are seen traveling the world together, through various locations and time periods, trying to accomplish specific goals, but meeting some big jerk who really needs to be taught a lesson and then driving them Crazy with their antics. Anyway, with all that fanfare, let's introduce our trio shall we?

Yakko is the Oldest Warner, Aire to the throne of Anvilania, and de facto Leader of the group, a sly fast-talking wordsmith and wiseguy. His name is not a coincidence, as Yakko is known to speak a mile a minute and has a legendarily sharp wit, able to use clever wordplay to turn pretty much anything into a joke, as well as to confuse, persuade and manipulate whoever he is speaking to at his leisure. Yakko is hyperactive, cocky, and disrespectful of any form of authority on principle, seeming to revel in making those that claim to be somehow better than others look like complete fools. Yakko’s brand of humor tends to rely on his utter abuse of the English language, using ample puns, taking things as literally or figuratively as he wants, & constantly turning things into innuendos and other shocking wordplay to drive his foes nuts. Yakko has an unbelievably impressive memory and knack for ad-libbing to such an impressive degree he can make up entire songs on the spot, which have specific goals including naming every country, solving a random math equation and even reciting every word in the English Language, and still having them sound good.

Yakko’s Razor Wit often presents him as the most raw Intelligent of the siblings, and he constantly displays having a great degree of book smarts when compared to other characters. Yakko knows a great deal about Geography, Language, History, Philosophy, Mythology, Science, Astronomy and other Educational topics which he often goes into, however never presents them in a boring way, generally using it to demonstrate his intellect and prove himself the smartest person in the room. He is an avid fan of William Shakespeare, constantly referencing his works and even performing and translating several scenes from them, considering him the finest wordsmith in history. Playing true to every aspect of his Bard like nature, Yakko is borderline obsessed with Girls and is known to be incredibly Flirty and forward with any attractive woman he sees, much to the chagrin of his sister. Surprisingly, while this usually doesn’t work for him he has been successful at this a surprising number of times in the series despite not particularly taking a very charming approach. While Yakko constantly presents himself as having a nonchalant and laid back attitude, in reality he cares quite a lot about being perceived as smart and is in fact terrified of people not thinking he’s funny and simply hides it quite well.

Of the 3 Warners, Yakko is technically the most mature and responsible, by default I assure you, and because of that is more or less the parental/authority figure for his younger sibs, whom he loves quite dearly. Yakko is shown to be warm-hearted and kind towards Wakko and Dot and often is seen guiding and teaching them new things. That said, while they do love and respect him, like any sibling group these three Quarrel and Bicker quite a lot to the point of even multiple times derailing the events of entire episodes of their show over disagreements.

Wakko Warner is the Middle Child of the siblings and definitely suffers from Middle Child Syndrome, as even by Warner standards, Wakko is downright weird. Everything from his double life as the mysterious Great Wakkorotti, to his unexplained accent that makes him sound like Ringo Starr, to his complete inability to wear pants make him the strangest Warner to discuss. Wakko is generally very sweet, positive, easygoing and relaxed, quick to be amused and not often disappointed. Wakko is a massive foodie with an appetite that would make Joey Chestnut blush. His insatiable hunger has led him to consume everything from food to objects to garbage to parts of reality, although ironically not Mayonnaise. Of the 3 siblings, Wakko is shown to be the most insane overall, and despite his cheery and lovable nature, he is always the quickest to use aggression and slapstick violence to solve situations. He strongly dislikes bullies and both on reflex, and as a conscious choice will just smack them with a mallet or something to stand up to them.

Wakko has numerous odd quirks, such as enjoying playing card games with himself, making strange inventions and art projects and most notably the fact that he takes absolutely everything completely literally, causing him to comically misunderstand and annoy people. Wakko is generally portrayed as the most innocent and naive of the siblings and often needs to have things explained to him by his sibs or other characters, having much less knowledge of the world and how to understand social cues. That said, He clearly is comparable to them in intelligence and is able to learn quickly and adapt to keep up. Ironically, Wakko by far has the most successful romantic life, seeming to constantly have dates with numerous celebrities to the point even Yakko and Dot are surprised this is possible.

Wakko is a good and caring brother to Yakko and Dot, but in comparison to them lacks much of their overall confidence and charisma, which he has shown to be sensitive about in the past with how he has a harder time getting into social groups and receives less fanmail. Because he can’t make as many witty verbal jokes, at least as intentionally as his sibs, Wakko leans far more into visual comedy such as slapstick violence, sight gags and occasional gross-out humor to mix things up. His favorite actor and idol is Don Knotts, something he brings up quite often, which is fitting as Knotts was known for his great visual comedy and over the top reactions.

Lastly, or as she’d put it, saving the best for last is the warner sister, Dot. As she would proudly proclaim, Dot is the cutest character in the show, to the point she is literally pictured in the dictionary next to the Definition of Cute. Her ultimate goal is to become the cutest character in fiction, and because of that cares greatly about her looks and how she is perceived, often adopting an adorable, cutesy persona to outwardly display to others. In reality, Dot is outgoing, witty, intuitive, sassy, sarcastic and enjoys socializing. She is known to be quite confident, self reliant and extremely determined in her goals which seems to run contrary to what one would expect of the smallest and youngest of the group. A lot of Dot’s humor comes from subverting the expectations of whoever she's dealing with, coming off as some precious, darling little girl, only to then do something super violent, terrifying or insane.

Dot has somewhat of an ego on her, describing herself as “Perfect, Funny, Cute and Smart and Strong.” She can be rude, blunt and sarcastic and often gets quite angry and agitated when things do not go her way, her reactions ranging from getting a little snippy to shouting long strings of curse words and hitting people with mallets. But these are all things she tries to hide about herself to her public. Dot often gets angry at her brothers when they are being annoying, especially when they are flirting with girls in front of her, causing her to roll her eyes and say “Boys” with a sigh, something that is very ironic as Dot is just as if not More flirtatious with men she finds attractive. Dot is a proud Feminist who tries to stand up for women's rights, albeit often in a naive little kid way where she doesn’t really understand all the points she's making, and will still often abuse her status as a girl to get guys to do stuff for her that she could have done herself.

Dot enjoys books, fashion, doing makeup, acting and generally getting attention and being admired. She is quite hyperactive, and has a tendency to overestimate herself, trying to match accomplishments like her brothers Musical singing achievements despite lacking their technical skill in an attempt to prove herself. She and her brothers care about each other quite deeply and live together in the water tower and are close enough to sleep in bunk beds and share a bath. That said they do bicker with each other, with Dot greatly disliking being teased by her brothers, while also trying to take somewhat of a leadership role quite often. Dot was good friends with actress Fanny Brice and developed a habit from her of calling people ‘Kid’, and despite her name, she also absolutely hates being called ‘Dottie’ as it is a slang term for an insane person, and tends to respond violently if someone makes that mistake.

The way that these three bounce off each other is a sight to behold and the achievements they have accomplished in the realm of comedy still causes animation fans to hold them to the highest regard even all these years later. Together, The Warners have become the three musketeers of cartoon comedy across the entire Looney Tunes series and beyond. They have defeated Count Dracula, The Grim Reaper and Satan himself, liberated the nation of Warnerstock from its tyrant King, and returned after a 22 year long cancellation. These little Loonatics have become mascots of both Steven Speilberg’s animation company and Warner Bros. as a whole. At the end of Animaniacs the 3 of them made the most successful comedy film ever and spent every bit of the massive profit they got from it to buy stock, resulting in them becoming the majority shareholder of Warner Bros. and giving them permanent ownership of the company they were named after. Yeah, they are literally in charge of WB, would explain a lotta oddball decisions. But hey, at the end of the day, it's hard to imagine any group of toons causing as big an impression as The Warners…..Goodnight, Everybody!

Intellect & Skills

The Ed’s

Despite the Ed’s numerous and consistent failures to achieve their goals in most episodes, as a team they have repeatedly shown to be an incredibly coordinated unit that is capable of some extremely miraculous things.

The Eds all have displayed some massive Acrobatic skills and have used these to do incredibly coordinated stunts, put on impressive circus performances and escape from numerous dangerous situations.

Although one of the Eds greatest aspects is their overall Stealth skills, with all three of them being Masters of disguise to a cartoonish degree, and work well as extremely covert stealth operatives. They are able to flawlessly spy on people and gather data from numerous vantage points without being detected.

The Eds have multiple team Maneuvers they are able to quickly pull out such as the Batter-Ed, which allows Ed to bash through things and attack people and hits harder than his normal physical attacks. The Trampol-Edd where they toss Double D into higher vantage points like a trampoline. As well as The Tower of Eddy, where the Eds sit on each other's shoulders to walk over narrow paths and chuck projectiles.

But probably what the Eds are most well known for is the Massive construction they do for their various scams. These things started out as pretty tame in season 1 with things like typical lemonade stands, but really ramped up the insanity down the line. Out of nothing more than cardboard, stolen wood, scrap metal, whatever they can find in the local Junkyard, and a metric ton of staples, The Eds have made mind-blowing constructions such as replicas of The Statue of Liberty, or the Sphinx or the Pyramids, an elaborate Swamp Ride in the sewers, a Chimp Theme Park, and even a Replica of Rolf’s Home Country that fooled him all day, all without anyone in the neighborhood noticing them setting it up.

Heck they once even did this and made an Entire City out of Cardboard called Edtropolis in only a few minutes without anyone realizing. This city seemed to stretch to the horizon in all directions and was detailed enough to have dozens of different businesses, a slum area, a working traffic system and thousands of cardboard cutouts of people.

Ed:

Of the 3, Ed is well known for being the least intelligent of them. As a matter of fact, being the clearly dumbest character in the entire series, having a Report card riddled with F’s, Literally having a piece of Buttered Toast for a brain and being commonly regarded by everyone as an Idiot. However I was surprised to find when actually researching and keeping track of intelligence feats that Ed isn’t nearly as dumb as he is often exaggerated to be. He IS an Idiot and is definitely below average Human level in smarts, being very gullible, clumsy, forgetful and often spouting random nonsense, but when comparing him to other cartoon morons like Billy, Cosmo or Patrick Star, yeah he's not that stupid.

Ed regularly displays the ability to Read, Write, Draw and do Basic Math all without much difficulty, and was able to Legitimately Win the Annual Peach Creek Spelling Bee, beating out even Double D to do so. He was able to perfectly understand and master Double D’s reverse psychology training to defeat the Kankers, as well as Eddy’s coolness training to get all the kids to like him, both of which he executed flawlessly without any outside assistance. Ed’s out of the box thinking has lead to him having a lot of very smart moments including finding huge clues to the perpetrator that framed them in It Smells like an Ed, expertly critiquing Eddy’s Tractor Crash in Home Cooked Eds, and Figuring out the Secret to Eddy’s Brothers Map when Double D could not in O-Ed Eleven.

Ed has many times both successfully and correctly built large structures following Double D’s complex looking BluePrints in no time flat, and followed some pretty intricate orders from Eddy in the past without messing up. He is also a proud expert in all things Horror and Monster related, knowing how to slay all types. He has seen every one of a massive supply of horror videotapes and has an encyclopedic knowledge of horror comics.

Though probably the greatest thing Ed brings to the table in this department is his versatile Skill Set. Ed is able to flawlessly replicate anyones exact handwriting like a photocopier, make immense amounts of art for their scams, and manages to be a pretty impressive actor all things considered. He has insane Stamina enough to do the same thing repeatedly for days on end multiple times and even endured being tortured by Rolf for 24 hours without the slightest sign of being bothered. He also is portrayed as being crazy accurate with projectiles able to launch Eddy to hit a specific target across the neighborhood or cover every part of the neighborhood evenly with manure in seconds by flinging it with a Shovel.

Edd:

While the last section was about proving a dumb character is still pretty intelligent, this one will be about pushing how high intellect goes in this series. Double D is easily the smartest character in the entire Franchise. A complete boy genius and the architect behind the vast majority of his group's scams.

Double D is able to make extremely detailed blueprints for the construction of these plans even while completely exhausted and on the brink of passing out. He is constantly building robots, Audio/Visual equipment and massive constructions.

His building is almost like a superpower, one of the most large scale things he ever built himself was a massive Rollercoaster that extended miles above the Cul-De-Sac and had much more complex design features than any in real life. He built this out of recycled junk and a shopping cart, in only minutes.

But Double D’s knack for invention extends beyond their scams, this is a guy who basically turned his entire house into a Go Go Gadget Spy Kids fantasy. Double D is able to both invent his own chemical substances and reverse engineer sophisticated modern machinery out of junk. He has built a functioning Airplane outta school supplies, a working radio transmitter out of bottle caps and hairpins, and even an actual Spy Satellite that could pinpoint all jawbreakers in the neighborhood not to mention a tracker for this satellite that could calc its exact trajectory via digital signal…out of junk like cardboard and toothpaste.

The Speed at which Double D can build these things is also insane to contemplate, as he has multiple times Built fully motorized vehicles, while they were all sprinting, out of materials he found as he passed them by in order to allow them to travel faster.

Double D has Invented a soda that will never lose its fizz, literally affecting its atomic structure to do so. He’s invented walking braces that can make someone over 200,000 miles tall, An X-Ray Machine, a Newspaper firing mechanism, an Analyzer that can decode the makeup of any material and several massive detection devices including a Lie Detector which could even detect lies being told by Plank somehow.

One of his inventions, The Thing-a-Majig, is able to generate literally Anything the user needs instantly, including things that couldn’t possibly fit inside of it, just by pressing a button, which is basically the point where his Tech starts to more closely resemble Magic. This would be a device that would only be possible by a theoretical Type 4 Society on the Kardashev Scale.

This is also pretty consistent with how Sarah, a little girl that Double D is far more intelligent then, was capable of making a potion that was capable of temporarily shrinking the Eds down to the size of Dolls.

Beyond that, Double D has a mastery of Reverse Psychology to an almost Mind Control degree, is an unbelievably good Musician, an effective Doctor AND Dentist, able to Hack into basically any tech including hotwiring tractors, numerous keypads, the School PA System to impersonate the Principal and Kevin's TV Signal.

Heck, one time he was able to hack his way into Nickelodeon somehow and tell everyone watching about Cartoon Network Fridays, which was Badass! He is also an Expert Locksmith, skilled at Chess and Strategy and is fantastic at performing optical illusions.

Double D even studied the chemical composition of actual Shards of the Sky at one point. One thing he excels at is doing on the fly calculations that enable him to perform extremely well at tasks when given time to put thought into it. He can accurately measure objects from large distances using only his mind and once threw a Newspaper through a house's Mailbox from the street from utilizing this.

In the episode, Pain In The Ed, Double D Perfectly planned the exact sequence of events that would occur from Ed playing his Violin to the point of even outlining every single footstep Rolf would take ahead of time with 100% perfect accuracy.

Double D can also be pretty deceitful when the situation calls for it and use his creative brain power to get one over on stronger opponents. He was able to dodge the Kankers bombardment of water balloons ridiculously better than Ed and Eddy, and enabled them to escape from all the neighborhood kids by improvising a massive amount of centripetal force in Big Picture Show.

Double D’s ability to improvise rapid inventions and think on his feet allowed him to once avoid being captured or defeated by Eddy and Ed for an entire episode, despite them both having better Physical stats across the board.

Eddy:

Last but not least there's Eddy. Eddy is very clever and is clearly significantly smarter than Ed, yet not nearly as Raw Intelligent as Double D, however in certain aspects such as Street Smarts, General Know How and Manipulation Eddy can far exceed him. Eddy is supposed to be a pretty averagely intelligent kid in the series, he does very poorly in School, though this clearly seems to be because he doesn’t care about or try in school, rather than an actual reflection of how smart he really is. Eddy is the Man with The Plan who leads the Eds and comes up with the ideas for all their money making schemes and strategies in becoming part of the In Crowd.

While Double D is generally the one who designs and builds the majority of scams, there have been plenty of times throughout the series where Eddy built scams all by himself which, while not as impressive as Double D’s, are still INSANE by any normal standards, including massive constructions and tools like his Alien Capture Gadget that sucks beings into a containment sphere.

Despite this, Eddy’s greatest strength is his sheer manipulation abilities like the smooth talking con artist he is. Eddy’s Manipulation feats are crazy and before I get into them I wanna again remind you, The Ed Edd n Eddy neighborhood kids are Not dumb, and all of them have known Eddy for a long time, for most of the series they all hate him and are naturally weary and untrusting of him due to his history of being a lying scammer, meaning Any manipulation of them should be an uphill battle for this guy, yet he still pulled all these things off.

Eddy once famously convinced the Entire Cul-De-Sac that it was the middle of July, when it was actually almost October, something he did by replacing all their calendars and straight up disguising the weather and nature itself outside using paint and an elaborately ran heating system. Eddy was able to convince Kevin that ridiculous sounding Monkey Boys he made up on the spot broke his window instead of Him. He convinced The Kanker Sisters they were in a Typhoon when it wasn't even raining, Tricked jonny into doing all ed’s chores (off screen no less) and even individually tricked every kid in the Cul-De-Sac into thinking that an inanimate object was talking to them and they should bring all their friends down to the woods. Eddy was able to convince the entire School he was a completely different person, 3 freaking times in rapid succession, just by wearing different clothes, and later manipulated Jimmy into being a carbon copy of himself in scamming kids.

Hell, Eddy Literally made a Successful Business based on teaching you how to dance by inserting freaking Beehives into your pants and convinced every kid in the Cul-De-Sac to partake, cause he's THAT Manipulative. In Stop, Look and Ed, he even casually manipulated all the kids in the Cul-De-Sac to disregard all rules and caused a breakdown of society as we know it, even casually convincing Kevin and Rolf despite both fearing getting in trouble and thinking he had ill intent to start.

Beyond manipulation, Eddy is clearly the most skilled, dexterous and precise member of the group in basically every category and can do things his clumsy or non-athletic chums could only dream of, usually pulling out much more impressive acrobatics, stealth and accuracy feats than the others. Eddy is an extremely skilled juggler, tightrope walker, long jumper, stunt driver, lockpick, magician skilled in sleight of hand and more.

Eddy is a Master level Prankster, who was able to predict the pranks of Ed and Double D and set up extremely complex counter pranks that would have taken hours of prep work in seconds.

He has repeatedly shown to be an insanely accurate shot with basically any tool imaginable able to ricochet shots off multiple objects without even looking and even use a Fishing Rod as an effective distance weapon.

Eddy is a skilled enough Pickpocket to Actually Switch his own and Kevin's pants, while Kevin was wearing them, without him noticing. In another instance Eddy even removed all his own clothes without using his limbs or head to do so.

Also, Eddy’s Pain Tolerance is absolutely insane to the point it's arguably a feat of unbelievable willpower.

The Warner’s

The Warners are all constantly displayed as being incredibly smart, clever and well read. While the three of them ARE definitely insane to some degree, they are also sly talkers who are able to respond to basically any statement with a witty joke or comeback.

They have played numerous ancient otherworldly beings with this skill including repeatedly tricking Satan, cheating Death Itself, and asking the supposedly all knowing Wally Llama a question he doesn’t know the answer to, which has never happened in history.

They are no slouch in terms of battlefield tactics either, as they also once single-handedly Won a War against an enemy nation in less than 6 hours despite not having any armed forces at their disposal. They were also able to enter into the 2020 Olympics and win Every Single Gold Metal they offer.

The Warner Sibs are complete masters of the Arts, being superior Painters to real life legendary artists including The Great Michelangelo and Pablo Picasso. The Warners can all perfectly generate catchy songs off the top of their heads and sing them in unison all the time, and additionally they all just know how to play seemingly every single instrument ever invented to a superhumanly skilled degree.

To get to some more straight scientific achievements, the Warners are shown to be expert mathematicians and canonically are the ones who actually discovered the Theory of Relativity and even taught it to Albert Einstein himself.

Another time, the three of them were able to deconstruct one of Christopher Colombus’ wooden ships, and reassemble it as an advanced modern speedboat, while in the middle of the ocean the entire time.

On top of that, According to the Animaniacs Comics, the Warners Intelligence is Variable based on what is necessary for the cartoon. While they have stated that them doing something more stupid than they would normally do is just them following the script, this ability does allow them to temporarily become much MORE Intelligent than they are on average if doing so serves the audience. So yeah, if plot-justified the Warners can Amp their intellect.

Yakko:

Of the 3 Warner Siblings, Yakko is generally considered to be the most intelligent especially in regards to scholarly topics and trickery. He is the reigning trivia champion among his Sibs, knew essentially everything about Doctor Scratchansniff upon his first time meeting him, and was able to sing the Nations of the world song, which listed all the nations at the time, with it being canon in the show that he simply made that song up as he was singing it. In the first episode of the Reboot Series, Yakko was able to download and process the entirety of the Internet into his brain, process all that information, and learn everything that happened in the last 22 years in literal seconds.

Yakko’s language skills are one of his most notable assets. He speaks fluent Japanese, and can even trick geniuses like Albert Einstein with clever wordplay. But above that, let’s discuss Yakko’s numerous feats of sheer manipulation.

This is the department where Yakko has the most consistently shown insane feats. Just to name a few, Yakko managed to convince a Baseball umpire to throw the entire opposing Baseball team outta the game despite him and Dot being the ones who caused the problems. Yakko tricked a Judge into throwing out Dr. Scratchansniff’s sentence to go on a Date instead.

Heck, one time a villain tried to infest their restaurant with Roaches to sabotage them, but Yakko was so good at manipulation that in one real time second, he managed to Unionize the Roaches and make them rebel against their employer.

Lastly in the category of accuracy, Yakko was once able to throw a Paper Airplane with such precision that it reached Pinky and The Brain’s cage on the other side of town to lure them to his location.

Wakko:

Wakko is usually portrayed to be the most Naive of the three Warners, that said he does seem to be a savant of somesort as he massively exceeds both his siblings in specific fields of intelligence. Not only was Wakko able to make up and sing his equally impressive States and Capitals song during a Trivia Game, but his Mechanical experience is actually insanely impressive.

Wakko was once able to fiddle with a Broken Garage Door opener for a few seconds and fixed it in such a way that he made it so it could Magically take control of any object or person it was pointed at and open it or flip it upside down.

In another instance, Wakko made the most advanced Rube Goldberg device I have ever seen. Rube Goldberg devices are those novelty devices where you drop a ball through a painstakingly set up series of objects forming a track with the intention of getting it to the end in the craziest way possible and accomplishing something. Well Wakko’s expanded out into the entire city of Burbank and only worked because Wakko took into account Everything from not only the precise movements of all the parts, But exactly what numerous characters and people throughout the city would be doing and how they’d react to certain things, and even the exact position of satellites and nearby space shuttle launches were utilized and taken into account for this. And it was all just to make a fart sound, according to Yakko, he does stuff like this all the time even more complex just to do other simple tasks like brush his teeth.

Wakko is also very skilled in sleight of hand, he once stole a drill sergeant’s watch, pocket watch, wallet, pen, boxers and long underwear off him just by shaking his hand, and only got caught for the watch.

Dot:

Lastly there is Dot, who as the only girl is always portrayed as being the most intuitive of the siblings, with Yakko naming her in charge of ‘Girly things he doesn’t understand’ which apparently covers a lot of ground. Dot is generally displayed as being wiser than Wakko is, however lacks direct feats of similar scale, usually not able to compete with her brother's musical achievements. That said her Musical achievements are still quite superhuman as she once showed up The Actual Beethoven on the Piano

Dot’s acting skills are good enough for her to Casually win an Acting Emmy, and she was so exceptional at playing politics to convince the US Congress to give Cartoon Characters the right to vote.

Powers

The Ed’s

The Eds Cartoony nature gives them access to a Wide variety of abilities. I will first go over abilities all of the Eds share, and then break down their unique abilities.

As A Team:

  • Rage Boost:

In the Ed, Edd n Eddy universe, all characters possess the ability known as Rage Boost, or the ability to become significantly stronger and faster by getting angry.

Generally the rage boost causes a Characters head to turn red, and can allow characters like Eddy to boil the whole creek, and briefly match the power of Ed.

When a top tier like Ed became grumpy, he was able to defeat both Double D and Eddy with just the force of his voice. Considering the amount of force generated by a person's shout irl compared to the amount of force required to knock someone unconscious, Ed in Rage Boost must be around 750,000x more powerful than them to do this. There is no set time limit on how long the rage boost will last, as long as the character is angry, it will apply.

  • Can Breathe Without Oxygen:

All three Eds have displayed the ability to breathe both Underwater and in outer space for extended periods of time without any issue whatsoever, including being able to speak and interact normally. They were even trapped on the Moon all night on one occasion and were completely unaffected.

  • Elasticity:

True to their cartoony Nature, the Ed's bodies are incredibly malleable and rubberlike and can be stretched or shaped basically any way they want.

They can stretch themselves to incredible lengths, or forge their own body parts into weapons and tools such as Lock-Picks, Lassos and Springs.

The Eds can use this to shrug off what would normally qualify as Damage simply by allowing their shape to be twisted or flattened instead.

Many times throughout the series, the Eds have used this ability to radically change their size, Shrinking or Growing at their leisure to accomplish tasks and fit into certain impossible areas.

Even the Ed’s very state of matter can be changed through this ability as they were able to take on a liquid like quality to travel through plumbing, Ed even once traveling through an electrical wire.

  • Shapeshifting:

Even more extreme than this is the Eds general Shapeshifting abilities. They can completely turn their bodies into various different forms, make their bodies 2-dimensional, or take on the properties of elements such as wood, paper or water.

They can merge body parts together, complete with maintaining their existing functions in their new form. Eddy was even able to unshrink his head offscreen after Rolf shank it in an attempt to rid him of a Zit.

  • Regeneration:

Finishing off the Eds body manipulation suite is their sheer level of instant regeneration abilities. The Eds throughout the course of their series have seen their fair share of smackdowns, and suffered tons of intense injuries, only to have it completely heal seconds later as if nothing happened. The Eds Regen has allowed them to just come right back from having massive holes punched through them, being flattened, being decapitated, being sliced to pieces and much more!

Both Ed and Eddy on separate occasions have survived having their entire bodies shattered like glass without it being treated as a big deal.

All 3 Eds have multiple times been straight up completely melted into liquid or burned to ashes and just came right back.

And heck, even being completely Disintegrated into dust doesn’t slow them down. This feat alone would be considered a Mid-High healing factor via OBD, the second highest form of physical Regen out there.

Arguably more impressive than this however, would be how the Eds can also regenerate their bodies from Meta Damage, such as having their drawn form smudged away from the page.

  • Anti Logia:

The Eds have frequently displayed Anti Logia abilities, or the ability to interact with non-solid matter as if it were solid matter, doing things like standing and walking on water, picking up mounds of wild grass as if it was a carpet and grabbing and inflating clouds like balloons.

  • Mental Abilities:

The Eds are all many times portrayed as having some potent psychic abilities, able to telepathically hear the very thoughts of others, as well as speak in such a way that you will hear their words as if they are your thoughts as a form of Mental Manipulation.

All three of the Ed's also have the ability to create invisible imaginary things with their mind to use in combat. These Mental Planer objects cannot be physically seen, and have the ability to Hit things on the mental or lower planes of reality. This means they will normally interact with Physical things, intangible beings such as souls and ghosts, and other mental plane things. The Eds can effectively create any Mental Plane object they want, and have directly used this to create Barriers that Ed cannot get through, Booby Traps that will capture foes for them, and weapons capable of knocking Ed unconscious.

They are even able to create fully sentient imaginary beings such as Ed’s imaginary friend Jib, who can fight on his behalf and was able to stomp Eddy in a fight.

The Eds can also mentally project themselves and fight other mental projections, enter into the heads of people and try to control them, resist the control of this possession and more.

Double D was also able to destroy a mental projection of himself. The Eds can additionally create Imaginary Extensions of themselves that take on the Eds sentiance.

The Eddy in Ed’s recount of what they did that day, commented how insane Ed’s story was, this did not interrupt the story like it was established would happen if the real Eddy was the one saying that, such as when he interrupted Double D’s story in the physical world and It ended it.

The Eds have also shown very strong mental fortitude, able to effortlessly spend the entire day with Jonny after they made him the most annoying person on the earth.

They’ve been able to quickly mentally heal from mental manipulation, insanity and possession on multiple occasions.

  • Teleportation:

The Eds constantly throughout the series display the ability to teleport, and basically pop up from basically anywhere they want as they see fit. While they have never actually teleported on screen, it would simply be impossible to do any of these without teleporting.

All 3 of the Eds have independently displayed this ability multiple times throughout the series, not only using this to escape from places unseen, but also teleport inside of objects, hitch rides on vehicles, and surprise attack their foes.

  • Existence Phasing:

The Eds have the strange ability to disappear behind objects in the foreground, seemingly vanishing from reality as they do so as characters are unable to see them even from angles they reasonably should if this was merely hiding with elasticity.

They have done this a large number of times throughout the series and it enables them to flawlessly hide and become immune to attacks while this is going on, they can even pull others into this state.

  • Spatial Manipulation:

The Eds Spatial Manipulation powers are one of their more broken assets which they use quite often throughout the series to aid in their antics. The Eds can use this to straight cut dimensional portals into thin air to travel around. These can be used to BFR foes to other locations, or Redirect attacks.

They can also physically interact with spatial holes in things, able to simply knock them away, pick them up or crush and distort them with nothing but their hand as a means of removing them and repairing the environment they occupy.

The Eds portals can trap people in endless spatial loops that go on forever like an endless corridor and allow them to warp around locations and the TV Screen.

Another application of the Ed’s Space Manipulation is Spatial Severing. Spatial Severing is the ability to take parts of objects or beings off by means of creating additional space between them, effectively allowing one to cut through things disregarding whatever their physical durability is.

The Eds use this ability QUITE often to remove people's body parts and distort objects. Interestingly within the Ed, Edd n Eddy series, spatially removed body parts remain under the control of those they were removed from and can be reattached, rather than actually counted as damage, but it does seriously disrupt their game plan and throw them off.

When used in objects, they can seemingly remove large areas of space to create tunnels and passageways that didn’t exist beforehand as a powerful means of controlling their environment.

The Eds can spatially warp themselves through solid objects as showcased when they rode Ed’s massive elevator through a pile of solid material and popped out through areas much smaller than the elevator itself.

This warping of Space is pretty consistent with things like Double D being able to warp himself through Eddy’s Body and pop out of his head with no damage, or how Ed will regularly eat enormous things including his own Mattress or a swimming pool's worth of Jell-O.

A last and pretty important application of the Eds spatial manipulation is their use of Hammerspace. Hammerspace is essentially the ability to pull random objects to yourself from seemingly nowhere, especially objects you clearly didn’t have on your person or are too large to conceal, presumably via spatially summoning them to yourself.

All three of the Eds constantly use this ability throughout the series to provide themselves with disguises, tools, weapons and other various equipment at the drop of a hat. Presumably anything the Eds have used before is potentially instantly available to them through the use of this power.

  • Gravity Manipulation/Levitation:

The Eds have many times shown the ability to manipulate and defy Gravity, able to walk straight up walls and trees, lay down on the ceiling and even just straight up walk through and stand on midair without gravity acting on them.

Interestingly, this is a lot like the classic Warner Bros gag where a character will walk through the Air and not actually start to fall until they look down and notice. The Eds however are clearly immune to this negative effect as they remain even after clearly looking down.

The Eds are also able to Levitate, being shown many times to be able to stop themselves in midair and float through the neighborhood to their leisure.

  • Matter Manipulation/Transmutation:

Another common power the Eds possess is their ability to alter matter in specific ways they want, able to transmutate beings into objects or unique forms on contact and manipulate molecular structures.

The Eds are able to change the properties of materials they interact with, turning pavement to rubber, trees to cardboard, Humans into baseball bats, the works.

Ed has shown the most advanced applications of this power, being able to give objects completely new properties like turning his outfit or trees into hollow objects with doorways for him to exit, or making the front of buildings spin around on an axis like a Match II Tile. The Eds also have the ability to casually return to their normal state when Transmutated by others of their own power, just when being offscreen for a second.

  • Sound Manipulation:

The Eds also have amazing sound manipulation powers, able to produce damaging sonic attacks that can harm even one another. These can be produced rapid fire and affect the environment around them both physically and sonically.

These notes can decay life and disintegrate objects on contact causing massive damage wherever unleashed.

And while Ed needed his violin initially to use these sonic attacks, He has shown the ability to produce this same effect using any string he gets his hands on including Eddy’s Hair.

The Eds have the ability to physically interact with musical notes and soundwaves, picking them up or even tossing them away to remove their effectiveness. They can also enable sound to be projected from different locations than it originated from.

Eddy is actually able to Mute foes by turning down their theoretical volume to nothing, rendering them incapable of producing sound of any kind while under his effects.

  • Electromagnetic Manipulation:

The Eds have many times displayed advanced Electromagnetic manipulation. This includes the ability to absorb and channel electricity from the surrounding environment. Ed was once able to generate so much static Electricity that it caused a Blackout in the neighborhood. This allowed him to manipulate Magnetism and draw in everything around him with a force Double D could not escape from, as well as gave him a powerful electric aura that generates heat, light and sound and allowed him to cause massive electrical explosions on contact. In another instance, Ed was able to utilize a more controlled amount of Static to magnetically stick Eddy to a wall, which was such a strong bond that Eddy was completely unable to move and free himself.

Even more impressive than this is the time Eddy's head was able to take on the functions of a Tv, signifying the Eds have the passive trait to act as a proper electronic conductor capable of channeling electromagnetic waves and radio/television waves through their body. This means all the Eds can absorb electromagnetism, both electricity and polarity and even send it back.

  • Umbrakinesis:

The Eds all have displayed advanced Darkness manipulation through their control over shadows. The Eds can morph their Shadows into any shape and use it to attack the shadows of others. The owners of the shadows they affect are stated to feel and experience everything done to their shadows as if done to them directly.

They can also Lock a shadow in place to prevent it from being changed or altered. In the CN City bumpers, the Ed’s even display the ability to straight swap their own shadows with the shadows of another being.

  • Immersion:

All 3 Eds at various points have demonstrated advanced Immersion abilities, or the ability to physically enter into various forms of Media. This includes entering into Paintings, Televisions, and even straight becoming a cartoon character in other cartoon worlds. The ability to immerse themselves into other media forms greatly expands their movement options into lower and higher planes of fiction.

  • Reality Warping:

The Ed were Famously able to take apart the reality of their own entire universe, breaking and resetting every aspect of what was going on. Their control over reality was capable of rewriting the physics of their world, changing gravity, turning the other characters into strange creatures and making their entire cartoon Universe into some Absurdist painting world, where space was warped and time was bendable.

Characters affected by this had their very concepts and histories rewritten for the time and duration of it, and were helpless to do anything about what was going on, instead trying to convince the Eds to change it back.

  • Metafictional Manipulation:

Now we get to a rather BIG Power that Ed, Edd n Eddy is known for, their advanced Metafictional Manipulation. Metafictional Manipulation is the power to see and interact to some extent with our world outside of the media the characters exist in, and essentially the most broken type of Hax out there, as it allows the users of it to manipulate their own world by virtue of it being fictional by comparison. The Eds have a great deal of 4th Wall awareness that they use more often than any Cartoon Network characters. Through their 4th Wall breaks we know they are Aware of other Warner Bros Cartoons including Quickdraw Mcgraw and Codename Kids Next Door. The Eds are aware of awards their show won, the Budget that certain episodes cost, what episodes are in what seasons, how many pages in the script certain lines they said are, whether a character is slated to appear in an episode, whether an episode is a Clipshow or not, and even what happens during the Commercial Breaks.

The Ed’s are able to interact with Metafictional Objects including Idea Bulbs, or the outlines of Double D’s personal Space. They are able to straight up See things like extreme closeups, scene transitions, whether something is badly drawn, and actually Read the scene direction of the script in real time. The Eds also have the ability to go against the script, citing that Ed’s random outbursts are not actually in the script, and that they have the ability to ruin the plot of their eps if need be, a lot of the more Negative lines and actions Eddy does in the show are simply because the script needed it to stay afloat.

  • Meta Spatial Manipulation:

If you thought the Ed’s normal Spatial Manipulation was busted, allow me to show you why putting the phrase Meta or Absolute in front of powers makes them jaw-droppingly OP. The Eds are able to grab and move around the camera itself, able to control the view of the very viewer themself and what we can experience.

They also have the ability to physically Walk into and enter the background Layer of the cartoon. In animation the backgrounds are generally undetailed paintings that animation happens overtop of. Entering into this is like moving in a direction that doesn’t exist and therefore letting them clear any distance and be impossible to hit, while being able to attack back from anywhere. The Eds are also capable of grabbing and destroying aspects of the Background Layer, meaning they can still target beings who can do this same thing.

Their control over the Background Layer gives them an additional power of manipulating Perspective. Large objects that are far away appear small, and small objects that are close up appear large, The Eds entering into these layers of animation essentially allows them to remove the distance between these objects, without changing how they appear to us, effectively shrinking and enlarging whatever they want without even really altering their size or properties.

Past this, The Eds also have complete control over Scene Transitions and Opening and Ending Fades. Able to summon them, Generate them or even physically grab them and pull them across the screen. This allows the Eds to teleport themselves or trap others quite literally anywhere imaginable, from other locations, to parts of the script, to inside someone's Eye to even skipping forward in time. Speaking of which,

  • Meta Time Manipulation:

Another power the Eds have in spades is their Meta Time Manipulation. The Ed’s are capable of summoning, seeing and entering into other peoples flashbacks, much in the same way they control Meta Space. This Ranges from physically grabbing flashbacks from off screen to even rewinding/fast forwarding time using their own movement speed to rewind the animation.

This can be used to travel through normal time as well as Battlefield Remove foes through time or trap them in time loops or otherwise unfavorable situations, and can even be used to cause or reverse aging in basically any way the Eds desire.

The Eds can instantly change the Day/Night cycle just by messing with the Moon or Sun, and even when Inside of a flashback, they can continue to pull in their own Flashbacks. Yet no matter how many layers of meta time get stacked, the Eds can still move through it, they even specifically move into a 4 layer flashback. The Eds general ability to just reach off screen and pull in another scene from anywhere in spacetime, effectively makes BFRing them impossible.

  • Meta Effects Manipulation:

The Eds can also physically interact with visual and audio effects and utilize them to their advantage. They can generate and use them as tools, or attach them to foes to apply them as status effects to their target. Eddy once generated Speed lines, put Sarah into them, and forced her to run at super speeds against her will. Using this same ability, the Eds could do things like remove someone's Kinetic Energy all together, remove status effects from themselves, and mess with entire animation sequences.

In another instance, Rolf Summoned forth a Song sequence which took control of the cartoon using the power of Broadway force, controlling the visuals and injuring Eddy through the various things that happened in it. Yet Eddy Destroyed this song sequence, physically grabbing and tearing it in half to abruptly end the song despite Rolf not being finished.

  • Media Destruction:

But The most Broken Meta power they all pack is this one right here. The Three of them were once able to Break the Sky in such a way that it broke a hole in the cartoon itself, revealing nothing behind it except for TV Static.

This left a Permanent scar on the episode itself that refused to go away or change no matter what was done to it, even its size remaining consistent, so let me spell out the implication of what this means.

Television Static, or Noise, occurs as a result of there being no transmission signal being obtained by the antenna of the Television Set or other display devices. Destroying something in a Cartoon and leaving only Static is a level of destruction beyond the white void of the blank canvas the cartoons are drawn on, a blank page can still be part of the media after all, but Static means the TV cannot even register that there's media there whatsoever, meaning that area of the cartoon, just straight up does not exist. Yet the eds were able to destroy their own media, that thoroughly, and then FIX it offscreen. Now it's time to talk about some character specific powers:

Ed:

  • Duplication:

Ed has displayed the ability to make at least one exact duplicate of himself that was seemingly as powerful as he is.

  • Consciousness Manipulation:

One really Hax exclusive ability Ed has is his control over people's Consciousness. He can somehow poke someone on the head and cause them to rewind their mental state without them being mentally aware of it, both experiencing, doing and saying the same thing they just did. This is a form of Subconscious manipulation as it is genuinely rewinding their own thought process without their conscious awareness. Such an attack is adherently stronger than any conventional Mental Manipulation, and cannot be interacted with by normal mental abilities or resistances.

  • Superb Situational Awareness/Super Senses:

Ed has many times displayed several degrees of superhuman senses which have allowed him to counter people attempting to sneak up on him, track Eddy through town via his scent like a bloodhound, and even track down every single kid playing hide and seek in the neighborhood, in literally 3 seconds to end the round.

  • Body Manipulation:

So Ed’s Body is frankly astounding, to the point it's questionable if this chinless Lug is even technically human due just to all the weird properties he has, first of all, Ed is impossibly Dense,

The guy is heavy enough to sink directly into the Earth, outweigh a giant refrigerator in a Seesaw, cause a small earthquake by falling, cause a Tidal wave by jumping into a Kiddy Pool, and cannot be lifted by Double D and Eddy without the use of special tools.

Speaking of tools, one of Ed’s greatest assets to the team is his ability to function as basically any tool they could need. Eddy refers to Ed as ‘The Ultimate Tool’ simply due to this uncanny trait of his to take on the properties of objects.

Ed has been able to be used as a wrench, saw, shovel, boat motor, pencil sharpener, air pump, Steam Shovel, Ratchet, Floatation Device, Anchor and many many more things. In addition to this, Ed also seems to be able to control his Unibrow as a sort of 3rd arm.

  • Costume Manipulation:

This is….kinda a weird Power that Ed has but is it shockingly consistent that when he wears a costume he is able to completely control every part of it as if it were a part of his body even the parts that do not match his anatomy. He was able to wag and move the tails of his Raccoon and Wolf costumes as if they were real, as well as completely control all the tentacles of his two different monster costumes despite not having enough limbs to do that.

  • Digging Ability:

Ed is well known for his impressive ability to Dig a Hole. He is able to tunnel his way through both Earth and Building Material at a rate comparable to his own walking speed. Ed regularly digs foundation and moats for their scams and has been able to create complicated underground passages for the Eds to take on stealth based missions.

Ed can even quickly Dig so deep that he can create a vacuum effect that sucks everything in the surrounding area in and launches them back out like a Geyser as a form of trap.

  • Meta Existence Erasure:

Ed can rub things so hard that they actually get smudged off the page they are drawn on. This is a Meta power that would completely erase an enemy character from existence. It is implied through Eddy persisting against this and Double D reversing its effects that they both have some variation of this ability as well.

  • Memory Manipulation:

Ed, under Eddy’s orders, was able to hit Double D over the head with the intent to cause him a specific level of Amnesia, which worked perfectly. This suggests Ed is able to just erase whatever memories from his foe he’d like by striking them on the head.

  • Curses:

Ed has in canon memorized several types of curses from reading and watching so much Horror that he can perform. His most infamous one being the Curse of Evil Tim, which allows him to summon and control armies of Crows. This Knowledge has also seemingly given him resistances to other Curses, as he was able to bounce the effects of Rolf’s Cursed Phone onto Eddy even when it logically should have targeted him.

  • Flight:

Ed can straight up fly by flapping his arms like the wings of a bird, much to Double D’s shock.

Edd:

  • Stasis:

Interestingly this is the closest I could find to a Unique power that Double D has, it seems like this was to balance out his intelligence and wealth of gadgets. Anyway, Double D has the ability to freeze people in stasis, stopping Sarah in midair by yelling Stop.

Eddy:

  • Outline Manipulation:

Eddy’s signature and most devastating power is his patented Outline Manipulation, a type of Metafictional Attack that targets the Outline of drawn characters. Eddy first used this power in One+One=Ed, but also arguably uses it again in other instances such as tearing off and reattaching Ed’s dark unibrow in The Luck of Ed, or reshaping his own hairs to replicate Jimmy’s in To Sir with Ed. Anyway, with this power, Eddy can grab and Tear off the entire outline of a character in one hit, reducing their body into nothing more than liquid color that melts away and leaves them completely helpless. Since this is Metafictional removing their outline, normal powers that can allow one to return from a liquid state such as potent Regeneration or Shapeshifting, would not fix this, as The Outline is not a physical thing these powers can conventionally recreate.

Beyond removing Outlines, Eddy can also rearrange the shape of outlines into anything he wants, or even completely destroy it.

  • Super Senses:

Eddy for some reason has an incredible sense of smell, which enables him to detect nearby people trying to spy on him, and allows him to follow the scent of Money seemingly anywhere.

  • Flight:

Eddy has also displayed a Unique flight ability. By pulling his wallet chain like a ripcord, he can make the 3 hairs on his head spin like Helicopter blades, enabling him to fly indefinitely.

  • Ray of Riches:

Lastly, one of Eddy’s signature abilities, The Ray of Riches is a Psychic Energy Projectile Eddy can Generate from his mind by channeling his own greed. These beams exist on the mental plane, and were powerful enough to nearly defeat the comparable Captain Melonhead, even though they were being blocked by his helmet, so they should be above Eddy’s normal striking power.

The Warner’s

As Pure Looney Tunes Cartoon characters, the Warners have a broken arsenal of their own, chalk full of a whole host of wacky reality bending abilities to drive their foes batty. Just as before we will address common powers first and deal with member specific abilities at the end.

As A Team:

  • Elasticity:

The Warners all regularly display inhuman flexibility typical of old Rubber Hose style cartoons. They generally possess all the traits and properties of, well, Rubber, able to bounce off walls and fall from great heights with no issue, stretch their limbs, warp their bodies out of all manner of bindings and more.

They can also essentially change into whatever material they are trying to replicate with this ability, allowing them to copy all sorts of real life devices and tools using their form, such as making their entire body Flat, turning themselves to stone, and generally changing their form in whatever way they think of.

They can even inflate their bodies to transform into balloons and cushions to absorb impacts, gain limited flight, the works.

  • Shapeshifting:

The Warner’s bodies can be morphed in far more advanced ways than just that though. With the Warners shapeshifting abilities, they can disguise themselves as practically anything they desire, from plants to monsters to inanimate objects to specific individuals.

They can generate specific organs on any part of themselves as well and they will take on the exact same functions their real ones do, allowing them to recreate any vitals, or massively multiply their senses.

Shapeshifting can naturally give the warners a whole host of additional powers including, but not limited to, sprouting wings to fly, generating electric pulses, growing giant claws and teeth, gaining a Skunk spray attack, and pretty much any imaginable power from the animal kingdom.

They can even completely convert their bodies into other states of matter and back again, giving their fluid-like bodies a form of Logia intangibility and regeneration to better endure attacks and get out of jams.

  • Voice Mimicry:

They have also shown the ability to disguise their voice and impersonate others flawlessly.

  • Can Breathe Underwater:

The Warners have on numerous occasions displayed the ability to perfectly breathe as well as speak underwater with no issue at all.

  • Super Senses:

The Warners have a frankly insane degree of Superhuman Senses, not just having the 5 conventional senses that we do, but numerous others including a psychic sixth sense ability as well as the ability to automatically detect a large collection of other things with their Sense of Perfume, Sense of Flowers, Sense of Pride, Sense of Fair Play, Sense of Confusion, Sense of Humor, Sense of Doom, Sense of Off-sensitive Timing, Sense of a Word, Sense of Absurd, Horse Sense, Commonsense, Sense of Wonder, Sense of Beauty, Sense of Honor, Sense of Duty, Sense of Doubt, Sense of Danger, Sense of Fear, Sense of Style, Sense of Worth, Sense of Direction, Sense of Dread, AND Nonsense….respectively. Apart from all that The Warner’s normal senses are pretty high level too, they have multiple times heard Conversations that Plotz is quietly having in his office from across the Warner Lot casually.

However, their most impressive sense is Smell, with them displaying the ability to smell the very origin of things to learn info about them, Dot was able to smell a fancy French waiter who ran a French restaurant in Paris, and could tell he was really an american from New Jersey pretending to be French, based off scent.

  • Tunneling Powers:

The Warner’s have the classic Bugs Bunny ability to tunnel underground massive distances, though similarly without much of a sense of direction when doing it. The Warners can tunnel through the Earth at speeds comparable to their normal travel speed, and have dug to far off places like Transylvania, Tazmania and even all the way into HELL in the Earth's core, rather casually.

  • Regeneration:

While the Warners don’t actually suffer physical injuries very often, they have displayed several impressive feats of regeneration, such as enduring having a Hole blasted through their torso, regrowing lost limbs, and even coming back from having their entire bodies tied into pretzels. This would be considered a Low-Mid Healing Factor.

  • Body Manipulation:

One of the more strange powers of their biology is their general bodily manipulation ability. This grants them the power to change up their body in more advanced ways for the sake of their visual gags.

Essentially every single part of The Warners bodies can be detached and reattached by them harmlessly, including their noses, faces, tails, entire limbs and even their heads all together. They also have Universal Animacy which enables them to control parts of their being while separated.

Using this ability the Warners can even shatter their body into small pieces and reassemble it, no sweat. Now it should be mentioned this is technically the Warners manipulating their own form in a specific manner, and not actual damage they have to regenerate from, but it is still very impressive.

The most advanced form of bodily manipulation they have is their ability to mimic the function of various objects and tools. This power has allowed them to do some wacky things, such as Wakko pressing his nose to buzz in on a game show and have it actually cause his booth to light up, using his head like a photocopier and printing new photos out from his mouth, and turning himself into a musket that can shoot live rounds of buckshot rapid fire.

  • Drug/Poison Resistances:

The Warners were able to resist powerful tranquilizers which were supposed to be strong enough to put something into an eternal sleep. They looked like they were about to go to sleep but they really faked said hunter out and had him read them bedtime stories for hours until HE fell asleep.

  • Size manipulation:

They also have complete control over size, allowing the Warners to shrink down to small sizes for additional stealth, or grow to kaiju proportions to increase their own stats.

At its most potent, we’ve seen the Warners use this power to become larger than the planet itself, or so small that the three of them were able to play tag inside of Dr. Scratchansniff’s ear without him initially knowing.

But the best thing about this is the Warners aren’t just in control of their own size but their opponents as well, able to just shrink them to the size of a bug at will. This almost certainly means they can grow or shrink others to the same degree they can themselves.

  • Transmutation:

The Warners all have displayed transmutation, able to turn people into Balloon Animals, Maple Syrup, Plush Toys and pretty much anything they want, Dot even turned a donkey into a magical talking Alicorn once so pretty much anything is on the table. Transmutation allows one to rewrite the form of their target, disregarding their durability, making it a quick and easy one-shot move.

They also appear to be able to resist some transformation powers when done on them. When turned into Zombies in the episode Night of the Living Buttons, they returned to normal off screen later that same ep for Soda Jerk.

  • Matter Manipulation:

On contact, the Warners have repeatedly displayed the ability to manipulate the molecular makeup of whatever they touch to suit their needs. Anything from changing a Cars material to a balloon, making every statue secretly a PEZ Dispenser, making secret hatches in things and even rearranging the shape of their opponent’s head.

When applied to objects the Warners can actually do incredibly advanced forms of transformation such as making an Ink Blot into a Living Butterfly, using a Balloon as a Firearm, and replacing their own limbs with prop versions of them.

The Warners can not only apply this to objects and beings, but environments as well. They were multiple times in rapid succession able to transform an Italian Restaurant into numerous different kinds of restaurants in its interior and back again.

Using this the Warners have been able to transform entire buildings into anything from a giant pitfall to a Rocket to Mars covered by a loosely constructed decoy of the building that was just there.

  • Matter Generation:

Past just manipulating Matter, the Warners can straight up create matter from their own imagination as well, able to summon forth pretty much anything they want to them instantly.

The Warners use this power largely to create an endless string of props for their cartoon antics, including traps, devices, Tools, sceneries, vehicles, metric tons of food and countless more things.

They can easily swap the outfits of themselves and others and even use it to summon forth entire buildings around themselves and the foe, or simply make the already existing environment have several new elements such as turning a stage into a baseball diamond.

They can also use this power to attack in various ways from dropping Pianos on people, causing them to be run over by traffic and even summoning flipping Meteor strikes on them.

  • Life Creation:

A small Subset of Matter Generation, The Warners are also able to create fully living beings and summon and pull them out just as easily. They can summon all manner of trained or wild animals, strange monsters from their imagination, or extremely attractive dancers at their leisure which assist them in whatever they want to do.

  • Transformation:

Through the power of Parody, the Warners have shown multiple different kinds of transformation sequences that enable them to raise their fighting abilities. The first of these is Morphin Power which, by channeling the power of a Blowfish, Anteater and Platypus, they can become stat boosted ninja warriors.

In this state they are also able to turn their own Water Tower into a large fighting Mecha battle bot that they all pilot, in order to fight large creatures attacking the studio.

Related to this is their Anime Transformation, which turns them into more hard core versions of themselves and enables them powers such as the ability to summon magical girl weapons and grow DBZ Style Energy Auras.

  • Force Fields:

Another Power that they showed in this Anime-fide state was generating Force Fields, seemingly by making a barrier out of surrounding junkfood. This Force Field can stop powerful attacks and is fully dome shaped, however has failed to power extreme enough.

  • Lightning Manipulation:

All 3 Warners also display the ability to summon and throw Bolts of Lightning out of their hands like Zeus in order to smite people they don’t like, they can and clearly will spam this as much as they want.

  • Umbrakinesis:

The Warners have displayed a limited control over Darkness and Shadows, able to reshape their own shadows at will to become longer or change their shape. At one point they were able to cast a window in darkness preventing the outside from being seen.

  • Weather Manipulation:

The Warners were able to completely reality warp the weather via writing it down in a notebook, making it freezing cold, burning hot, summoning an actual apocalypse, the works. Through this they can essentially create any environmental condition they need for whatever it is they want to do.

  • Sound Manipulation:

The Warners have also displayed insane amounts of control over Sound, and are similarly able to physically interact with Notes and Soundwaves as well as swat them out of the air to defend against Sound Attacks.

They can even turn their bodies Into these audio frequencies and allow themselves to travel as a mass of sound waves through mediums including Phone Lines and Radios.

Dot takes this power to the offensive extreme, as she is able to scream at such a precise frequency that it fundamentally alters a target's atomic structure into sound waves themselves and disperses them into the environment, completely destroying them.

Heck, the Warners control over sound has even been used to cause minor reality warping in the past. Including, but not limited to, duplicating things using ‘surround sound’, manipulating age by switching to AM, and even changing everyone's outfits and mood with different musical settings.

  • Gravity Manipulation:

The Warners have control over gravity and are constantly able to walk straight up walls, stand perfectly on ceilings and walk through thin air using the classic Looney Tunes ability to walk through the air indefinitely so long as you do not look down.

They have also displayed the ability to levitate and fly on multiple occasions through various different means. One time, The 3 of them stopped in midair when they realized Wakko forgot to put something for them to land on. Wakko then ran down to the ground, put something there, ran back up into midair where he was, and they continued falling where they left off.

  • Stasis:

The Warners all have the ability of Stasis and are able to straight up freeze people motionless in midair simply by yelling stop or even snapping. They will remain frozen for a short time period in which they will be unaffected by gravity, the Warners can even apply this to each other.

  • Teleportation:

A power that the Warners are Constantly using throughout the series is good ol 'Teleportation, which they use so much it even appears in the Theme Song. With this power the Warners are able to instantly travel to or pop out from quite literally anywhere. The have multiple times used it to travel across the entire planet, and pop out from incredibly unsuspecting places like inside of hats or a bowl of cereal.

The Warners can spam this ability as much as they want and regularly use it to beat their opponent to whatever location they are trying to escape to, or immediately escape traps and get by barriers that their opponent attempted to stop them with to drive them more crazy.

It has also come in handy on the rare occasions when they actually are in danger from an opponent, as it allows them a means to instantly dodge out of the way of attacks and escape to far off distances.

  • Spatial Manipulation:

Past teleporting, the Warners have a lot more general spatial powers as well, generally able to warp space around the environment in any way that they see fit, from knocking someone through the floor and having them fall through the sky and land on the same floor, to swapping the location of themselves and others, to displacing people to other parts of the planet.

Heck even beyond that, The Warners are able to Spatially BFR People into the actual Hades from Greek Mythology and seal them there for eternity, ya know, for kicks! They have been able to fit themselves and others in impossible places almost constantly using this ability, which is pretty evident by Wakko literally eating an entire dump truck of food in the intro.

This gives them access to the cartoon staple known as Hammerspace, which allows them to pull out whatever objects they want from their person including whatever their arsenals of gear are, such as Mallets, Anvils, Old Timey Cartoon Bombs, the works.

At its most extreme, the warners were able to store in their Water Tower, enough water to literally create the Indian Ocean, which is suffice to say, a pretty big deal.

  • Time Travel:

In addition to space, the Warners are all well known time travelers whose cartoons regularly take place across all of human history, anything from the Renaissance to the Birth of Christ to the Dawn of Humanity and everything in between. In The Christmas Plotz, they were even able to bring Plotz into a possible future that has not yet occurred.

  • Animacy Granting:

The Warners regularly display the ability to bring inanimate objects to life and give them the power of motion and sentience. They do not have Control over the life they create so to speak, but it does quickly add to the chaos when an opponent's gear starts getting a mind of its own.

  • Force Reversal:

Now we get to one of their signature powers that I don’t see a lot of characters use, and that is Force Reversal. Force Reversal, put in simple terms, is to manipulate which individuals have an existing force applied to them, a form of attack reflection that causes what an opponent would do to you to be done to them instead. This essentially means when Someone attempts to attack the Warners in some way, the Warners can Nullify that and force Others to experience what would have been done to them in their place.

The Warners have shown a high degree of mastery over this power, able to apply the force to those who directly tried to attack them, those who were in the same location but Didn’t directly try to attack them, and even both people that did and did not try to attack them at once. The Maximum number of people we have seen them apply this power to at once is the entire Cast of Friends, which is 6 people.

This even works on beings who are straight up more powerful than The Warners in raw stats, such as the actual Satan, which actually prevented him from being able to seal the 3 in Hell.

  • Duplication:

Both Dot and Wakko (Almost Certainly meaning Yakko can as well) have displayed the ability to instantly produce large amounts of duplicate clones of themselves in an instant. These clones have all the same stats and abilities as the originals and don’t seem to have any limitation in their use.

They have each shown to be able to make up to 20 clones of themselves at once, and while these clones act independently of one another, they all seek to accomplish the same goals as the original.

  • Astral Manipulation:

The Warners also possess a surprising amount of Hax on the Astral Plane. They are able to physically enter into the astral plane of Heaven, interact physically with Souls and intangible Ghosts, and were even able to resist getting their own Souls stolen by the evil demonic clown, Nicklewise. Even when they Entered into the Astral Plane they did so by being physically kicked there by Satan, which launched them from the center of the Earth to Outer Space in seconds, technically meaning they endured a City Level Soul Attack.

The Warners have also multiple times turned themselves INTO Ghosts, both via willing their own souls to leave their bodies, or simply by turning their bodies into an astral form. In this state they have displayed a variety of common Ghost abilities including flight and Intangibility, as well as making themselves unable to be seen or heard by anyone except for those they expressly want to do so. They can also turn others into a ghostly state like this and control this for them, as seen when they did this to Plotz.

The Warners also are able To Possess things in this state, which allows them to swiftly resurrect themselves from this state by repossessing their own bodies, as well as offering them a form of mental manipulation. Speaking of which.

  • Mental Manipulation:

The Warners also have a suite of mental powers in their arsenal, their first and arguably most famous ability overall is their general Insanity Manipulation. The Warners PRIMARY Strategy when dealing with an opponent is to, through their antics, annoy them until they reach a point where they quite literally go completely Insane. In only the first episode, they met with Dr. Scratchansniff, a LONG Time Peace Psychiatrist, and they were very quickly able to drive him to a point of tearing all his hair out, seeking therapy and freaking out so much he literally jumped to Mars.

They have driven targets to the point of being Committed, Jumping out of Airplanes, becoming convinced that they were Animals, and even Literally Exploding somehow. This has even worked on ancient and supernaturally wise entities, such as how they were able to Drive the Enlightened Wally Llama to madness, or how they made Dracula irrationally terrified of them. The Warners have routinely done this to foes after only several minutes of exposure.

The Warners have also shown the capacity to make imaginary mental constructs to trap foes in invisible walls, as well as regularly travel around by riding on an imaginary 3 person bicycle, complete with working horn.

They also have quite sturdy Mental Defenses, they were able to Resist Dr. Scratchansniff attempting to put them into a trance, and Dot was able to just Stand in front of a device The Brain designed to mind control everyone on Earth while it was active, and was completely unaffected. Additionally, Wakko was able to reverse mind-screw Spock, blocking his Volken mind meld with useless trivia and causing him to develop Wakko-like tendencies.

Somewhat related to this, The Warners also have tremendous resistance to sleep manipulation, as they were able to, multiple times, remain awake after being exposed to the singing of Perry Como, which put entire Countries of people to sleep multiple times that same episode.

Fairly consistently, the Warners can physically project the memories of themselves and others into life, displaying anything from multiple Goodfeathers Episodes, to numerous events from Plotz’s past.

They can also physically see, interact with, and even consume peoples thoughts, fantasies, memories and dreams, via grabbing their thought bubbles.

Wakko once Ate a Thought Bubble of a guy figuring out it was them in disguise, and made him completely forget what he just figured out meaning this does straight up erase whatever was in the thought bubble from their mind.

  • Spiritual Manipulation:

The Warners appear to have reached what is known as Spiritual Enlightenment and can willingly travel to and from the Spirit Realm, where things like Lifeforce, Ki and ones influence on the universe can be found, and could even chase the literal Wally Llama there and maintain their connection to this realm better than he could.

The Warners displayed exactly how proficient they are at this power when they managed to summon forth the spiritual representation of their classic Silent Film Era selves to fight for them. These beings were not simply ‘The Warners from back in time’ but spiritual beings made up of what the Warners represented at that time, and it's implied they could summon beings like this for other characters if they needed to.

The Warners were also able to get into a flat out war with and directly fight these spiritual versions of themselves meaning they can also Hit on the Spiritual Plane.

  • Immersion:

The Warners have also repeatedly shown advanced Immersion powers, or the ability to physically enter into, or exit out of, various forms of Media. Doing this enables the Warners to interact with the world and characters within said Media as if they were real, letting them do anything from flirt with their favorite characters, to enter into a Horror Movie to use the Bathroom.

The Warners can enter into any form of Media imaginable, from Movies, to Television, to Computers to even Sound or Print Media, as well as bring others to and from there with them, at their leisure.

They can both manipulate the media they are in with their abilities, or Jump out from Media to surprise their foes. Such as how they are able to reprogram a player's computer when you boot up their online Gamepack, or how they were able to jump out of a Cowboy’s playing cards after he drew ‘3 Jokers.’

Immersion can be used as a Means of Travel for the Warners, allowing them to enter into a source of Media, and then pop back out from any location that media is also playing, enabling them to travel through Cameras, Television, Wi-Fi, the works.

Also if they so choose they can exit out of multiple points at once as an additional means of Duplication, similar to Sadako Yamamura funnily enough.

In Episodes like ‘Video Review’, ‘The Sound of Warners’ and ‘Here Comes Treble’, The Warners take this ability a step further and actually Exit their OWN Media into a higher plane of reality than their own series. While this higher plane is still a part of the cartoon, they essentially make their entire cast of characters fictional to them by doing this, and can even trap foes From this higher plane in their cartoon as a means of turning the tables on them.

This brings us to their ability to use Metafictional Immersion as a form of Sealing to trap foes in Media. They Were able to use this to seal away their aforementioned Spiritual Representations of their 20’s Selves, and they were somehow unable to escape, despite The Warners displaying Immersion even In their 20’s cartoons.

  • Simulation Summoning:

As a Subset of this power, The Warners also have Simulation Summoning, or the ability to create Real Versions of Fictional things. The Warner’s have been shown pulling objects and characters out of media multiple times in the past to provide themselves food, weapons, or even summon characters such as Ralph or Daffy Duck.

  • Reality Warping:

So if you didn’t get the point by now, the Warners have a seemingly endless amount of powers and overall ability to control reality. The Warners Reality Warping has been shown to be so strong that Yakko was famously able to compact the Cosmos themselves into a snowglobe for his Yakko's Universe song. Making their reality Powers Universal in scale and potency.

The Warners tend to use Reality Warping to do basically whatever they want so long as it is funny, They could Blow up a T-Rex using VHS tapes of Bad Movies due to them being ‘Box Office Bombs’, Turn the entire planet of Jupiter into a Television Screen, and when The Godfather clapped to sick his boys on them, they were able to somehow Clap and UN-sick his boys on them, against their will.

  • Technopathic Subjective Reality:

This is a weird and obscure, but fairly broken ability possessed by The Warners that allows them to manipulate Technological Media such as broadcasts, or recordings, and have whatever they did to said things actually happen to the person featured in them. In the episode Broadcast Nuisance, the Warners were able to get into a control room and do all sorts of stuff to mess with a TV broadcast, including warping around the picture, creating numerous graphics atop the news anchor, entering the image themselves as smaller beings overlaid over him, driving a tiny car through both his ears and shrinking parts of his body. All of these somehow affected the real News Anchor and not just the broadcast.

They even changed the channel multiple times and somehow trapped The News Anchor in various forms of media such as an old black and white TV show, a dinosaur movie and most interestingly, live professional wrestling, where the announcer and wrestlers actually acknowledged his presence, meaning they actually sent him there.

  • Metafictional Manipulation:

And Now after all of that we get into the Warners real primary bread and butter ability, Metafictional Manipulation! As explained earlier, Meta Manipulation grants the user some degree of control over the Absolute Plane, a higher form of reality more Real than the one they currently inhabit, and lets them control their world like the fictional piece of Media it is.

First and Foremost, the Warners have total Metafictional Awareness. They are able to directly talk to and even point out members of the viewing audience, know information such as the runtime of their own segments, and claim they aren’t stupid enough to make bad decisions, they just do what the plot demands of them.

They can see and interact with metafictional objects allowing them to run up the side of the Television screen, grab and use Idea Bulbs, and even specifically watch and summon Iris Outs to end cartoons.

They also have the, honestly Broken, power to directly communicate with the artist drawing the cartoon and command them to change reality to suit their needs. Yakko made them paint Anvils into existence to stop people from yelling dragon multiple times throughout an episode.

  • Meta Space Manipulation:

To get into their more direct influence of the cartoon, The Warners all possess advanced forms of Metafictional Space Manipulation. This power gives the Warners complete control over scene transitions and allows them to move the scene to different locations that favor them.

They are able to reach off screen and pull down any other environment they can think of from the Arctic to the Desert to a Thunderstorm and even Outer Space and use this to both teleport themselves around and to inflict Environmental harm against their foe.

They are able to physically grab and push back against the borders between comic Panels, Jump out of Narration Bubbles, and pop back out through Iris Ends that seemingly end the cartoon.

They can also cut parts of the cartoon out of the page it is drawn on like Scissors and remove it from existence. They were able to cut out the line to a Roller Coaster, move up to the front and paste the line back in place now behind them and have that not count as cutting in line.

The Warners are similarly able to jump into the painted on background layer which should be impossible for characters to move through and interact with, and once there they can physically take the environment apart piece by piece to reduce it to a blank page.

They can even grab the entire environment all at once and pull it off the page, changing the environment into a blank white void, reducing the cartoon to nothing. When doing this they can either take whatever character they want with the environment to instantly stop them, or leave them stranded in this Void where they will be doomed into obscurity.

Even more advanced than this, The Warners are able to Somehow physically grab entire Segments of their cartoon, and compact them inside of physical objects, multiple times pulling entire Goodfeathers cartoons out of fortune cookies or various parts of Wakko’s body. To do this they would have to be pulling parts of the cartoons very editing, technically affecting not only the metafictional space of the Cartoon, but also the Meta Time, speaking of which….

  • Meta Time Manipulation:

The Warners also have metafictional Time Manipulation on top of that, and as discussed from the last segment, they are able to physically remove parts of the episode or script and just make it so any events that occurred during that point of time did not occur, potentially letting them remove things that a foe did during that period that would give them an advantage.

In addition to that, The Warners time Manipulation allows them to play their own or others actions in reverse, summon and manipulate Flashbacks, and even physically rewind or fast forward the eps to the point of going into the Theme Song or Ending Credits.

  • Meta Effects Manipulation:

The Warners can also interact with various visual and audio elements of the cartoon to manipulate it in all sorts of ways from summoning spotlights on themselves, to interacting with fade outs, to messing with the very color of the cartoon itself, able to remove or even fill in the colors of the background, other characters or even themselves, turning black and white or even Plaid in an instant.

They can take this a step further by their ability to Manipulate Opacity, to allow them to turn themselves and others from Opaque to Clear, theoretically they can take this power to the logical extreme and make anything completely invisible if they’d like.

They can also see and physically interact with Subtitles, not only does this allow them to understand what anyone including Aliens are saying, but they can rearrange the words and generate new words and punctuation to completely change the meaning of what was said in the Script.

  • Meta Creation/Destruction:

The Warners are able to draw objects into existence and have them become as real as the 3 of them. This does not merely extend to creating physical objects, but the ability to straight retcon in new abilities to whatever they wish to alter, such as adding a button and door to their water tower and having the entire existing thing function as an Elevator.

On the opposite end of the spectrum from this, The Warners have meta Destruction which allows them to Erase quite literally anything on screen from existence, permanently removing it from fiction itself, which is an instant kill attack to even other WB characters as they cannot come back without outside help if erased in this manner.

  • Broadway Force:

This is a specific and useful power that isn’t used in combat too often but is quite effective. Basically, Broadway Force is the ability to generate a musical song and dance sequence much like one would see in a musical, where everyone knows full lyrics and choreography but then after the song ends it is not acknowledged. The Warners Broadway force can generate entire dimensions around them, let them manipulate the environment in all sorts of ways including shrinking things down and bringing things to life, and of course, control anyone around them Body and Mind to themselves become part of the musical number until the song ends.

  • Meta Script Manipulation:

Lastly, in my favorite episode of the entire series, Episode 35, The Warners displayed full control over the Script itself. Here they literally completely destroyed and rearranged the script of the episode in such a way that characters that are normally relocated to separate Cartoon Segments were instead haphazardly paired together.

Doing this seemed to rewrite the perceived history of said characters effected, where they seemed to know each other and have history together, thinking this pairing is normal and that this is who they are normally with. Brain is the pet of Mindy and has a history with her mom, Pesto makes no mention of being a goodfeather, etc.

On the other hand, the characters who actually Are aware of the 4th wall, such as Rita, Runt and Slappy, were able to resist this effect,  referencing past episodes, their usual partners and that things are Not normal.

Yakko:

  • …….Yeeah so, Yakko doesn’t really have any unique powers to his name.

Wakko:

  • Gookie:

Wakko’s lone exclusive power is the Gookie, his signature weird and off putting reactionary face he uses for comedy bits. Wakko’s Gookie face is kinda like a humor based form or Mind control, as it is shown to be so funny that it forces people to hysterically laugh against their will.

It was able to make Plotz completely give up being an evil galactic emperor, foiled Brain's galactic domination attempt, and made everyone in the Entire Galaxy Laugh like insanity.

Dot:

  • Cuteness Hax:

Dot’s signature ability is her Sheer supernatural levels of Cuteness. Dot is literally the Greek Goddess of Cuteness and a representation of Conceptual Cute itself, and because of that her Cuteness acts as a form of Mind Control to get people to do what she wants.

She was so cute even Snow White's Magic Mirror declared she was cuter than Snow White herself, who got so jealous she kidnapped Dot, but Dot escaped by using her own cuteness to turn Snow White's guards against her and steal her prince. In the Wakko’s Wish film she managed to do a similar thing with her Cuteness to turn King Salazar’s army against him.

In the Reboot Series, Dot’s Cuteness got an upgrade somehow. She gained the ability to blast a Cute Beam from her eyes that turns anything it touches into a cuter version of itself. This power even worked on the other Warner siblings, and affected the entire Earth in a short time. The Warners were not able to undo this of their own power, the only way to Counter Dot’s Cuteness is to ruin it by doing something gross instead.

Weapons & Equipment

The Ed’s

Ed, Edd n Eddy have shown themselves to carry innumerable equipment throughout their series and have Hammerspace abilities that allow them to pull out basically anything they want. For the sake of fairness I am only going to be giving them Items that they have pulled out and used in 2 or more unrelated episodes, as that will function as proof this is carried around by them consistently.

As A Team:

  • Radio Communications:

As the sole piece of equipment all of them share, The Eds carry a variety of covert radio communication devices that they can use to speak and coordinate with one another across the neighborhood.

Ed:

  • The Claw:

The Claw is the hook part of a wire coat hanger Ed found, which he likes to use as a tool and weapon, but do not taunt it, actually did stop Eddy’s on a jetpack dead in his tracks once.

  • Anvils:

Can seemingly just pull these outta hammerspace and drop them like a classic Looney Tunes character.

  • Magical Shoe:

Ed’s shoe has a Stench that is so powerful it can render anyone in EEnE unconscious the second they smell it. This even worked on Rolf, who thought a jar of anchovy paste from 1952 smelled good.

  • Flute:

A device Ed keeps stuffed inside of his ear at all times, Ed is actually really talented at playing the Flute and his music basically allows him to mind control animals, able to lead them around and do complex commands just by playing it, similar to the pied piper.

  • Grappling Hook:

Custom made Double D tech out of a Hair Dryer and utensils, this can allow Ed to swing to other locations and propel himself up buildings.

  • Jar of Termites:

Ed has been seen carrying an entire jar of Termites in his coat. These Termites are NOT Normal as they can consume any wood at an almost instantaneous rate, devastating the environment around them.

  • Angus:

Angus is Ed’s Lucky Necklace, A Rancid Fish Skeleton that Smells Unbelievably terrible. Angus is stated to smell worse than Ed’s previous Necklace Sheldon, and thus should scale above its scent.

The same scent which smelled So Horrible it could affect the Meta Layer and Melt away all the Color from Double D.

The Scent of these necklaces has also been enough to Kill small animals on contact, make discarded clothes levitate in midair and literally disintegrated Double D to Dust.

Edd:

  • Yardstick:

Double D’s trusty Yardstick is a long wooden ruler that he always carries to use in measuring items for his builds, but he also will commonly use as an improvised weapon when things get dicey.

Despite its humble nature it is surprisingly powerful, able to actually really hurt both Ed and Eddy.

  • Flightpacks:

Double D has invented and used a wide variety of jetpacks that enable him to fly, ranging from fan powered to fire extinguisher powered.

  • Magnifying Glass:

Double D’s trusty investigative tool that he can use to better analyze his surroundings.

  • Inordinate Bubble Gum:

A special type of gum Double D invented himself that can be used to fit a wide variety of purposes.

It can trap opponents in giant bubbles, fly like a hot air balloon, and is sticky enough to restrain all the Eds.

  • Electromagnet:

Double D’s Electromagnet Draws in high amounts of metal with enough force to overpower Kevin or even all 3 Eds at once. Double D also carries a large amount of smaller Magnets to covertly cling to metal objects.

  • Super Goggles:

The Super Goggles are a pair of eyewear that Double D invented to Help the Ed’s win at Hide-n-Seek which he now keeps on his person due to their utility.

The Goggles can grant the wearer Night, Heat Seeking and X-Ray Vision, allowing them to easily find most lost objects as well as see through any stealth attempts.

  • Slingshot:

Double D’s trusty distance weapon, His Slingshot allows him to fire an endless supply of Water Balloons, to strike targets from great distances.

This is the most accurate distance weapon in the Ed’s arsenal due to Double D’s precise, almost sniper-like aim.

Eddy:

  • Hypnotising Wheel:

This small but extremely dangerous toy Hypnotises anyone that gazes upon it into doing anything the wielder wants.

This was potent enough to Hypnotize the whole Cul-De-Sac at once, Hypnotize Plank somehow, and even make those under its influence do stuff they couldn’t normally do like increasing their stats, actually flying by flapping their arms, or somehow gaining frog powers. But they must be careful as The Eds themselves aren't immune to its power.

  • Yo-yo:

His basic attack in Mis-Edventures, he slings forth a yo-yo with enough force to kill enemies like rats and crocodiles.

  • El Mambo Stink Bomb:

The El Mambo Stink Bomb is a tactical Nuke style Stink fragmentation device that Eddy was taught how to make by his brother, and is the most consistent weapon Eddy utilizes to cause devastation.

When detonated, the resulting blast coats whole city blocks in the worst smell in the world that creates panic in the streets. The Smell itself is Acidic and can stun animals and melt the surrounding area, and only Ed is immune to its stench.

While the original bomb was massive and required prep time to make, Eddy has since synthesized a Grenade version of the bomb, and carries an endless supply to use as a projectile attack. By scaling, Eddy’s stink bombs should smell worse than Ed’s Sheldon cheese, due to clearly affecting Eddy much more.

  • Armenian Secret Hot Sauce:

Another thing that Eddy got from his Brother, this custom secret hot sauce is apparently from Armenia in origin, and it is very spicy and hot.

Actually, that may be a bit of an understatement, this sauce is so dangerously spicy it creates fiery explosions, and can reduce the heads of even beings as durable as the Eds into ashes.

  •  Baking Powder Vapor Barrier:

An experimental large powder bomb invented by Double D, designed to create a cloud of thick gas that the Eds can escape in. It ended up being Way more powerful than that and can casually rip a house to pieces and coats the entire immediate area thickly in Baking Powder, but still can let them escape in the confusion.

  • Montezuma's Free Range Manure:

This Manure is a miracle substance that Creates rapid growth in any plant or fungus it touches to the point it's basically photomancy and can cause plants to sprout on any material it hits.

The Eds were able to trap the entire Cul-De-Sac in an impenetrable grass wall by flinging this stuff.

The Warner’s

The Warners have a wide arsenal of Cartoony Tools of the Trade, ranging from Iconic staple weapons of old Looney Tunes characters, to their own signature tools they are all well known for. The Warners can pretty much pull anything they want out of nothing so always have all of these with them (Cept on Elevators Sometimes).

As A Team:

  • Mallets:

No Classic Cartoon Character is complete without having some trusty giant hammers they can squash people with. All the Warners seem to carry a never ending supply of these to use as weapons.

Like most of their blunt force arsenal, the actual size of these things is extremely  variable and can be as big or small as they want.

  • Anvils:

A Classic, The Warners are quite proficient in the use of Anvils, able to magically summon them falling from the sky to smash directly into the head of whoever they particularly wanna Smash at the moment. According to them, their standard Anvils are made of Solid Iron and weigh roughly 4 Thousand Pounds which obviously if fell on a real person would not just kill them, but flatten them into paste. They Seem to be able to summon an endless supply of these and their size can vary greatly from being small enough to fit in the palm of one's hand, to being large enough to crush an entire small country all at once.

  • Pun Guns:

Pun Guns are these weird little Laser Guns that the Warners use on people who make an excessive amount of particularly bad puns. These laser Guns were able to straight up Kill Yakko with only 5 shots, and on top of that, were able to Actually Blast and injure his Soul and send it back into his body, resurrecting him. This means these lasers can harm not only someone's physical body but astral body as well.

Yakko:

  • Universal Remote:

Yakko’s primary tool for toony tomfoolery is his Universal Remote Control which allows him to affect his cartoon world in similar ways to the remote used by a real life person. The Remote can do pretty much anything Yakko Wants from generating an entire pocket dimension with a whole broadway performance platform and numerous showgirls, to using a Freeze Frame function to cause everything on screen to become encased in ice, something which was so powerful it Froze the entirety of Hell in one click.

The Remote’s Volume Control allowed Yakko to reduce the volume of Wakko until he could no longer produce sound through any means. Yakko then also used it to swap Wakko’s language to Spanish, Wakko himself was not able to reverse either effect without the Remote doing it for him.

  • Toon Paint:

Yakko carries a bucket of paint that he can rapidly paint anything with, whatever he paints becomes the real thing. He painted a door in the wall of Plotz’s office and it turned into a real working doorway he escaped through, and could later use it to give them all work uniforms.

Wakko:

  • Wakko’s Gag Bag:

Wakko’s primary tool of the trade is his signature Gag Bag, a magical Bag that holds all manner of insane objects that Wakko can just pull out like nothing. According to Yakko, this literal magical satchel holds anything imaginable. Some of the things we know it TO have include a whole slew of Beach supplies, a literal Cannibal named Burt, a ladder tall enough to go all the way to the moon, an entire candy store, a Catapult, several Bloodhounds, a Swimming Pool, a Flying Carpet, the actual Elvis Presley, and Far FAR more. He can even trap foes INSIDE of this bag as a form of Battlefield Removal.

To go over some of the More Esoteric things that Wakko keeps in there, His War Room Door contains an entire pocket dimensional War Room that you can attach to any wall. He has a Button you can put on things that generates an Escalator, a Seed that can instantly cause a flash flood level of Rain, and even a Crank Device he can attach to the ground which will metafictionally flip the room upside down.

Dot:

  • Dot’s Pet:

Dot’s signature tool, as well as my favorite tool in anyone's arsenal, is her precious Pet. Dot’s Pet is a Terrifying Giant Monster that lives in A small white Box that Dot Carries around with her and can hold in the palm of her hand. The Appearance of this Monster can drastically change between showings ranging from its usual green furred self, to a demon, a xenomorph and even Mr. Director, but in every case it absolutely terrifies whoever witnesses it, including the Hound of Hades himself, Cerberus. Dot can also warp it into other locations such as her foes pocket to scare people remotely, and in addition to scaring people, said Pet can also pull someone into its box with it as a form of Battlefield Removal.

Feats

The Ed’s

Strength:

  • Double D is clearly the physically weakest of the group, being one of the weakest characters in the series, only being clearly stronger than Jimmy. That said, Double D has been able to Harm, Hold Back, and Endure Hits from both of the Other Eds on numerous occasions in the past. This clearly suggests the difference in Strength between Double D and Eddy is nothing too crazy, with Double D most likely having some double digit percentage of the Strength Eddy does.

  • All 3 of the Eds were capable of casually and accidentally knocking the Moon upside down at sub-relativistic speeds with just the force of them walking/climbing, with Double D in particular holding on against this level of Kinetic Energy with just his fingers. This feat in and of itself is worth over 106 Yottatons of TNT, or large planet level.

  • While this feat is a nice Baseline minimum for Double D to have, as discussed earlier, he does scale at least somewhat to the other Eds, meaning he is certainly much stronger than this.

Double D has multiple times managed to hold back and overpower the running force of both Ed and Eddy, once even at the same time while they were both running in opposite directions.

His Most impressive feat of scaling being when he was angered and managed to almost choke Ed into unconsciousness with his legs.

  • Beyond Double D is Eddy, who despite his small size is the most aggressive and willing to get in fights of the team. Eddy is generally a Mid Tier in the verse in terms of raw power, being stronger, comparable to and weaker to a pretty similar amount of the cast. One interesting thing I noted when scaling these characters, is how Eddy is portrayed as progressively stronger the longer the show goes on, performing much better in later seasons against characters he battled in earlier ones.

  • Despite that, Even as of Early season 2, Eddy was already able to perform the famous showcase of picking up and Easily consuming the Sun. This is obviously a Star Level feat to be sure, but the more important thing to consider here is just how casually Eddy did this, using only two fingers and easily handling and destroying the Sun like it were paper. It is clear that Eddy at his max would be hundreds of times stronger than this just going by the proportional strength of Humans, not even counting that the Eds all have Rage Boost abilities, which this completely Calm Eddy would not have been tapping into at all.

  • Despite having this crazy level of power, Eddy wasn’t treated as anything special in verse in terms of stats, and repeatedly got himself beaten up by far stronger characters such as Kevin, Rolf and Sarah at this point. However, Later in the show, Eddy manages to hold up much better compared to these same foes.

  • Eddy managed to match Kevin indefinitely in a contest of judo flipping each other.

  • Eddy was able to Directly compete with Rolf blow for blow in getting the Hairy Chest of Resilience Badge, only barely losing after passing out just a single second before Rolf did.

  • There are two Separate Occasions where late series Eddy fought against a Rage Boosted Sarah and prevailed in their struggle.

  • There are also two separate occasions where Eddy actually managed to hold his ground against Marie Kanker, who yeah is clearly the weakest of the Kankers, but the Kankers are the overpowered terrors of the Cul-De-Sac and main villains of the verse.

  • Last, but certainly not least we get to the big heavy hitter of the group, Ed. Ed is the clear strongest member of the Eds in practically every regard physically, and is constantly portrayed as doing incredible superhuman things with his unbelievable strength.

  • Ed regularly smashes his way through buildings and lifts super heavy objects. He can lift and throw entire houses, topple buildings and blow away 300 tons of cardboard by sneezing, pull Trees straight into the ground, shove massive structures under concrete, and cause Earthquakes when his stomach growls.

  • Ed Once casually Held back enough Water to flood the Entire neighborhood just by standing on a Hose.

  • Heck The Eds were able to take blasts from Dynamo the mecha from Powerpuff Girls, and Mojo even pointed out Ed in particular for being a Super Strong child.

For the record, this comic crossover takes place after the proper Powerpuff Girls series had ended.

Dynamo was specifically built to be Stronger than the Powerpuff Girls and allowed them to defeat a giant monster that they normally couldn’t, and even far later in the series after the girls had gotten far stronger, the three of them together were all unable to defeat Dynamo after fighting it for an entire episode.

At this point in the series, the Powerpuff girls had grown so powerful that even individual girls could take on and defeat the Villain, HIM, with there even being an entire episode where HIM and 3 other comparable villains had to team up to actually best the girls, and when just one member didn’t show up the Girls still won.

HIM is a being who can casually move the earth at relativistic speed with Telekinesis and make an entire dimension with a Sun inside of it with his own power. While none of these feats are technically better than Eddy’s sun eating feat, it does add quite the bit of consistency to it.

  • Reasonably, Ed should scale Far past Eddy’s feat regardless as he has shown Eddy and Double D up directly on tons of occasions. Ed could walk straight through a storm so powerful it could blow Eddy and Double D away like paper, or be used as a shield to bust straight through things that would hurt the others.

  • Ed was able to super casually and accidentally knock both Eddy and Double D unconscious.

Eddy and Double D were both powerless to stop Ed during Rolf’s “That’s My Horse” song, with Double D even being made to slap Ed in the face which Hurt his Hand, and at one point, Eddy actually knocked Himself unconscious trying to tackle Ed to the ground, and Ed still barely even felt that.

  • But things don’t exactly stop there, Ed is easily an absolute god tier in power in the verse as a whole, not just in his own team. It may seem like Ed gets beaten up a fair deal, but this is mostly just because the good natured Ed doesn’t fight back most of the time. When Ed gets mad or takes things seriously, NO one Challenges him.

  • When Ed delusionally believed he was a Monster, and on a later occasion when he believed everyone Else was a monster, he was able to easily defeat and kidnap every single one of the Cul-De-Sac kids with basically no resistance.

  • Even just The Strength of one of Ed’s loose baby teeth was superior to the combined force of Kevin, Rolf and Eddy at once in a Tug-of-War.

  • The only other characters in the verse who have feats of this magnitude are the Kanker Sisters. The Kankers are a group of three Hillbilly Halfsisters from the trailer park that have crushes on the Eds. They may not look like much but their power is unbelievable, the absolute Top Tiers of the verse.

They were able to Destroy the Cul-De-Sac and shake the planet with their Hissy Fit, and easily overpowered all the other high tier characters including Kevin, Rolf and an Angry Sarah, completely fodderizing them. The entire Cul-De-Sac is Terrified beyond reason of them, especially Rolf.

  • But you know who is consistently way stronger than the Kankers? Ed is! Ed was able to Physically force Lee and Marie to dance with him at the same time against their will, and yet they could not escape. Ed accidentally Knocked all the Kankers out of the school and he and Eddy did Extremely well in a fight with Lee and Marie.

  • Ed once defeated all 3 Kanker’s at once using just a Measuring Cup.

  • Although most impressively is the time Ed was able to single-handedly take on all 3 Kanker sisters at once in an actual wrestling match, and while he didn’t fight back, as his mom said he can’t fight girls, the 3 of them combined dogpiled on top of him yet didn’t hinder his movements and their hits did not seem to have any effect on him. So considering that to one hit KO a person irl requires you to be 7.5 times stronger than that person, and Ed is able to tank and oneshot all 3 Kankers, who intern can tank and one shot characters like Rolf, who intern can tank and one-shot Eddy at the time he ate the Sun, Ed should reasonably be around 1,200 times more powerful than that.

Durability:

  • The Eds have Durability that is completely through the roof, constantly suffering savage beatings throughout the series from the neighborhood kids to the Kankers to even one another. They’ve been smashed by heavy objects, trampled by Hippos, fallen off waterfalls, been launched through the Sky and had every character in the series gang up on them at once, on multiple occasions, and still just don’t go down.

  • In just the 3rd Ep of the show, The Eds Fell the distance of the Moon to the Earth in seconds and crashed into the ground like meteors, yet they were all completely unharmed. Given Ed’s super weight and the velocity they must have been traveling, the Impact would have exerted roughly 10 Gigatons of TNT on them.

  • By second season, Ed, Eddy and Jonny all fell from the sky and crashed into the ground, Jonny hitting it so hard he Literally impaled a hole through the entire planet and popped out in China, and the Ed’s certainly scale to him. This feat would roughly require 2 Petatons of TNT.

  • The Eds durability doesn’t just extend to raw force resistance either, the three Collectively Tanked sunlight so hot it ignites pavement on fire, and later in the series were able to just hold and eat the actual Sun.

  • The Eds have tanked being Frozen Solid, and Eddy Tanked cold so intense it turned his room into an Arctic Tundra and literally made his hair freeze solid and break off in seconds.

  • Double D endured a Huge electrical explosion from Ed, which is also matched by Eddy tanking being struck by lightning.

  • Overall it is fair to say that the Eds physical durability massively eclipses their own raw strength. As established in the Strength section, Double D is the weakest while Ed is the strongest to the point of technically being in a tier of his own. Well, Double D once endured having Ed smash him over the head with a humongous Tree. In this situation, Ed believed that Double D was a demonic creature from one of his comics which was attacking the Cul-De-Sac and it was up to him to stop it. It is extremely likely Ed held absolutely nothing back when doing this, as his intention was to kill this creature and save everyone, and yet Double D survived this with only minor injuries.

Speed:

  • All three Eds are consistently portrayed as having incredible levels of super human speed. Constantly doing things such as moving in Blurs and causing damage to the environment with the GForce they generate.

  • Now in regards to which Ed is the fastest, the answer is almost certainly Ed, due to his impressive feats relevant to the other Characters. This includes casually blitzing Eddy by running all the way from his own bedroom to the Creek, grabbing Double D, and running all the way back before Eddy could even exit the same room. In another instance, Ed outran all the kids in the Cul-De-Sac on foot while carrying a car with Double D and Eddy in it, not even Wilfred and Kevin on his bike could get them.

  • That said, things like hierarchy are not nearly as important in Speed, as all Ed Edd n Eddy Characters are portrayed as being somewhat relevant in speed with one another. When Eddy and Ed Raced each other Eddy managed to keep up and only lost by a short bit. Similarly, Double D was effortlessly able to keep up with Eddy in a race to Ed’s place, so needless to say they are fairly comparable.

  • To get into the direct feats, even very early into the series, the Eds could easily react to the legs of Double D’s Walking Braces,

which can extend fast enough to reach the distance of the Moon to the Earth in a couple seconds, a Highly Relativistic Speed feat.

  • Around this time in the comics, they Managed to Skateboard from the Cul-De-Sac to the freakin’ Desert in the span of one panel. Given the rough location of the Cul-De-Sac in the US, the nearest Desert is 2,000 miles away.

  • The Eds were able to Keep up with Victor the Goat, when he was eating the Cul-De-Sac’s grass as part of their Lawn Mowing Business. The Average square foot of Grass would contain a rough estimate of 3,000 individual Blades, and the average size of a Lawn in an American suburb is 43,560 square feet, meaning each one had 130 Million blades. The Cul-De-Sac has 11 Houses which Victor ate all the grass in both the Front and Back Yards of, meaning there were roughly 2.86 Billion Blades, and considering that the Ed’s made it so all the Grass had grown to at least 7 feet tall (at minimum), this means that if you stacked all these blades it would be the equivalent of eating a single 20 Billion foot long blade of grass, enough to circle the planet 152 times. Victor was able to eat ALL of that in only 3 seconds, even moving that length, let alone eating it, in that time frame would be 6.7 times the speed of Light.

  • Eddy jumped out of a Tree, at speeds so quick that a large amount of Mirrors surrounding them displayed his reflection in a delayed reaction, it takes 8 seconds of screen time for all the reflections to catch up to him. Considering the furthest Mirror is about 10 feet away, meaning the Light from their perspective was moving 1.25 Feet per second, when light normally moves nearly 1 Billion Feet per second, this means this scene took place in Nanoseconds, and Eddy jumped out of the tree in the time of a single Nanosecond, a feat of over 60 times the speed of light.

  • In the comics, the Ed’s blatantly and consistently outspead The Powerpuff Girls’ Mech, Dynamo, literally leading it into a trap in a chase and dodging its eye beams. As discussed previously, Dynamo was able to fight all 3 Powerpuff girls at once for an entire episode, and end in a standstill despite not actively trying to fight them like it was here.

This included scoring numerous hits On the PPG in their fight, and signifying that The Eds would have had to have been moving at speeds at least comparable to the girls to pull this off.

The Powerpuff Girls were once able to repress a massive invasion of the nanobots. These nanobots came down one at a time, each in a raindrop, in a rainstorm that covered a whole city and continuously poured for over a half hour. The average amount of rain that falls in one square mile in 30 minutes is 9,480,532,696,200 drops, and the average size of a City is 50 square miles so this means a total of roughly 474,026,634,810,000 raindrops fell. The Girls took exactly 3:20s from fight start to finish to quell this, but we’ll low ball it to 10 minutes. At this rate an individual girl would have to kill nearly 300 billion of them per second. This means the girls each killed 300 drones in a Nanosecond, which would in and of itself require speeds of over 25,000 times the speed of light. But this feat does Not stop there.

Each of these nanobots upon landing, multiplies at a rate of 1000s per Second, this means...the girls would have to kill 99.9% of the nanobots every second to even stalemate these things. This means each girl had to actually take out 157,850,869,391,730 per second, which would require speeds of over 13.3 million times the speed of light. Except that's also not accounting for the distance which was across an entire city while the girls were all shrunken, we’ll lowball the amount they were shrunken to only a 1000 fold. So every second, they flew across to the point of being practically omnipresent in dozens of miles of area, killing trillions of robots while at a size too small to see. This brings up the final numbers to over 230 Trillion times the speed of light! Considering that this was the Girls from much earlier in the series than when they fought Dynamo, it’s fair to say the Eds scale here.

As a matter of fact, it actually makes sense that the Eds would be able to match the Powerpuff Girls in speed, as both groups have directly displayed the ability to travel through time via sheer movement speed independent of each other in their own series. Given that The Powerpuff Girls and Ed, Edd n Eddy are both part of The Cartoon Network Multiverse, the minimum speed required to achieve this should be consistent across both.

  • Possibly even more impressive than this is the time Eddy once slid so fast it was metafictionally peeling his very color off, and Double D was still moving comparable to that physically, able to walk all the way across his hallway and yell into his laundry shoot before Eddy made it to the bottom.

General:

  • Ed Ate all the food within a 5 Block Radius of his Bed.

  • Were the Sole Survivors of the Bunny apocolympics, said bunnies were capable of leaving the cartoon through the Iris in.

  • They all held out in a Closet for 3 straight days with no food or water or sleep.

  • Hold the World Record for biggest pancake.

  • Murdered Plank’s Parents and got away with it.

  • All 3 of them live to well over 100 years old and are still very able bodied and mentally with it.

  • Endured being Tortured by Rolf all night.

  • Were the only ones to escape the school dance collapse unharmed.

  • Somehow Escaped being abducted by Aliens off screen.

The Warner’s

Strength:

  • The Warners display repeated and constant displays of Superhuman Strength on the regular. Now Unlike the Eds where there is a clear hierarchy in physicality, the Warners are much more complex in how strong they are relative to each other. Every single one of them has been portrayed as the physically strongest on a fairly comparable number of occasions, and seems to shift depending on what is most needed for the plot or a joke at the time.

Generally, the Warner siblings on average are portrayed as being roughly as strong as each other and there never really seems to be a Dramatic Strength disparity between them, at least not more extreme than it is between real life siblings. As such it's reasonable that any strength feat one of them performs should more or less be able to be replicated by either of their siblings.

  • The Warners are all easily more powerful than any normal human in their verse no matter how large or burly they may appear, with each of them easily able to physically overpower multiple Superhuman Pro Wrestlers in seconds and make them Beg for Mercy, without even breaking a sweat.

With this in mind they SUPER casually scale past their old and frail psychiatrist, Dr. Scratchansniff, who was durable enough to crash into the Planet Mars and leave a small country sized Shockwave and still be okay.

  • They were able to casually pull several miles worth of telephone poles into a building from a single phone wire until the building collapsed on top of them.

  • They can Casually lift and throw heavy objects such as Cars, an Entire Candy Store and even an entire Giant’s Castle who was heavy enough to suck the entire landscape of the country into the Earth.

  • Can’t really quantify this to anything major, but Wakko knocked out Dracula with a Baseball Bat. Similarly, Dot defeated a Godzilla stand-in in an actual brawl.

  • In the More quantifiable Realm, Wakko was able to literally Eat the entire Moon in a single bite pretty casually, casting the night into total darkness. Assuming Wakko shattered the moon to pieces chewing it, this Feat would easily be in the Zettatons of TNT.

  • The Warners are also superior physically to the likes of Pinky and The Brain, who can tank the planet of Saturn falling on them. Yeah this happens mostly in the theme song, but they actually repeat this in the show proper, making this more credible.

  • Wakko’s Hiccups were powerful enough to massively warp and deform the Earth and Moon at the same time, which he tanked by the way.

  • Their Greatest Feat of power however would be Dot spinning a Teacup at a Teacup ride so fast it generated a black hole that swallowed up The Earth, Moon and several surrounding planets in seconds. The Largest Celestial Body that this Black Hole was shown swallowing is Saturn. In order to pull a planet out of its orbit, one must overcome its Gravitational Binding Energy, which for Saturn would mean providing a force greater than lifting 568 Sextillion Kilograms. While Saturn in this instance was moving at Faster than Light Speeds and therefore would be impossible for us to calculate the Kinetic Energy of. In order to have overcome Saturn’s GBE from more than 1.2 Billion Kilometers away, this Black Hole had to be at least 10,303 times more Dense than Saturn is. Which is well into the Dwarf Star Level Range.

Durability:

  • As Cartoon Characters, getting slapsticked around is basically part of the profession and not treated as a big Deal.

  • They have Endured the vibrations of hitting an Anvil so hard that it shattered all the buildings in Anvilania, and said buildings collapsing on top of them.

  • The 3 of them got kicked by Satan so hard that they flew from the Earth’s core into Outer space and into Heaven in under 2 seconds. Discounting the heaven thing, this would be at least city level, and technically something their souls also had to endure.

  • Dot physically tanked an entire Volcano erupting underneath her with enough force to create a new large island and launch her across the planet.

  • Dot tanked fire breath from Godzilla, who could tank full all-out punches from her, implying it is at least On Par with the Warners physically.

  • Plus, remember that Aforementioned Black Hole Dot Created that destroyed multiple planets including Saturn? Well Dot was at literally Ground Zero of that thing and apart from it tearing her hair off, more or less Tanked it.

  • That isn't the most impressive thing they can potentially scale to in Durability however. As they were able to endure the overzealous Hugs of Elmyra. Elmyra Duff is the physically strongest member of the Tiny Toon Adventures cast who huggles squeezes and lovvels to pieces every other character in the series.

This is impressive because the entire Tiny Toons Cast was durable enough to survive the Donut Hole which was able to consume the entire solar system all at once.

Speed:

  • Speed is The Warners signature stat, constantly running circles around their slower foes and driving them crazy as they try and catch up with them. The Warners consistently are able to rapidly travel across the entire planet or even run to and from the Earth’s Core in literal seconds. They can even move so fast it generates electricity, all of which puts their casual movement speed easily into the relativistic range.

  • They are all also far Faster than Dr. Scratchansniff, who in only the first episode of the series was able to jump to Mars in 5 seconds. A Feat worth 87 times the speed of Light.

  • During the Yakko’s Universe Song, Yakko, in some kinda zippy Spacecraft, flew from the Earth to the sun in like 6 seconds, likely 90-100c

  • This is actually a pretty common occurrence for the Warners, They piloted a clearly FTL alien spacecraft and later Yakko flew FAR Outside the Solar System in under a second in their Planets song. These would be in the Hundreds to Thousands of times the Speed of Light based on what we can measure.

  • The three of them consistently seemed to be able to outspeed Taz, This means the Warners should scale to several cosmic Speed feats from Duck Dodgers and other Looney Tunes in the Millions to Billions of times the speed of light, since Taz is a rather high tier villain who can tag powerful characters.

  • The Technical Greatest Speed Feat they have comes from the song Only one of You, in which The Warners were able to physically count 1 Sextillion molecules of Air in only about one second of the song's time. It would take an average human about 32 Trillion Years to count to such a number, making the Warners 999,999,940,000,000,000,000 times faster than a person. Considering the speed of light is “only” 83,750,000 times faster than the average man’s running speed, this means the Warners did this at speeds of roughly 12 Trillion times the speed of Light.

General:

  • Won the Nobel Prize for Physics.

  • Were the ones that tore down the Berlin Wall.

  • Defeated The Grim Reaper, Count Dracula and Satan Himself.

  • Yakko literally Sung all the words in the entire English language in only 22 minutes.

  • Created one of the most successful comedy movies of all time and made so much money they bought WB Studio.

  • Defeated the more violent and insane classic versions of themselves from the silent film era.

Weaknesses

The Ed’s

As a team, the Ed’s don’t have that many specific weaknesses that apply to all of them, other than being Magicka levels of socially awkward to the other neighborhood kids. Individually Ed’s greatest weakness is his general stupidity. Ed is often Forgetful, Clumsy and Gullible to a pretty detrimental degree, and gets confused on his current situation and train of thought easily. In addition to that he is a frequent Sleepwalker and is Allergic to rabbits, dandelions and eels. Double D seems to have some degree of OCD, and is very meticulous and a total neatfreak, to the point of once stopping in the middle of a race to scrub a grass stain out of his sock. Double D is easily one of the most physically frail nerds in the entire show being somewhat of a pacifist, and is also scared of Girls, Germs and Ghosts. Eddy on the other hand is well known to be an Egomaniac who constantly seeks attention and validation from his peers. This has led to him acting quite Arrogant and Reckless and thus causing the manipulator to get manipulated himself on occasion.

The Warner’s

The Warner siblings don’t have that much in the way of individual weaknesses, apart from Wakko’s fear of Clowns, so let's look into their shared weaknesses and shortcomings as a group. While as a Group the Warners see constant levels of success against whatever it is they are trying to accomplish, they do have a few weaknesses. The First one dates back to their Aging cycle, The Warners are only immortal and Youthful so long as they are funny and remembered by the public. If someone could permanently make them unfunny or lock them away for long enough they will eventually age to dust, albeit it would take an extremely long time. A Far Bigger Weakness is their Moral Code. The Warners are literally Bound by a Looney Tunes Code of Ethics that Prevents them from taking any violent action against someone who did not show Hostility towards the Warners first. This was most famously seen in ‘The Sound of Warners’ where despite their New Nanny driving them crazy all episode, because she remained well meaning the entire time, The Warners could not take any action against her, and needed to get outside help from the TRUE Top Tier, Slappy. In terms of foes they have faced, there are basically Two types of foes that the Warners consistently struggle against. The first type are those who are far physically stronger than the Warners, but also are oblivious to their antics. This Category includes foes such as Baloney, Pip and Elmyra Duff, all of whom were casually more powerful than the Warners and rendered their methods of attack ineffective through stupidity, which made the Warners legitimately afraid. The Warners were unable to overcome these foes themselves and simply had to wait out Pip and Baloney, and get outside help against Elmyra. The second type of foe the Warners often struggle against is, Ironically, other Metafictional Manipulators. Despite their Species, their Toonforce has been shown multiple times to be inferior to the Toonforce of Slappy, a cartoon squirrel, especially in episodes like ‘A Hard Day's Warners’. Characters like the Conductor in ‘Here Comes Treble’ and the Animator in ‘Yakko Amakko’ who both had the ability to control and change the cartoon setting were beings the Warners were helpless to defend against, and were only able to stand up to after exiting their cartoon and accessing HIS controls in the Conductors case, and tricking the Animator into entering the cartoon herself in her case. Wakko has been possessed by the Metafictional Computer Spam in ‘Please Submit’ and was completely unable to stop this, and in ‘WARnerGAMES’, The Warners were trapped inside a videogame and were rendered unable to exit it themselves. They were rendered helpless at the mercy of the bodily control of the person with the game controller. The only way they could escape was to beat their Gold Copies in combat, these gold copies are exactly the same as the warners but with somewhat higher stats, and copy every move the warners make. The Warners were unable to defeat them in a fight at all, and had to rely on Beating themselves up to get them to self-destruct.

Battle

The clear blue sky cast down on the suburban setting of Peach Creek on a bright sunny summer day. The sound of chirping birds and Kids playing filled the air, before Abruptly being drowned out by the sound of hammers, saws and other construction. The source was coming from the top of the Cul-De-Sac where The Eds were putting the finishing touches on their latest scam. There was a bar like counter with a register, several tables and chairs made of cardboard and a crudely drawn Sign above all of it Reading ‘Ed’s Ice Creem Paɿlor’.

“STEP RIGHT UP FOLKS, AND BE THE FIRST TO BEAT THE SUMMER HEAT WITH A COOL FROZEN TREAT! AT ED’S ICE CREAM PARLOR!” Eddy yelled for the neighborhood to hear.

“I LOVE ICE CREAM EDDY!” Ed yelled in glee.

“Shut up and get scooping Monobrow, oh I can just smell the money already!” Eddy responded as Ed got down beneath the counter and started painting baseballs like Ice Cream scoops. Double D grew a look of concern, “Really Eddy, didn’t we already try this exact scam a couple of Seasons ago?”

“So what? Everybody was sick that day, remember? And besides, this time it's foolproof! Relax.”

Just as Eddy finished his sentence, out from the ground in the middle of the Cul-De-Sac popped out 3 strange furry creatures in funny outfits.

“We’re here! The Annual Walla Walla Washington Popcorn Tasting Festival!” Wakko said as he jumped up out of the hole and threw his arms open in glee. His Lanky brother came out from the hole next and looked around confused before pulling out a cheap road map “I don’t know Wakko, I think we were supposed to take a Right in Ljubljana, and another Right in Bratislava” Yakko added. Dot suddenly popped out from the inside of the Map, “I Still say we shoulda taken a shortcut through Ladonia, they always have such Interesting art of me.”

“Goodnight Everybody!” Yakko said, blowing a Kiss in our direction.

“Hey Look guys, they’ve got Ice Cream over there!” Wakko called, pointing at the cheap looking food stall. “What about your Popcorn Tasting?” Yakko said, Puzzled.

“Nah, besides the script says we’re supposed to go there” Wakko said, pulling out a packet of paper and pointing it out. Yakko and Dot looked at each other and simply Shrugged, before following him up the Cul-De-Sac.

Back at the counter, Double D was scrubbing the surface with a wet rag. He scrubbed one side, isolated in his own little world as he focused on his task. He moved over to the other side and gave it equal attention, before, ever the perfectionist, he went back to the other side and was greeted by 3 strange black eyed faces that seemed to appear from nowhere, staring at him deeply. “HIII!”

“YAA Ahhhh!” Double D yelped as he jumped and fell backwards in surprise. Hearing this, Eddy turned around from setting up the register just in time to catch Double D under his arms. “What’s with you?” Eddy said, unsure of what happened. Suddenly Yakko stepped out from behind Eddy wearing a Doctor outfit, “Ooo, it certainly looks bad, What’s your prerogative Nurse Dot?”

“I’m afraid he's caught a bad case of chicken legs, and can no longer stand up, Yakko.” She said, picking up one of Double D’s unusually scrawny legs.

“Where’d You Things Come From?!” Eddy shouted in surprise at these strange looking creatures.

“Oh, you’ll have to talk to our parents about that one,” Wakko said, stepping out from the other side of Eddy before looking down to Double D.

“Hiya, wanna trade Hats?” He said as he grabbed and started to pull on Double D’s hat only to immediately get his hand swatted away.

Annoyed, Double D grew a stern expression “What is the Meaning of this?”

“Well, ‘This’ is a demonstrative pronoun, but that's not important right now, you guys wouldn’t happen to know how to get to Washington, would you?” Yakko said slyly.

Ed suddenly popped out from under the counter with his head stuck in the paint can he was given. “Ooo, did you check underneath a Cherry Tree?” he said genuinely, causing Double D to slap himself in the head in frustration.

Eddy got a mad look on his face “Ed, go back to making the Ice cream! Can’t you see I’m dealing with…..what are you supposed to be anyway?”

“We’re The Warner Brothers!” Yakko and Wakko said in unison.

“ANNND the Warner Sister!” Dot added as she jumped in front of them. “Say, is it really true what they say about Short Guys?” She added with a sultry look as she traced her finger up his shirt, only to have her hand knocked away.

“Well I’M, Mr. Take a Hike, You’re Scaring the Customers!” Eddy said as he grabbed and pushed the three of them back behind the counter. “No Badgers Allowed” He adds at the end.

The Warners all turn around looking as though they are offended.

“Badgers? Why how very Dare you sir! Badger is what we DO, not what we ARE.” Yakko blasts back with an accusatory point, causing Eddy to roll his eyes.

“I’m hungry Yakko, Can we get Ice Cream now?” Wakko said impatiently.

Eddy for a second had his eyes turn into Dollar Signs as he snickered to himself. “You came to the right place Ringo, Here at Ed’s Ice Cream Parlor you can get a fresh scoop of your favorite flavor for Only 25¢” He said Motioning to the menu.

“Ah sorry about that, I left my wallet in my pants” Wakko said displaying his total lack of Pants.

“You heard him sir, but hey we came a long way, think we can have something for free?” Yakko said before all 3 Warners put on a big innocent grin and blinked their eyes a few times trying to appear like they deserve a treat.

What?! FREE?!! WHAT DO I LOOK LIKE, A CHARITY?” Eddy said, Furious.

“No way Kid, those look Much more appealing” Dot said in a sassy comeback.

Eddy slapped himself on the forehead in annoyance. “Alright I’m done with this, Double D, Explain our Business Policy” Eddy said pulling him to the front of the counter.

The Warners all suddenly paused for a moment in disbelief, and looked at each other before Yakko started. “Woah woah, step back a second, what did you just say his name was?”

“Huh? Umm” Double D looked unsure for a second before the still blinded Ed abruptly pushed him aside and interrupted. “Oh you guys like Double D? I LOVE Double D, Double D is the Best!” He said, excitedly talking about his buddy.

A big smirk appeared on all 3 Warners faces as they snickered and chuckled before bursting out laughing. “HAHAHHAHAHHHHAA, Ok, alright, Man kudos to whoever wrote this thing, I didn’t know you could get away with that in this day and age.” Yakko said, wiping a tear from his eye.

“Hmmmm ………OH MY” A Pink blush appeared on Double D’s Face as he suddenly pieced together what they were laughing about. Meanwhile Eddy got annoyed and yanked the paint bucket off Ed's Head. Ed quickly wiped the paint off his face and then stared blankly in satisfaction, but then his eyes went wide when he saw the three fluffy critters in funny outfits standing at the counter and grew a big smile on his chinless face.

“Dawwwwwwwwwwwww, Lookit the Cute Wittle FuzzyHeads” Ed said as he leaned over the counter to get a close look at the creatures. Wakko took advantage of this to bite down on the Cone that Ed still held in his hand.

“HEY!” Eddy shouted as he jumped over the counter and glared angrily at Wakko as he chewed, only for Wakko to absentmindedly respond “WOW, real Lead Paint flavoring! I didn’t know that was still Legal!” He said with a big grin showing baseball shreds stuck in his teeth before he swallowed the whole thing.

Dot’s brow furrowed as she stepped up to Eddy, “Hey, that wasn’t Ice Cream you…You RipOff Artist!” she spouted before Immediately kicking Eddy in the Shin.

“Ow!” Eddy called as he grabbed his leg, hopping on one foot. “Why you little….ED! Get rid of em” he said as he pointed towards the Warners. Ed quickly leaned over the counter next to Eddy with a look of slight disappointment.

“Awww, but Eddy, they are so Cute! I want to snuggle them and give them lots of pets”

Dot Smirked, “You wanna meet MY Pet?” she said, pulling out a small white Box and holding it out before them.

A GIGANTIC FURRY GREEN MONSTER WITH SNAKE EYES AND RAZOR TEETH SUDDENLY BURST FROM THE BOX AND SCREAMED IN THEIR FACES WITH A DEAFENING ROAR! Ed’s eyes went wide as he stared at the creature and his imagination ran away with him.

“IT IS THE MARROW-SUCKING SPACE UVUUDAUM, FROM THE PLANET ARUGULA!!!”

Ed Shrieked. “RUN AWAY!” Ed called as he suddenly grabbed both Double D and Eddy by their shirts and ran straight through their cardboard scam in a panic, tearing it to shreds before smashing straight into their Garage door and causing it to collapse and the 3 of them to fall into a heap.

“Ha Ha, now there's something you don’t see everyday, a Pileup inside a Garage with no Cars!” Yakko chuckled at their misfortune.

Eddy pushed himself up from under his friends, his head steaming with anger at his broken scam. “Oh That is IT!”  Eddy said, running back up towards the Warners.

“I’m throwing you chumps out myself! Back me up Boys!” He yelled confidently as Ed and Double D both walked up to either side of them.

“Right behind you Eddy, you three’s behavior has been Objectionable, Immoral, and Obnoxious!”

“Do you Kiss your Mother with that Mouth?” Wakko said in disgust, before a giggling Yakko stepped forward to meet Eddys challenge.

“Alright sir, you’re free to try, but I hope you understand that THIS….Means WARners”

FIGHT!

“Give me a boost guys, I got this one” Wakko said rubbing his hands together, cooking up a plan as Yakko and Dot made a platform with their hands he quickly stepped on and got launched into the air towards the Eds.

“Get me up there, Lumpy” Eddy yelled before Ed abruptly grabbed him by the arm and Whipped him into the sky at top speed. “YEEEEEEEEEEE-HAWWWW”

Eddy and Wakko flew through the sky at top speed on a collision course. Eddy stretched his arms out and prepared to tackle the goofy sibling to the ground. They got closer and closer until they were basically right on top of each other.

“STOP!” Wakko said as the two of them met, Eddy becoming frozen in place as Wakko stood in mid air. Calmly, Wakko pulled out a large Mallet from behind himself and leaned it against his chest as he proceeded to spit onto both his hands and rub them together, then picked the Mallet back up and took a stance much like a Baseball Batter.

“GO” He called and immediately Smashed the Mallet across the side of his face. In slow motion we see the vibrations travel through the side of his head as he cries out in pain at the large hunk of wood slamming into him and he flies far off to the side, and lands on the pavement with a loud crash.

“That sure is the Foulest ball I’ve ever seen” He laughed before continuing his jump wielding his mallet to smash the other Eds.

Looking up at the incoming Wakko, the shaking Double D swiftly stepped behind Ed, who stood motionless with his hand to his lip wondering what to make of this.

Wakko Smashed his Mallet down atop Ed’s Head at full force and the sound of a truck hitting a brick wall echoed through the area, but Ed’s entire body didn’t move a muscle. Instead vibrations verberated through the hammer and shook Wakko uncontrollably as the Mallet's head shattered to pieces revealing Ed's smiling face.

“Ow Ow Ow Ow Ow” Wakko said as he stumbled back a dizzy mess from the recoil.

“Ah I think he likes me Double D!” Ed said as he grabbed The stunned Warner and pulled him into an unwilling bear hug. “H-Hey” he said as he flailed his limbs, unable to break free.

“Good Work Ed” Double D said supportively and pulled out his trusty slingshot. He quickly loaded two water balloons into it and took aim at the other two warner siblings with extreme precision before grinning as he fired.

The Balloons traveled through the air at high speed, meanwhile Yakko let out a big yawn while Dot impatiently checked her watch. The Balloons picked up speed as they traveled more intensely, but now Yakko and Dot were putting together a jigsaw puzzle on the ground. The Balloons caught on fire as they were only an instant away from reaching their mark, while Yakko and Dot played each other in Badminton.

Suddenly, both water Balloons slammed into Double D at Mach Speed shattering and soaking him through his underwear while they knocked him back.

“Wow, Great trick Double D, how’d you do that?” Ed Said with a goofy grin while Wakko tried to pry his way outta the hug with the Jaws of life with no luck.

Double D Wiped the soggy top part of his hat off his face, “This is Preposterous, that defies the Laws of Physics” He says, beginning to get up.

“Aw, we do that all the time, Double D” Ed says earnestly.

“Need any help, Wakko?” Dot says, snickering as she and Yakko approach.

“Oh, my mom says ‘I’ need Help!” Ed adds excitedly.

Wakko briefly looks up at him and then back down, “This man is Scaring me”

Several feet away Eddy sat up with an irritated expression and grumbled at these pests.

“Comedians, huh?” he said sarcastically as he reached into his back pocket and pulled out an ominous green sack.

“So how do you wanna handle this Dot? Tomfoolery? Hijinx? Or Over-The-Top Violence?” Yakko said to his sister.

“Ya know we've been pretty restricted by Hulu recently, how bout All of the Above?” She said with a big grin.

“I was hoping you’d say that.” He said pulling out a Chainsaw and Toilet Plunger.

Suddenly a big green sack hit the ground behind them and rolled between Dot’s feet, causing everyone present to suddenly look right at it.

“Um, I think the Sky had a Baby” Ed Said just before a massive green Mushroom cloud exploded right on top of them and sent a shockwave through the neighborhood, flooding everything with the most noxious gas imaginable.

The Warners crawled out of the blast in a desperate panic, coughing, wheezing and doing whatever they could to not breathe in the fumes. “That's disgusting!” Wakko cried out. “Sibs, I think we now know the scent of Pure Evil” Yakko says in a somber tone. Suddenly a Yo-yo shoots out and ensnares the three siblings as Eddy walks over to them.

“Now Scram!” He says as he pulls his Yo-Yo back like a ripcord, causing the siblings to rapidly spin like a Top and zoom off into the distance.

“And Good Riddance!” Eddy called as Ed walked out of the blast casually carrying a nauseous Double D.

“Something smells Good Eddy!” he calls, actually enjoying the smell. “Really Eddy do you have to be so reckless? The situation was hardly out of control” Double D said in an annoyed tone.

“Aw, quit Bellyaching, Let's put our scam back together, and get on with it now that those pests are gone”

“Where did we go?” Wakko suddenly says from right behind him. “AAHHHHHHH!!!:” Eddy screams and jumps back in surprise to see them all just standing there.

“You can’t get rid of us That easy, just ask the Fox Censors,” Yakko quipped.

“Oh I got plenty more where that came from” Eddy said, pulling out more bombs, Ed and Double D readying themselves behind him.

“Ya know Kid, that whole Stink Bomb thing wasn’t very Cute.” Dot said as she fired a rainbow colored beam from her eyes that turned the stink bomb into an adorable Baby Skunk.

“AHh!” Eddy said in shock as he tossed it away before it could spray them. He and the other Eds turned towards her in relative shock.

“Tee Hee, Just a little thing I do.” Dot said with a wink as she blasted out another beam.

Thinking fast, Eddy and Double D dove behind Ed.

“I Forgot to wear Underwear, Guys.” Ed randomly stated before the beam hit him, and suddenly deflected off of Ed and shot into the sky. It blasted a cloud and turned it into a happy dancing cloud with a smiley face. Eddy and Double D popped their heads out from behind Ed and looked up at what just happened.

“Double D?” Eddy questioned.

“I think this is going to be one of ‘Those’ Episodes, Eddy.” Double D responded in astonishment.

“Hm, Well I’m not gonna let that stop me, You Furry Freaks are Going Down!” Eddy said, jumping out and pointing at Yakko. Yakko gave a confident smirk before speaking.

“Lookout Sibs, we’re dealing with a group of guys with No Brain, No Spine and No Heart.”
“Politicians?” Dot swiftly said. “Producers?” Wakko followed up with.

“Ooo, Ooo, A Lion Tamer?!” Ed yelled from across the street. “Shut Up, Ed!”

Eddy said in annoyance. “Charge!” he called as he and his two compatriots began their advance. The Warners all took a deep breath, stuck their thumbs in their mouths and started expanding with air, larger and larger until they were bigger than houses. They Eds quickly stopped in their tracks at the now towering creatures whose laugh through the neighborhood.

“How about it boys, Wanna play house?!” Dot said with a giggle as she and her brothers reached down to grab the Eds.

“Eddy I fear they are becoming Amorous!” Eddy’s eyes grew wide, “ED DO SOMETHING!”

“You got it Eddy!” He said as he grabbed the two of them and shoved them into his jacket pockets before taking off flying through the sky like a bird.

The Warners gave chase through the neighborhood, singing a happy tune as they swatted their giant arms at the fleeing Eds.

“Man this story is even weirder than the last time this happened” Eddy said in frustration.

Double D popped out from the pocket and his eyes narrowed at the Warners in concentration.

“Ed, Increase our altitude, you must go higher!” Double D yelled.

“On It Double D!” Ed said as he took off to cloud level. Eddy looked over to Double D in confusion, “What are you up to Sockhead?”

“Beating them at their own game, Eddy, Size is a matter of perspective afterall!” Double D said as he extended his hand to the Giant Warners, who from their current height appeared small. He then flicked the Air where the Warner’s appeared in his line of sight and the Warners actually flew backwards as if flicked by a giant hand.

“Eurika.” he said with a confident smirk.

Yakko suddenly popped out from the same Pocket Eddy occupied. “Wow, that was pretty smart” He said to the stunned Ed.

Dot climbed right out from under Double D’s Hat, making him very uncomfortable, “Yeah, I can see the cute one here has some real brains!”

Finally Wakko jumps out from inside Ed’s Jacket and lands on his head. “Let’s give our new special friends a BIG Hand!” he said as he grabbed and spatially detached the Arms Ed was using to fly off his body and began clapping with them.

Both groups of goofs started plummeting to the ground at rapid speed, but midway into their fall the Warners pulled out Umbrellas which slowed their own descent to a gentle pace. Eddy wasn’t having this however, as he quickly stretched out his arm into a makeshift lasso, which he tossed up and closed around the Warners ankles before he pulled the 3 of them down into the pavement in a whipping motion, and all 3 of the Eds landed on top of them as a cloud of dust covered the screen.

When the dust cleared, the Three Warners sat on the ground dizzy from the crash, while all 3 of the Eds stood tall all around them,  Eddy brandishing a Mallott, Double D armed with a Yardstick, and Ed holding a raw thanksgiving turkey. “GET EM!” Eddy yelled as all 3 of them brought their weapons down on the Warners.

In a Flash, Eddy got smacked in the face with a Yardstick, Ed got smashed over the head with a Mallott and Double D found himself embedded straight through a turkey.

The Eds were again dumbfounded by what just happened as Wakko came up to Double D and pulled off one of the legs of the Turkey and ate it, before letting out a thunderous burp that knocked them all backwards. The Warners all laughed at their continually humiliated foes, while the Eds all sat up thinking about what to do.

“Seems as though our normal Slapstick clichés aren’t going to apply well here, Eddy” Double D said from his own deduction.

Eddy looked up at the sun and then back down at the Warners before getting an insidious grin. “Fine by Me” He said as his shadow suddenly stretched the distance between them and the Warners. Eddy’s shadow Poked Yakko's shadow in the eyes, Stomped on Dot’s shadow’s foot, and kicked Wakko’s Shadow in the butt. The Warners all suddenly jumped up in pain clutching the corresponding part of their body as if they were hit there directly. Eddy then pulled out his Baking Powder Vapor Barrier while they were distracted and chucked it like a grenade which exploded and flooded the entire general area in a thick coating of white powder.

The Ed’s watched as the blast cleared, but were surprised to find that the Siblings were completely gone from the blast site.

“WHERE’D THEY GO?” Eddy said in frustration at the possibility he may have missed, when suddenly an Anvil crashed onto his head, pushing it into his shirt. The other two Eds looked down at Eddy as he fell onto his back. “I’m hurt now” He said in pain as his head popped back out and he looked up to see the Warner’s sitting on a cloud above them, watching him with a bag of popcorn and laughing.

“Grrr, you guys get down here!” Eddy said as he hopped back to his feet and shook his fist angrily. “Why don’t you come Make Us?” Dot said looking down on him in more ways than one.

“Oh, we’ll come make you alright!” Eddy said as he began to form a plan.
“Oh No You Won’t.”  The Warners all said, interrupting him. Eddy grumbled, and turned around. “Yes I Will!”

“Oh No You Won’t”
“Oh Yes I Will!”
“Oh No You Won’t..”
“Oh That’s It! ED, Get me Up there!” Eddy said, as Ed picked Eddy up and Tossed him Straight into the Sky. Wakko suddenly reached into his Gag Bag and pulled out a crank device and attached it to the cloud he stood on. Wakko began cranking it a few times and the entire cartoon suddenly rotated 180 Degrees, with the exception of Eddy who was flying through the Air and now smashed face first into the pavement next to his friend.

“Woah, good one Wakko, What else you got in there?” Yakko said, excited to unleash some chaos on these guys.
“Well let’s see..” Wakko said as he went back into his bag only for two hands to suddenly pop out and start strangling him. “Why You Little!” Eddy said as he climbed outta the bag followed by Ed and Double D.

Wakko reached up and pulled his head off his body to escape Eddy’s grip and pressed his face into his for a kiss for good measure. “Bleeeeeh” Eddy cried as he wiped his lips on his sleeve.

Dot Laughed, “Ya know I Swear that was probably his first kiss” She teased.

“Oh I’d swear Princess, but Standards won’t let me!” Eddy shot back. “May we please move on, these Puns are becoming Unbearable” Double D said unamused.

Yakko feigned a gasp, “You don’t like Puns? Well you’re in for a Shock!” He said as he suddenly blasted a Bolt of Lightning at them.

“Zappity, Zap Zap!” Ed said as he stepped in front of the shot, absorbed the blast and shot it back.

Wakko stepped up and swallowed the bolt and spat it back out at the Eds, where Ed absorbed it again and shot it back and Wakko Ate it again and shot it back and so on. Seeing the pattern, Double D pulled out his slingshot as well as a stick of his special Bubble Gum and loaded it in, the next time Wakko opened his mouth Double D fired and launched the Gum straight in.

Wakko was pleased at the flavor as he chewed and blew a bubble which expanded to massive size and popped, trapping Wakko and both his sibs and a massive Wad of Gum.

Dot felt around her hair, “Ugh, Wakko when I get outta this, I’m gonna shove that hat right-” “HEY, Skunk Kids” They all heard Eddy shout as they turned towards him, seeing him and Double D taking positions besides Ed “Welcome to Peach Creek!” He called as they charged forward in the Batter-Ed formation.

Wakko, seeing the oncoming threat suddenly put on his Gookie Face, upon seeing it, Double D and Eddy both started cracking up and laughing like crazy, but Ed still charged forward. “What’s so Funny guys?” He asked before they crashed into the Warners, pushing everyone off the side of the cloud. Upon looking down the Warners immediately started falling back to Earth, but the Eds strangely stood in midair. Ed looked at both his friends as they rocked back and forth in laughter. “Are you guys feeling alright?” Ed said as he poked them both on the head, Their bodies shook as a result of this and they suddenly blinked as they went back to normal.

“What In Samhill just happened?!” Double D asked with some concern. “Beats me, But looks like we’re winning” Eddy said, significantly more calm as he looked at The Warner’s Falling.

The Warners looked pretty bored as they fell to the ground “Ya know I think this is getting stale, how about we spice things up a bit”, Dot said as she reached off screen and pulled in a completely different Scene of The Eds all wearing Dresses at a Tea Party.

“What the?!” Eddy said in shock. “Oh My Lord?!” Double D said as he pulled his dress further down his legs to cover himself. “I Smell like fresh cut spring flowers, spewed across a babbling brook with a hint of lemon.” Ed commented without any sign of awareness.

“Awwwwww, don’t you guys look pretty?” Dot said, jumping on the table while her brothers laughed and pointed. “Oh Two can play That game toots” Eddy said as he pulled down the Junkyard from the Cul-de-Sac as the Warners wound up buried in garbage.

Wakko suddenly swallowed the layer of trash on top of them but Dot freaked out at her stained dress and messed up hair. “Oh you guys are going down now!” She said in rage as she picked up this portion of text and smacked Eddy with…wait..

“Oh yeah? So that’s how you wanna play it? How about this?” Eddy said as he suddenly Ran full speed and the entire cartoon rewinded….wait?

.gnillaF s’renraW ehT ta dekool eh…….And the Warners Smashed down into the Pavement of the street. The Ed’s jumped down from the cloud near the three as the Siblings wobbled their way to their feet.

The Eds stood confidently as the Warner’s got back up, feeling as though they have now found their footing and have this situation under control.

“You guys don’t stand a chance, Now get outta our town before we put some more hurting on ya!” Eddy proclaimed crossing his arms in a tough guy act.

Yakko raised his arm and gave a brief pause as he gathered himself. “Now, Now Gentlemen, I know we said some things, But I believe we can still settle this like adults.” Yakko said before suddenly 9 duplicates, of himself and his siblings each, popped into existence behind them all wearing mischievous grins. The Eds eyes went wide as they briefly lost their composure.

“Hows a little 3 on 30 sound?” Yakko said slyly as suddenly he and all the warners Charged.

Panic struck the Eds at the massive threat coming their way. “ED, DO SOMETHING!” Eddy yelled.

“On It, Eddy!” Ed said as he suddenly grabbed the ground and pulled up an entire block's worth of Road and made the earth Quake as he smashed it horizontally in front of them as a makeshift barrier right as the army of Warners collided with it. Ed held the thing back as best he could but when a pair of Warner arms stretched underneath the shield and pantsed him it was all over. When he Leaned down to pull them back up the Warner’s toppled the barrier right on top of him and advanced through, running amok through the neighborhood. Eddy and Double D took a fighting stance and engaged the Warners, the two of them scoring several good shots in but it proved overwhelming as Eddy got hit in the face with an entire Peach Cobbler and was then tripped from behind and fell into a ditch. Double D was smacking Warner’s left and right with his Yardstick but got distracted when one of the Dots burst out from his Cap and kissed him right on the lips, before pinching his cheek cutely, and Smacking him across the face, launching him skyward where he crashed through the roof of a building.

Out from under the rubble of the Road popped Ed who had some scrapes and tears in his clothing but was more or less fine. “What was I doing again?” Ed said Simply as suddenly a large group of Warners surrounded his position.

“Well Sibs, it's not everyday we have a Chorus gathered like this, how about we sing the Anvil song?!” One of the Yakko’s said jovially. All the others shouted a quick “Yeah!” as they all joined hands in a circle Around Ed.

“Annnnnnnn, Anvil’s Black and Shiny….. It weighs a Ton or Two…We know you’d liRIIIIIPP

A Massive tear came down across the screen as Eddy pushed both halves away, instantly ending the song.

“I Hate Musicals!” Eddy shouts, his clothes in tatters and covered in Pie Cream and Gunpowder. He jumps to Ed, standing back to back with him and taking a fighting stance which Ed attempts to Mimic comically, The Warners getting ready to pounce on the two.

“Look alive, Monobrow, It's you and Me against all of them” Eddy says like a badass as the Warners all jump into the air.

“That's not true Eddy, I got my Lucky Fishie, Angus with me!” Ed says as he pulls out his Rancid fish carcass which stuns every single Warner in their tracks before they all Drop to the ground and spazz out at the horrible scent invading their especially potent Nostrils.

Eddy Held his nose, but looked pleased as he looked around at the downed Warners, the rest of the army around them being unwilling to approach “Woah, good one Ed!”

One of the Wakko’s rolls over and nobly says to his Sibs, “I can’t take it, I’m gonna go for it!” he said before he jumped up and suddenly swallowed Angus whole, before collapsing back on the ground.

Eddy grew a scared expression realizing the Effect would now be Nullified, Ed however grew a very sad and shocked expression as he looked to his empty hand. “.....Angus?” he questioned.

The Warners all rose back to their feet but were just as swiftly knocked back offa them from an intense rumbling. Eddy, and the entire army of siblings turned to see Ed standing there with an extremely angry look.

“Now now, Calm Down there big guy” Eddy said with some uncharacteristic fear as he took a couple steps back.

“I AM ED! BRINGER OF PAIN!” Ed Yelled as he took a thunderous step forward and a gigantic crack appeared across the earth, and he sprang forth taking on the entire Warner Army single handedly, knocking them all around. The Warner’s doubled their supply of Clones, but Ed still plowed straight through them like a train, Grabbing Warners left and right and pummeling them into the ground or throwing them across the environment.

Eddy’s expression turned from that of fear to that of excitement as he watched what was happening “er, I mean, GO Lumpy Go!” Eddy cheered as he witnessed the one sided all out Brawl.

“That’s It, they don’t pay us enough to deal with this!” One of the Yakko’s said as he along with one of each of his sibs jumped out from the crowd with a giant Eraser and brought it down on Ed, beginning to Erase him from the cartoon, his head being smudged and blurred out more and more. Ed fought through it however, he quickly knocked the Eraser away and grabbed the three by the neck, rubbing them into his smudged face which restored it to normal but erased those three’s entire heads in the process.

Behind Eddy, one of the neighborhood House’s roofs burst open and coming out of it seemed to be a giant Hot Air Balloon made up of dozens of Vacuum Cleaners being piloted by Double D.

“Mess with MY Dignity, will you?” Double D said defiantly. He pulled a big lever and a gigantic Hose pointed towards the brawl and began sucking everything in like a Black Hole. Everysingle Warner, both downed and still fighting, was swiftly being sucked into the device and collected in a giant fishing net. Eddy briefly got scared when he began to get lifted off the ground himself, but his Leg was swiftly grabbed by Ed who gave Eddy a Okay sign, completely unaffected by the winds. “Nice Going, Sockhead!” Eddy yelled as the Last Warner got captured and the balloon landed beside them. Double D climbed out and quickly got pulled into a big hug from Ed while Eddy ran up to the big bag of Captured Warners.

“Who’s the Big Shot Now?!” Eddy said confidently in Yakko’s face. Yakko looked Unamused.

“You know you got a big hole in your pants.” He said smugly.
“Huh?!” Eddy said, startled as he went down to check.

“Monkeys Always LOOOK, Monkeys Always LOOOOK!”

The entire bag of Warners said in unison as they laughed at Him. Eddy, very Unamused, grabbed the Bag and Tore off the Outline of it and EVERYTHING inside of it, crumpling it up into nothing. The Warners all stopped dead as their entire bodies melted into Ink and collapsed into a puddle on the ground. Eddy took a bow to his friends “Thank You, and You and You.”

“Good Job Eddy!” Ed said happily. “Messy, Messy, Messy” Double D said regarding the massive Ink pile. One of the Yakko Mouths from the pile suddenly spoke up, “Yo, a little help here?” It asked when suddenly a giant pencil eraser came down onto the screen and swiftly erased the entire mess, it then came back down with a paint brush and painted the original 3 Warner's back into existence who all sighed and did some relaxing stretches.

Eddy stared at them Dumbfounded and Mad” What The? HEY, THAT’S NOT FAIR!?”

“Anythings Fair if you just know the right people,” Wakko said innocently.
“Yeah you No-Neck Chicken Liver’d Geek” Dot said, sticking her tongue out at him.
Eddy’s face turned red as He took off running with Ed and Double D in tow, their legs moving so fast they appeared as a spinning blur. The Warners got in combative Stances when suddenly, Eddy grabbed the blurs from his own and his friends legs and threw them at the Warners. The Warners were confused until they hit and their own legs began running at insane speed against their will, traveling randomly around the neighborhood in unpredictable directions and being driven dizzier and dizzier until the 3 of them all crashed into each other and fell into a Heap.

“Come on, Now’s our chance!” Eddy yelled as they rushed in to capitalize on this. Wakko looked over in concern and asked, “What do we DO Yakko?”

“We COULD Get a hefty insurance policy” He said in a shrug.

Dot’s brow went down in a tough, angry expression as she climbed her way outta the pile and stepped forward, staring down the charging tweens.
“Stand Back Boys” She said confidently as she took a deep inhale, and then right before the Eds reached them, she let out a Bellowing Banshee-like Shriek that shook the whole landscape. The Eds bodies started to vibrate and twist in uncanny ways as the sound echoed through their forms, but still they pushed forward ever so slowly. On sheer willpower, Eddy extended his arm and reached out far until it grabbed Dot’s nose.

“Pipe down you spoiled Brat” He said as he turned it like the volume Dial on a radio and Dot’s attack became quieter and quieter until it stopped entirely. (What the?!) Dot attempted to shout but no sound was made.

The Eds all jumped up into the Air to pounce on them, but thinking quickly, Yakko pulled out his Remote and pointed it right at the adolescent scammers. “Freeze Frame!” he said as he pressed a button and the Eds and the entire environment became encased in thick Ice.

(Nice Going, Yakko!) Dot mouthed silently. Yakko Smirked and whispered up close to the viewer, “Man, This would be a great way to save on voice acting huh” He Jokes.

Annoyed Dot swipes the Remote from his hand and uses the Unmute button on herself,

“I can’t deny my audience my witty brand of humor, It’d be cruel and unusual” She says in a sassy and confident manner. “Sure It’d Be” Yakko says before he and Wakko roll their eyes.

Suddenly the Ice cracks loudly right above where Eddy’s face is, followed by more cracks sporadically across the Ice holding all of them.

“A-Anyway Sibs! I Think I got a plan to stop these guys once and for all” Yakko says, rushing as they don’t have much time.

Dot perked up, “Does it involve seducing the kid with the unibrow?” She said with a raised eyebrow.

“Because I’m Desperate…..” she says, reaching off screen.

“I WILL……make Wakko do it!” She added, pulling Wakko up next to her by his shirt. Wakko gave a nervous expression and a shrug in response.

The Eds Shattered through the Ice and Grabbed the Warner Siblings, slamming them into the ground when they realized for some reason they were limp and totally unresponsive, their bodies appearing as nothing more than empty sacks.

“Hmmmm, do you think it's possible they shed their skin like reptiles?” Double D asked Holding up the vessel of Wakko.
“Am I a Cute now?” Ed said wearing Dot’s like a cape.

Eddy scratched his head as suddenly three Ghost-like figures appeared behind him. “Boo” Yakko said.

“AHH!” Eddy briefly screamed as he jumped into Double D’s arms who struggled to lift him.

“COOL, This is just like the movie, The Barking Ghost, a classic they say.” Ed said in fascination at the specters.

“Why you little!” Eddy said, jumping down to Yakko and throwing a Punch, only for it to harmlessly pass right through him.

“Hehe, good try chump, wanna go again?” Yakko teased, causing the frustrated Eddy to throw punch after punch at him to no avail until Eddy grew quite tired.

“Wow, just how little of a brain do you have in there? Let’s check sibs!” Yakko said as he and his siblings flew right into Eddy’s head and tried to possess him. “Hur, Ahhhhh! Geeerrrrr” Eddy cried out as he stumbled around struggling as three lunatics were basically playing tag in his noodle.

“Oh Dear! Eddy are you Alright?” Double D said with concern, running to his side.

“Here” Ed said, pulling out a Jump-Rope he pulled from his jacket, “We need to Exercise Eddy!”

Eddy gripped the ground and formed an intense expression on his face, “GET……OUTTA ME!!” He said through the Grit of his Teeth as the three ghostly figures were expelled back out.

Eddy panted and sweated from the experience but still appeared quite mad. The Ghostly Warners fell back on the ground but Yakko stared deadpan up at the sky, “Wow, he sure had a LOT of memories about his Magazine collection” He said with a longing snicker.

“What Kind?” Wakko Questioned.

“I CAN’T TELL YOU THAT, Impressionable Adults Might Be Reading!” Yakko responded in disgust at the idea.

“Guess we gotta find out for ourselves!” Dot said cheerfully as the ghosts lunged in to try and possess the others. Ed in response reached his hand up and the Ghosts all suddenly smashed their way into what seemed like an invisible barrier in front of them, causing Double D to look shocked.

“Don’t worry Double D, everyone Knows Ghosts cannot phase through Psychic stuff” Ed said with uncharacteristic expertise. Double D lit up with excitement, “That was Genius Ed!!” He exclaimed happily as he quickly imagined himself a pair of Boxing Gloves.

BAM the sound rang true as Double D managed to punch the Warners back taking an ol’ timey Boxing stance.

“That will show you little perverts what for!” He said, actually feeling pretty confident from that, Watching the spectral Warners crash into each other and fall to the ground.

Getting up, Eddy put his fingers to his temples and, with a devious grin, began firing green glowing Dollar Sign projectiles from his forehead.

“He’s trying to monetize us?” Wakko said in confusion. “Run for the Hills!” Yakko said in a panic as they dove behind a pile of Rubble, Pinned down by the Ray of Riches.

Ed looked at the Warner’s then back to Eddy, then back to the Ray of Riches, and then Back to Eddy again before he suddenly grabbed his head in shock and yelled, “EDDY IS PROFESSOR SCAM?!”

Eddy looked at Ed with an annoyed expression while continuing to fire. “Please try and keep up Ed” Double D commented.

The Warner’s all hunkered down from the continuous suppressing fire.

“This is the Worst crossover we have ever done, and We met The Jetsons once!” Dot said with a grumpy pout.

“Should we call our agent on these guys?” Wakko added.

“Nah, we aren’t THAT Cruel, but I do think it’s about time we wrap this thing up before we go over budget again.” Yakko said as he swiftly grabbed the wall they hid behind and suddenly pulled the entire background away.

Suddenly the Ed’s Found themselves trapped in a blank, white, endless void and began looking all around in confusion.

“Hey, What Gives?” Eddy said with some concern. A distant laugh of the 3 Warners could be heard throughout the environment with no clear source that sent a shiver down their spine.

“I Don’t think it’s clear who you guys are messing with,” Wakko's voice could be heard saying.

“Do not attempt to adjust your Monitor…...We are controlling the Feed…….We control the image.”

“We Control the Formatting.” -Yakko

“We are the ones controlling the Text Size,” -Wakko

We control the Fount and the Color,-Dot

“我々は言語さえも管理しているのです!” -Yakko-kun

“We control the Vertical!” They all said as the Eds got crushed into tall versions of themselves. “AND the Horizontal!” They said before they were likewise crushed down flat.

Eddy Yanked himself back up and grumbled. “I Swear, I’m getting real sick of all this parody, Double D, think you can find these chumps,” Eddy said, turning to Double D who began pulling out some devices to do just that.

Oh don’t Worry about that, we are right inside that trailer behind you” Dots voice trailed off as the three Eds turned to see a copy of the Park n’ Flush behind them, with the Kankers trailer front and center. The 3 Ed’s gulped as they began to approach.

“We did take a few things from your Memories after all” Yakko said with a giggle as suddenly three large and angry spiritual representations of the Kanker Sisters popped up from the environment and began tossing Dodgeballs at them.

“K-K-K- KANKERS!!!” The three said in a panic as they all started dodging around. Double D nearly collapsed as his memories of this sport made him break out in a cold sweat. Suddenly Eddy caught a Ball that was flying towards his face and threw it back at Marie, Knocking her off her location.

“I Have put up with a LOT of things today And if you think I’m going to let you bozos beat me now, You got another thing coming, ED, GET US Over There!” Eddy said pointing towards the trailer the Warners were controlling everything from.

“Got It Eddy!” Ed said before he Grabbed the two of them and Ran full sprint through the trailer park, Tanking every ball that hit him as he pushed forward closer and closer. “Go Lumpy Go! Come On Come On!” Eddy said excitedly as they nearly made it. Suddenly one of the Balls landed right under Ed’s Foot as he was about to take a step, causing the big lug to trip over and him to throw both his friends forward. Double D slid across the ground and ended up going underneath the old trailer, while Eddy smacked right into the front door.

Eddy reached for the Doorknob when suddenly, the Trailer changed shape from that of the Kankers Trailer, to that of a Trailer in the shape of a Whale. Eddy broke out into a Cold Sweat as suddenly the Door was Kicked opened and he was launched backwards onto the ground.

“Hiya, Pipsqueak” A big spiritual recreation of Eddy’s Brother said as it stepped out of the Trailer, followed by the 3 Warners. “Ya know ordinarily, this would be too mean, but Ho Boy did you dorks try our patience” Yakko said commenting on the situation.

Eddy sat up and, despite his fear, attempted to come up with another plan, but just as suddenly Wakko grabbed and ate his thought Bubble, leaving him with nothing. “Now now, we can’t have that again.” Wakko said, wiping his mouth. “You ready to say Uncle yet, little man” Dot said in a mocking manner. Eddy began shaking and crying as if having a panic attack.

Suddenly a Beaten up Lee and May crashed into Eddy’s Brother from off screen knocking him back against the trailer. “You Leave Eddy alone you Fuzzyheads!” Ed Called in anger to the Warner's surprise.

Just as suddenly, all the characters and environment the Warners created began disappearing as the White Void returned to blank. Double D ran past the Warner’s to Eddy’s side. “Sorry Eddy, It took me a bit to hack into this program and shut their control down from under there.” Double D said apologetically.

“What's the point….” Eddy said with a sadness that shocked his two friends. “The three of us Never Win, Double D, these chumps are just going to keep throwing stuff at us until they get their way. If everyone already thinks they are better than Us, then they just are” Eddy said, getting teary in frustration.

“No,” Double D said as he reached his hand down to Eddy. “We’ve been pushed too far to give up now, Eddy. The three of us have been through greater lows than this, but if there's one thing we Eds can always do is Pick each other back up.”

Eddy, somewhat reinvigorated, grabbed Double D’s hand and rose back to his feet, and Ed pulled the two of them into a quick group hug.

Eddy smiled, “When you guys are right, you’re right! Okay boys, let's give it one last charge!”

“I AM A MUSHER, EDDY!” Ed Said has he took off full speed with Eddy and Double D hanging off his coat, waving his arms in his classic Batter Ed attack at full speed towards the Warners.

The Warners look unimpressed as they charge them. “Boy that was WAY too sappy,” Yakko said, making light of the moment. “Maybe they are trying to win an Emmy?” Wakko speculated.

The Eds charged closer and closer, their forms seeming to catch on fire from the speed at which they traveled.

“Not a chance, I’m a shoo-in”  Dot said as she pulled a shelf out of her pocket with 7 Emmys prominently displayed. The Eds zoomed forward, fast approaching, and right when they were about to reach them, the Warners took a single step back and exited into a higher plane of reality, outside the TV the Cartoon was taking place in.

The Eds crashed straight into the wall of the TV Screen as the sound of a tremendous car wreck played. The three of them were all launched backwards and landed on their asses in a daze from the crash.

The Warners, who from their perspective appeared to be right in front of them but behind some invisible wall, gave a “Wan Wannnnnnn” sound before giggling and laughing hysterically at their prank.

Suddenly though, the Wall which the Eds crashed into, the one on which the Warners seemed to be standing behind, cracked. The Warners stopped laughing as they looked on at the small crack. It quickly grew, spreading far across the screen in all directions and flowing like a jagged river filling in all the empty spaces and fragmenting it.

The Warners all looked at each other nervously. “Uh Oh..” They said just before it shattered.

……….

“Ow, I am Dizzy” Ed said as he wobbled back to his feet. “Oh Darn It Ed, not again!, I’ve still barely recovered from the last time you did this!” Double D said examining around the border of the gaping hole in reality. “Get over it Felix, Those Jokers already cost us enough time, and time is Money. So we are gonna need that much more Cash, to make up for it!” Eddy ranted as he swiftly reached off screen, and pulled back their front yard with their scam now waiting for them. “You guys coming or what?” Eddy said as he marched back to it.

“There's a Moral in this……somewhere” Double D sarcastically said as he started to follow slowly. “That Eds Stick Together till the Bitter End!” Ed shouted as he excitedly ran forward and an Iris closed in.

They’re Zany to the Max, They got sacked and won’t be back, their Animaniacs.~

Welp I finally made it folks, this was the hardest fight I have ever had to call, and not just because it was incredibly close, but because I am greatly and equally attached to both groups. But at the end of the day, although it may sound ridiculous, The Eds actually had everything they needed to take the Warner siblings out.

So since this is the easiest to explain, let's talk about Stats first and foremost.

The Warner Siblings possess several Casual Large Planetary and even Dwarf Star level feats, including things like consuming the Moon, violently terraforming the Earth's shape, growing to Planetary size, and most impressively, Enduring a Black Hole that sucked in all of Saturn from Earth, which make that relatively consistent.

I have seen some argument that The Yakko's Universe feat of warping the entire universe should be applied to their strength, however this is where I have to hard disagree. Yakko merely used reality warping to warp the universe small to fit in said container, and therefore this would not apply to his general AP or Dura, and since they have No other feats remotely on this scale to back it up otherwise, we can’t really apply it.

Even if we did give the Warners the Benefit of the doubt on this, The Eds were similarly able to deconstruct their own entire cartoon universe in One+One=Ed, utilizing their reality warping, which would be able to be applied to the Eds AP and Dura if they were given a similar level of leniency, so even in the best case scenario for the Warners, it would only be even.

In their own series, The Animaniacs have been routinely, easily overpowered by the likes of Pip, Baloney and Elmyra, and were not able to simply use Reality Warping to increase their power against them.

The best strength Feat any of these foes scale to is Elmyra both tanking, and being able to harm other characters that tanked, the Donut Hole consuming the Solar System, making that the greatest possible feat that one could scale The Warners too.

On the other hand, The Eds were able to battle High Tier Powerpuff Girls characters, who even early in the series were able to create a Solar System sized dimension, and Eddy, who is only a Mid Tier, casually picked up and Ate the Sun as if it were a Potato Chip. This latter feat was Casually done by a completely calm Eddy, using only 2 fingers and his teeth, and it is actually massively more impressive than The Tiny Toons Donut Hole Feat Elmyra scales too, and Elmyra was already insurmountably stronger than the Warners. NTM this isn’t even considering the Eds have Rage Boost powers to dramatically boost their strength if needed.

In terms of Speed, while their feats of Speed are a lot closer than Power, The Eds being able to Outpace Powerpuff Dynamo still put them roughly 20 times faster than The Warner’s Air Molecule counting feat. While a 20x Difference isn’t that huge in the grand scheme of VS, that is the difference between an average persons running speed, and the speed of the average Formula 1 Race Car, and thus would be extremely difficult to deal with, Especially for the Warners who are quite Accustomed to having the Speed Advantage over their opponent.

With this in mind, it is pretty apparent the Eds would have little trouble physically overwhelming the Warners in a straight up bout, with Even Double D able to more or less tank and evade their attacks, while they would not easily be able to do the same. To add to this even further, the Ed’s are also significantly more skilled than Warner’s in terms of combat due to them having far more experience getting into actual brawls with stat relevant foes. None of the Warners had the ability to compete with Double D in raw intelligence either, and heck, even Eddy is clearly able to match Yakko blow for blow in manipulation, which will hamper much of their normal combat strategies.

But what’s the big deal about these stats anyway? That kinda thing may matter in the majority of VS Debates, but these are Toons, Looney Tunes style Toons at that, who were some of the founders of little guys defeating their stronger tormentors with ease. The Eds being stronger is a win for them yes, but The Warners have enough broken Hax abilities to circumvent basically any level of stat difference, with powers that would let them survive attacks from stronger foes, score hits on faster foes and harm more durable foes. So how do their powers compare directly?

Just at a Quick Glance, one can clearly see that there is a fair deal of overlap between the Warners and Eds’ arsenals of abilities. Both groups could Fly, Teleport, Shapeshift, Use Elemental Attacks, Manipulate Matter, Control Spacetime, Warp Reality, Had a Slew of Broken Metafictional Hax to similar degrees of potency and a whole bunch of other things, making their offensive prowess and numbers of potential Oneshot Hax fairly comparable. With that in mind, one would naturally assume that this would give The Warners the edge, as The Warners generally display a much more effective level of competence and ease with their powers when using them in their own series, as opposed to The Eds who never display the same level of control over their situations. The Eds constantly fail at their goals and lose in their own series, only very rarely coming out on top, meanwhile The Warners are constantly winning throughout the course of their show, seldom ever not being in complete control of what's going on. Yes, you are completely right about that, but that's the beauty of it, because if you look at that from the other side, you’ll find that this is the Exact Reason WHY the Eds would actually Win here.

The Warner siblings seldom ever have to struggle in their cartoons, generally antagonizing foes far beneath them in terms of stats and abilities, even those Villains that seem physically threatening, very rarely actually are in the face of the Warners, allowing them to easily take control of the situation. In the classic Animaniacs series, the amount of times the Warners even suffered a physical blow at all is only in the couple dozen at most, and the amount of times they’ve been faced with the types of powers that they used is far more rare.

In comparison to this, the Eds lives are filled to the brink with struggles at every turn, they have repeatedly had the Tar beaten outta them, been humiliated, injured, had almost every single one of their own powers used ON them, and heck, the fates itself seem to conspire against them, but through ALL of that, They are always still standing and can still manage to win. In a Nutshell, the Eds have lived through so much that they’ve effectively become near invulnerable juggernauts from all the resistance feats they’ve accumulated through all of that, as opposed to the Warners who have almost No resistance feats at all. So let's do a rundown and see exactly what the two groups had that could penetrate the other’s defenses.

So first things first, The Warners primary method of attack is to Annoy their intended target through their Antics until they literally go completely Insane, would this be an effective strategy on the Eds? Absolutely Not, as in the episode Shoo Ed, the Eds literally turned Jonny into the most annoying person on the planet to the point others would Pay the Eds to get rid of him.

Jonny in this state was so annoying he Drove all of Rolf’s animals Mad in seconds, yet the Eds were unaffected by this despite spending all day with him. Even if you discount this for some reason, The Warners Annoyance has not worked on Blissfully Ignorant characters like Baloney and Elmyra before, who are very similar to Ed, signifying he’d be immune,

meanwhile Both Eddy and Double D independently have feats of Going Temporarily Insane before, only to quickly recover their Sanity minutes later. So Needless to say The Warners would have an extremely uphill battle trying to Drive the Eds Mad.

Both groups had various forms of Matter Manipulation, With the Warners having Multiple ways of Transmutating their foes and manipulating their forms to benefit themselves, including turning people into Syrup, Balloon Animals or Plush toys which are logically one shot hax. That said, the Eds have advanced Shapeshifting powers and have continually had their matter altered and transmutated by each other before and have always returned themselves to normal of their own power seconds later.

Even Rolf, who the Eds definitely ability scale to, was once completely transmutated into a weiner and both survived and returned himself to normal off-screen in the same ep. Dot also has a way of transmutating foes Cute using her cuteness hax, which even worked on her siblings with similar transmutation/shapeshifting powers. But even if this does work on The Eds, it doesn’t actually kill or harm them as it just makes them cute, and beyond that it can be reversed by doing something Gross, which Ed may just do by accident.

There was also The Warners Sound Manipulation powers, which in addition to their general use, Dot has used to vibrate the molecular structure of foes to turn them into and disperse them as soundwaves. But the Eds are no strangers to Sound Manipulation themselves, they could tank Ed’s violin notes that decay living things and disintegrate objects, and could interact with musical notes physically just like the Warners, allowing them to resist this effect.

Even ignoring that, Eddy displayed the ability to Mute Ed and prevent him from generating any noise with his own power, something the Warners could only do through Yakko’s remote. This could directly Counter the Warners sound based powers as, unlike the Eds, The Warners have never Un-Muted themselves without assistance from that which muted them in the first place. With all that said, The Warners really weren’t capable of meaningfully altering the Eds Molecular Makeup in any conventional way.

The Sibs also had multiple types of other conventional environmental manipulations, including Gravity, Electrical and Darkness manipulation. That said, the Eds had legitimately better versions of all 3 of these powers, and could easily counteract or absorb the attacks they attempted with these. Since the Eds can survive in a vacuum, the Warners couldn’t try to drown or suffocate the Eds via summoning large quantities of water or outer space, and when it comes to the extreme temperatures that the Warners could throw out, The Eds have endured Eating The Sun, having their bodies smolder to ash and literally melt into liquid in the heat department, as well as endured being frozen solid and having parts of their body turn brittle and break from sheer cold, and were fine.

So How about we kick things up a notch with various Higher Planar attacks. The Warners had a slew of Astral Plane abilities that allowed them to turn into Ghosts and gain access to numerous Ghost Powers. This includes intangibility, being undetectable and potentially even possession of other creatures. That said, The Ed’s ability to see Metafictional objects meant that the Warners could not hide from them as long as we the audience could see them, and while their Ghost forms were invisible to normal people, they never were invisible to the viewers. The Eds could easily counter the rest of the Warners astral abilities with their Mental ones. The Mental Plane is on a higher level on the ontological scale than the Astral one, as souls and ghosts are still depicted as possessing the same mind, memories and personality they did in life.

While the Warners may be intangible to physical attacks, things like The Eds Mental Construct attacks such as the Ray of Riches, the imaginary weapons/traps/beings and their own mental projections should have no trouble hitting them.

As for possession, even someone with as weak a Mind as Ed was not able to be possessed by the mental bodies of Eddy and Edd entering into his noggin, and that's assuming the Warners can possess inhabited vessels to begin with, which is not an ability they displayed. In general, the Eds Mental abilities were a lot better than the Warners, and even some of the Warners own mental attacks that could have effects on them like Dot’s Cuteness or Wakko’s Gookie, were not something that could kill or control The Eds, just would be annoying to deal with.

Not to Mention since Ed had access to actual Consciousness Manipulation abilities, he could always supersede any Mental Effect if he ever really needed to.

While The Warners also had the ability to Escape to the Spiritual Plane through enlightenment, something the Eds definitely weren’t, the fact that The Eds possess Metafictional Movement, technically meant that any location that appears on screen is something they can access. Both the Eds and the Warners have impressive Immersion capabilities. The Warners were even able to trap their own idealized 1920s selves in media with their immersion as a means of sealing. That being said, The 1920s Warners have not directly displayed the ability to exit media at any point, only enter it, meanwhile the Ed’s vast array of Meta movement options including the ability to rewind the events of the episode entirely, would have yielded them the options they needed to escape regardless.

So Speaking of Meta stuff, Both The Warners and the Eds had insane degrees of Metafictional Reality warping that could allow them to manipulate the world to their liking, and pretty much could do so to the exact same degree of potency with them each being able to change their entire cartoons universe on a meta conceptual scale with it.

The Warners have potent Normal AND Metafictional Spacetime Manipulation which could enable them to easily BFR foes into different locations, time periods, points in Meta Time, and Blank White Voids.

But since the Eds own Meta-Spacetime Manipulation was every bit as crazy, they could very easily escape from this, just like the Warners could if this was done to them. The Warner’s Meta Time Manipulation can also be used to Alter history, like when they changed around the Scripts to make uncommonly seen pairs of characters Star in cartoons, seemingly changing the memories of the characters to think this was always the case to potentially split up the Eds.

However, within the Animaniacs universe itself, it is established that metafictional awareness counters this power, as while characters like Brain, Pinky, Mindy, Pesto and Fabio were affected, The Meta Aware Rita, Runt and Slappy made constant references to who they’re usually setup with and how this is Abnormal, so needless to say the Eds would see through such a tactic just as easily. Finally The Warners could use their time hax to rapidly Age the Eds over the course of the fight, something the Eds couldn’t replicate with their own Meta Time Hax due to the comedy based way the Warners age immunizing them from this. That said, this would certainly also fail, as not only do the Eds canonically live to over 102 years old, while still being friends and mentally/physically able, giving them plenty of time to interrupt this,

but the Eds also could use their Meta Time Manipulation to reverse their own aging, as demonstrated when Ed de-aged them all back into Toddlers.

Another Meta power The Warner’s regularly use is their Broadway Force. Trapping foes in one of their song sequences generally leaves them helpless to do anything to defend themself while they warp reality around them.

Except Eddy can straight up Tear Through Broadway Force and instantly cancel the song and effects, just like he did to Rolf in Jingle Jingle Jangle.

There was also the possibility that The Warners could use their Metafictional Destruction to erase the Eds from the cartoon entirely and win.

But the Eds not only also possess this power, but when Ed used it on Eddy, he was able to persist against this attack and maintain his existence, and they could even reverse the effects this did have on his body, meaning the Eds Metafictional Existence is very sturdy against this exact type of attack, and unless completely destroyed all in one go they can just, recover from it.

The Warner’s Force Reversal Power was extremely handy for them to have in this fight, as it allowed them a method of protecting themselves from the Eds stronger attacks, and physically harming them despite their higher Dura by using their own power against them.

That said, even if they used this power to its full tactical peak, it still could never have worked in the long run, simply due to the fact that with the Eds Dura and Impressive Mid-High Regen, its effectively impossible for even their own level of Power to ever harm them in a meaningful way. The Force Reversal power has never shown to work on any hax abilities either, just physical attacks.

Size Manipulation was something the Eds never directly resisted, as seen when the Eds were shrunk by Sarah in their cartoon short. That being said it wouldn’t be all that helpful to The Warners given that they would still be stronger than The Warners.

They also did have some counterplay to this power such as their ability to use Meta Space Manipulation to control perspective and make themselves whatever size they want, in addition to how the Eds could expand their bodies through elasticity,

and also the fact that if freaking Sarah is smart enough to invent a working shrinking potion from a chemistry set, the VASTLY smarter Double D should be able to invent a way to reverse this no problem.

The Warners had numerous ways to turn themselves Invisible, however none of which would have hid them from Double D’s Goggles’ Heat Seeker, the Warners ARE Warm Blooded Mammals still. Stasis was also something the Warners could use to freeze the Eds in place, but again, they aren’t strong enough to capitalize on that meaningfully, not to mention the Eds also have the exact same power which would work just as well on The Warners so there is no net advantage.

When it comes to Duplication, the Warner Sibs definitely had a much more impressive version of it, with each of them able to make like 20 copies of themselves in an instant, as opposed to The Eds, where only Ed has displayed Duplication, and could only make a single clone. Duplication is often considered the most broken nonhax ability, as when faced with a comparable foe without Duplication, you essentially will multiply your chances of victory with every copy. Fittingly, Duplication would be a useful power here for the Warners, as it would allow them to hang in there much longer just by making more bodies for the Eds to have to hax down, but beyond that, it wouldn’t really pose much of a threat to the Eds. The Eds are still physically superior to The Warners and can resist the vast majority of their attacks effortlessly, and thus aren’t really in that much more danger from being outnumbered, similar to how a person cannot bring down a Grizzly Bear in a fist fight, even if they could make 20 clones of themself. It would take the Bear Longer, but it is still too powerful to bring down.

With this all in mind, The Warners did not have that many options when it came to trying to Bring the Eds down in this battle. But how do the Warner's defenses stack up to the Eds offenses?

Since The Warners were clearly below the Eds in terms of their own physicality, Any serious physical strike the Eds Landed would do a great deal of damage to them, and logically should be able to destroy their physical body to a greater extent than their regen has shown to enable them to heal from. This is ofcourse going by traditional VS Logic, but the Warners are Looney Tunes Cartoons, and its established in universe that Cartoon Characters cannot die through physical force,

However this fact does get contradicted by the Animaniacs Reboot, making it questionable if the Warners could endure repeated attacks from the Eds. Yeah they could defend themselves with Force Reversal, but that likely wouldn’t work on the Eds non physical attacks like their mental constructs. But to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they Can’t be killed via physical force, what could the Eds do to them?
Well The Warners were basically unable to be screwed by the Meta Spacetime or Reality Warping of the Eds due to the same reasons their own versions of these powers wouldn’t affect them. The Eds also would not be able to hide themselves from the Warners due to their extreme super senses. It is also quite possible that the Warners would be able to resist Eddy’s Hypno Wheel if he tried it, kinda, The Warners were able to resist mind control from Scratchensniff’s hypnosis and Brains mind control device, but the problem with this is we never actually saw these two things successfully mind control someone, so they could be resisting, or it could just not work at all.

The Real problem with the Warners is, there's really no reason to assume The Eds slew of Meta Hax wouldn’t just outright kill them. The Warners have been faced with beings who had Meta powers before and they were basically helpless to defend themselves from those hax. If the Eds were to try and rub them out of existence, or rip their outline off, I really have no idea how they could survive that. But if you wanna give them huge amounts of benefit of the doubt and assume that The Warners are metafictional beings, and pure cartoon characters they should be able to use their superior Metafictional Versatility to endure the Eds Meta powers, that still wouldn’t be nearly enough.

The Warners Metafictional Manipulation is insanely Potent, able to destroy cartoons into their blank white pages they start as, and use their immersion to jump into higher realities that their media exists within, But The Eds had something even stronger than that, something the Animaniacs Series has never even seen before, the ability to Destroy The Media itself.

If the Cartoon itself is destroyed, there's literally nothing the Warners can potentially come back from, their whole powerset is to manipulate the cartoon….and the cartoon isn’t even freaking there anymore.

Lastly, in the mark of which group had superior Teamwork, this actually ended up being kinda a slam dunk for the Eds.

The Warners generally don’t function as a coordinated team, generally they just all work together to target and antagonize the same antagonist through their own gags and powers, which rarely ever requires them to perform complex team attacks or work in a certain synchronicity, and they can actually fight amongst themselves a fair deal in arguments and conflicting goals, to the point of even derailing multiple eps before.

The Eds on the other hand actually do have a Team Dynamic and work in perfect synchronicity all the time, and this is by enlarge due to their more individual roles within the group. It is second Nature to the Eds that Ed brings the brute force, Double D brings the planning, and Eddy brings the precision as this is what they all excel at, and while they Also fight amongst themselves on occasion, they consistently do keep their eyes on the prize when after the same objective. The Warners by and large basically have exactly the same powerset, skills and weaknesses as one another, and it is reasonable to assume that in any combat situation, one of them would more or less yield the same result as either of the other two. This is as opposed to the Eds, who have very clear and distinct unique powers and individual strengths and weaknesses. Due to this, the Eds are Accustomed to and are naturally MUCH Better at covering for one another's weaknesses, and working in tandem. As a group, The Eds don’t have many collective weaknesses to exploit because of this, whereas The Warners weaknesses tended to apply more universally to all 3 of them and are still quite present in their group. In a Nutshell, The Eds have much better Teamwork than The Warners do, because their Series forces them to out of necessity, where The Animaniacs series very much does not require the Warners to have to work in synch with each other to find success. For a quick example of this see their gamecube games where The Animaniacs ones only let you play as one Warner each for an entire level, where the Ed, Edd n Eddy one has you in control of all 3 Eds the entire time.

So in the end, The Warners were an unbelievably Hax and Dangerous set of toons, But the Eds Higher Physicality, Overwhelming Defenses, Comparable Hax and Superior Teamwork was enough to win the day. The Warners got Ed-xterminated.

The Winners are Ed, Edd n Eddy.

  1. Can you rework on your Ghost Rider page? Some scans are missing like how scans show or state that Zarathos eats away Johnny's sins, along with Ghost Rider resisting a witch with petrification and decaying powers.

    1. would take sometime, off the top of my head though the resisting the witch part comes from the Annuals of the 90s run starring Dan Ketch

    2. @ThorGundersen Alright thanks for noticing! Take your time.

    3. Sorry if I'm going to sound irritating, but do you also know what comics were when Ghost Rider absorbs hellfire from the surrounding area, when he pulls out a hellfire sword, creates a wall of hellfire to defend against magic, holds the sword of Uriel, increases the pain of The Penance Stare, and uses Hellfire to destroy a creature of magical origin?

    4. dangit man this has nothing to do with the blog topic at hand, I worked a year on this matchup and you show up here demanding I do homework for you. Long Story Short Johnny has over 900 comics, I remember roughly where these things occurred but It would take me time to comb through and I frankly don't feel at liberty to do that for ya

  2. Part 1:

Congratulations Thor! I know this has been an immense labor of love on your part, not just how long you've worked on this blog in particular but how both characters have meant a lot to you for a long time and so I can only imagine the pleasure of finally writing this one! Spoilers for the Blog below

It's immensely clear from the very start the sheer amount of effort put into this blog with even the top picture showing more effort into the meta contents of this blog then I think I have ever put into any blog ever, and it's especially suitable for these characters, masters of metafictional manipulation. Even on the most base level, this blog shocked and impressed me with its usage of metafictional devices such as having the characters interact with the text and images reflected in unique graphics and altering the text format. That is the most base level of the true thing that impressed me most about this blog, the sheer amount you captured the spirit of the characters. Both sides are metafictional classic cartoon trios and you can feel it constantly in the way the jokes are set up referencing other series naturally and adopting the set-up punchline formats of classic cartoon jokes, but then subverting showing your expertise on the subject.

But the shared elements are one thing, you also so clearly evoked the spirit of what makes them different and that was I truly felt more than anything. The Warners are more abstracted, more conceptual creatures. They are almost pure cartoon energy and they live in a world of cartoon caricature personalities, more simple, more dynamic, more irreverent. Ed, Edd, n Eddy is a colder and more visceral world, submerged in the watery earthy, grimy viscera of reality, with much more allusions to the gross and macabre, taking influences from horror movies and Freudian psychology. The Eds are representations of the psychological trio even to its not comedically pleasing and bizarre and ugly extremes. That the Warners has astral and spiritual powers and the Eds had mental and consciousness plane powers felt immediately fitting, representing that all too familiar division of the left and right brain, dealing with fantasy and dealing with reality. You captured this divide brilliant, with the Warners being far more aloof and irreverent about things, rarely getting mad the entire fight, kissing their opponents teasingly, and generally goofing off a lot of the time while the Eds were straining themselves to keep up, getting emotionally worked up over things, and reacting with far more gravitas.

Beyond all that I thought the fight was really funny. The Warners wordplay was on point and the Eds situational humor was great. I really felt like I was watching a crossover between them, the character writing for each side was perfectly on point. Ed was the truly MVP both fight-wise in his sheer immutability to the Warners, and also his lines being both funny and endearing. Beyond that, you did a great job showcasing the extremely large arsenals of both sides while still keeping it comprehensible what was going on. Given it's these two you'd have been justified making it get so trippy and impossible to follow for most of it. But that wouldn't be in-character and worse wouldn't be very fun to read. You gave the strong impression of the pure hax level of both sides while also making it a great fight to read! It moved with great pace and with a ton of fun interactions!

    1. Part 2:

The analysis were great as well! It was a lot of abilities and often a lot of feats for each ability. I tend towards minimalism when writing my analyses, and while that has its own pluses in clarity of communication, on the other end the way you do it showcasing all the different manifestations of the abilities, definitely gives a better impression of the characters nature and showcasing what makes them cool! This was a really close fight with both sides having so many similar powers it was very difficult for me to even guess who'd win. However the winner somehow was both who I guessed and also surprising.

I am used to conceptual type fighters winning against more grounded type fighters due to having more "out there" feats. However, when both sides have powers this tremendous and hax, that's not as big a concern and it was actually the factor that gave the Eds their well-earned win. While it's true being more archetypal means you tend to have better feats, it also means you tend to have more pronounced weaknesses. The Eds have their individual weaknesses, but they're not as crippling as the Warners lack of any big combat experience fighting characters as hax as them and thus lack of defenses or ability to affect characters with metafictional defenses, and moreover the Eds can counterbalance each others weaknesses while the Warners really can't for each other. That leads me to talking about my favorite part of the blog.

Spiritual Hax is my favorite plane for hax, because it tends to lead to meaningful things and the part after the Warners used spiritual hax where the Eds had to overcome the Kankers and Eddy's brother and finally Eddy's own despair were fantastic. It's a thing the Animaniacs in all their free archetypal chaotic energy don't understand, as shown by their response to it after, the genuine pain of psychological damage and strife, and the redemptive power of friendship to move past it. In the MG Series they make a comparison that sometimes when a violin is damaged and repaired, it sounds better than it did before it was damaged. This is the fundamental difference between the two groups: The Warners are Metafiction, the Eds are Humans who can manipulate Metafiction and it was their humanity that let them win, their ability to psychologically evolve past what trapped them. The Warners will never age, because they are pure cartoons, pure chaotic energy meant only to bring laughter. The Eds continue to age and evolve, even if it did take them 130 episodes, 4 specials, and a movie.

I know very little about the character in the next time, save that I shouldn't be saying his name in my comment it case two other commenters mention it, but I will say I'm excited to learn about him especially as he seems rather hax for his...species I guess you could say.

  3. Congratulations Thor! It has been a long road, but it is amazing to finally see this blog come out. I know this matchup has been on your radar for years and the hard work this must have taken is immense. I gotta say, I have watched and loved Ed Edd n Eddy since I was a child and this is a matchup that would have never would have been thought of to be a good fit for them before I started talking with you. But wow, this really was perfect for them in every way, and I gained a big respect for the Warner Brothers (and their sister Dot!) in the process of reading this blog.

The EEnE analysis was AMAZING. Your analysis had me geeking out and filled with nostalgia over all the references I recognized from the show, games, music videos, and even stuff like that Nickelodeon commercial. I watched many of these episodes numerous times, and yet I never imagined some of these moments being analyzed in a versus context, but wow was it amazing to see how you analyzed all of these absurd moments. I both laughed and was amazed at some of your analysis, such as Ed's loose baby tooth managing to hold off against the power of Kevin and Rolf or the fact there was stink scaling for EEnE items! There really was no stone left unturned here. I was especially impressed with your analysis of the metafictional abilities. I feel like if I was analyzing the Eds for a vs debate, I would undersell their metafictional abilities to the point of overgeneralizing: “Eds have the ability to manipulate their cartoon!”. But man, you really show your familiarity with cartoons here and you really laid out their different varieties of Meta abilities such as Metafictional Manipulation, Meta Spatial Manipulation, Meta Time manipulation, or straight out Media Destruction! I also think you did a good job of showing their consistency of toonforce feats across the series as well, because I know a lot of people like to downplay the Eds higher showings, and I probably would have too in the past to be honest. But no, the Eds really are that consistently powerful.

I can gush about the Eds analysis all day, but the Warners analysis was also really cool. I’ll admit that I knew less about the Warners beforehand. It was interesting to see how meta their story gets, such as how much the history of the animation studios of Warner Bros. played a role in their backstory and how their species are literal cartoon characters who live under the laughter of those who are entertained by their cartoons. And it was fun to learn about their individual quirks such as Yakko being the big wordsmith, Wakko being a foodie, Dot’s desire to be the cutest in fiction, etc. Of course, it is nice to hear about the loving sibling dynamic they have, even with the occasional bickering. I think my favorite of the three is Yakko at least from this analysis, just because his bardlike nature and making arrogant people look foolish is pretty fun, and I like how he acts as a guiding parental figure to his two siblings. And wow, did they have a LOT of similar feats and abilities to the Eds, even down to having crazy Rube Goldberg machine intelligence feats.

    1. The fight was AWESOME. Everything from the fight setup, to the characters interactions, to the way their powers are used were SPOT ON. I have a stronger EEnE knowledge of course, but I couldn’t ask for a better crossover between the characters because this legit felt like the tone from both series. This has also gotta be one of your creative and meta fights to date with stuff like consistently breaking the fourth wall, tossing sections of text, etc. You made my favorite Ed look absolutely awesome in this. I absolutely loved the moment where Ed took on the Warners clones XD. The big lug really pulled through! Finally, the fact that the Eds used their media destruction to totally obliterate the Warners into a void, destroying the text into a mess of binary code was a perfect way to end it! I legit wouldn’t have expected that kind of final blow but it makes a lot of sense. Not to mention, Double D and Ed pushing Eddy to not give up on this fight was such a great moment that showed a good understanding of the characters. I will for sure come back to experience this amazing fight in the future, because wow it was great.

The ending analysis was an excellent summarization and conclusion. I thought it was a really great point that the fact the Eds are always fighting an uphill battle in the show with characters of similar abilities actually better prepared them for this fight, as opposed to the Warners who are generally used to winning. I also like how you mentioned that the central tactics of the Warners of annoying and making their opponents go insane wouldn’t work and even Ed in particular would be a pretty potent counter to those strategies. I also like the point about Eds better covering each other's weaknesses better, even using their respective video games as support… man, it seems like you thought of everything XD. Needless to say, I think all of your points make sense. I was a little worried for the Eds here, but man it was satisfying to see their victory, and having their victory justified really well.

I hope I don’t come across as hyperbolic in my praise here, but I literally can’t think of anyone else to trust with doing this matchup justice as much as you. Your love of both series shines throughout this entire blog, and you really show your expertise on cartoony feats in general from this entire analysis and fight scene. Not to mention the music choices were fitting, you were incredibly thorough in your scans and gifs of feats/abilities, and everything was explained in a way that was easy for me to understand.

So overall, I enjoyed the heck out of this blog Thor! From one Ed Edd n Eddy fan to another, you really did the Edboys proud, and I hope the Animaniacs fans feel the same because I certainly enjoyed it all :). This very likely will end up being my favorite versus blog you have ever made, even surpassing some of my other faves like Shirley vs Strike!

Also, the next time. Beetlejuice huh? Interesting, I never watched the movie or cartoon before so he will be fun to learn about.
